The holiday house is fabulous. Each room has ensuites, and a spa tub is perfect for a group or family. The house was spotless and had plenty of utensils.

Many stairs in the house and the bed are too soft for me.

Everything else, the facilities were great

The leather couch and the tip bedroom sliding door didnt lock Also the oil container was broken Sheets on the bed were scratchy

So unhappy with this property!

No cleaning! The cleaner hadn’t been told to clean. She turned up but wouldn’t enter. Dumped a bag of sheets, towels and toilet paper at front door. Also one little piece of soap each to move from shower to sink and back. We called the manager who told us to leave and wait and then wouldn’t respond to messages. We were tired and freezing from driving and sightseeing all day and were relying on our expensive accomm to be ready. Ended up doing it ourselves. Found the place dirty with layers of dust, dried spills etc. Courtyard is a neglected eyesore. The house looks nice in pics but is now shabby. Over rated, over priced and poorly managed. Only thing going for it is front view but there are lots of others nearby with the same.

3 bedrooms and ensuites Location Mostly clean but windows, outdoor paths not clean

Only one key provided for accommodating up to six people. An updated manual being provided to welcome and advise details on the property and instructions for using equipment etc

Location over looking parkland around lake . Beautiful..
