House had all we needed to put together a thanksgiving feast. The dining table was also put to use for family game night. Bath and bedrooms great for our needs

Great place, great location, very bright on the inside. Comfortable beds, lots of room, hot tub, and SHARC passes. Just a couple of housekeeping notes. We had no availability of basic household cleaning items like Windex or other cleaning products to help with wiping down counters or cleaning stove top. We were also short on toilet paper for a week stay with 4 guests and no trash can liners. We called and got can liners and TP so that was good. The gas fireplace wall switch wasn't working correctly. We did figure out how to manually turn on and off the fireplace. The hot tub was great, but floating chemical bromine dispenser didn't have enough tablets and no extras could be found. After a few days the water became very cloudy. All in all we had a great time. Lots of bikes were available and got lots of exercise. We will definitely return again.

This house was wonderful, loaded with what we needed and so comfortable. We had really enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with our stay. The house had enough room for our family of 8. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was just fine. The location was perfect. About a 3 minute bike ride to the SHARC and about a 6-7 minute ride to the Village. Enough bikes for our entire group which was a plus, and 8 SHARC passes too. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here with three kids ranging from 9-3. There was plenty of room for all of us and lot's of activities for the kids from games to foosball. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and the house was super clean. Arrive was quickly helpful with any of the minor issues we had. We loved it and plan on staying here again and again.

This house was a perfect for our family of 9 - our adult children and our 3 grandsons and for us the grandparents. Well-stocked home with everything we could need and everything was beautifully maintained. Nice separation between the bedrooms, and great bunk room for the kids. A huge bonus was the air conditioning which was hugely helpful during the days with temps in the 90s. Only problem was the ice maker did not work, but apparently water is not hooked up to refrigerators in many of the homes because of leaking water lines. We had no ice trays to make our own ice, but the maintenance man brought us a bag of ice which was greatly appreciated!

We were very pleased with everything in the house. The appliances, linens, and decoration were all very nice and high quality. The one part I didn't expect to love so much was the wood burning fireplace. It was easy to collect wood from the side of the house and start the fire. The bedrooms did get very warm so we learned to watch the thermostat in the early evening but there was a sign warning us about that. We've been coming to Sunriver for several years and this may be my favorite home!

We had a great time on our weekend getaway. Property was well stocked for us to cook for nine adults. Loved all the bikes that we could use.

So many positives. Location to hikes, parks, swimming, rentals, store, etc... This house came with swim passes, bicycles, bbq, a fireplace with precut wood, a hot tub, and a well-stocked kitchen. It was clean and had ample space for the 6 adults and 3 kids we traveled with. My only concern was the front room television was precariously dangling on the edge of the stand, so if a kid were to bump it, then it would fall. Otherwise, we had an amazing time and we would book this trip next year at the same price!

Great experience!

This property is great. It is a lovely home and very spacious for 10 people. It was nice to have the large fireplace and hot tub. Unfortunately, the property management company failed to communicate with us about the gas being shut off and the stove top not working. It was very difficult to cook for 10 people on hot plates that barely warmed up. If they had communicated with us, we could have planned accordingly. Also, the house's temperature was 52 degrees when we checked in and we needed to use the fireplace and the furnace to get it warmed up on a freezing day. There was not enough wood for our stay. Given that they fireplace is such a focal point of the home, we expected to be well stocked with wood. Luckily we had some nice neighbors that shared with us. Again, very nice home. We would have appreciated communication up front.

Good house in great location. The stove needed work but the property manager notified us in advance and took care of alternative options which was great!

Check in process was extremely easy. Our favorite part was the enclosed hot tub. Wish door dash or Uber ears delivered to this location though. One of the blankets in the living room smelled.

Very cozy home and thought of most everything. So enjoyable sitting by the fire in the morning and watching the deer come in to feed. The bike riding was great fun as well. We have plans to do this annually with kids and grandkids. We will be back!

This house was amazing! Fit 7 adults and 5 children no problem! We really enjoyed this house and would most definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience! The house was everything we hoped for and expected from the VRBO listing. Location was great for our families. A little more far removed from the village (but easily walkable or bike-able to get there), so we could enjoy quiet mornings and evenings in the hot tub. House also located about half-way between village (walked and biked there) and marina (biked there). Very clean property (may even have new carpet in bedrooms). Bathrooms large and clean. Bedrooms are perfect layout for teens upstairs and adults downstairs. To note: bunk beds upstairs squeak and you can hear them in the one downstairs bedroom when people go to bed or kids are hanging out in them at night - remedied easily, though if upstairs users are mindful. Kitchen is fully stocked (had any cookware we needed), and it was a pleasant surprise that table has seating for eight (I think the rental picture shows six). A/C a must in the hot days of summer! The house even has about 10 cruiser bikes (w air pump and locks!). Kids used them, the adults were glad to have brought our bikes with gears to navigate the rolling hills a little easier. So glad we spent a little more money on the rental to have such a comfortable house for a five night/six day stay. Really a perfect house for a great week away!

We all highly recommend this house and location in wonderful Sunriver. The amenities are great, it is clean and well laid out to accommodate two families, and the location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in my opinion. Close to SHARC, easy walk/ride to village. Home was stocked with everything you need! Honestly, my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!!

This house was good. Would be a great house for a larger group/family. Location was excellent and we loved the deck for eating outside.

We all very much enjoyed staying here and the location was perfect for the activities we did. The house was well supplied and furnished. The kitchen is a bit small and can get crowded, but all in all no complaints for a terrific family get-a-way.
