We had a great stay! The house was clean, the AC worked great, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. and there were beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and floats in the garage. The location was a little away from the action but we liked it as it was quiet. We even had the Dragonfly pool to ourselves a couple of days. Everything was very easy to get to by golf cart or bike. We had a couple of issues with the golf cart and beeping smoke detectors but they were addressed and resolved quickly. A couple of the bicycles could use some maintenance and the grill lighting mechanism only worked for 1 burner. But we were able to light with lighter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose the property again.

We were all comfortable with enough space to have our alone time when needed. The location was perfect for all to walk to the local pool. The golf cart only registered 55% battery power. Not sure if it was a real problem or just not reading correctly. We used it periodically, so we had no problem. The only downside to these homes is the bedroom downstairs is small. Hard to move around in for older folks, but bed is comfy and they did best they could with space. We personally like more space in the bedroom.

We had a great trip between Christmas and new year‘s eve. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the showers are wonderful with endless hot water. We enjoyed our time at this house and were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved this location in WaterColor. It was great to be so close to Publix.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. Pictures are accurate. Location about 1/2 mi to beach. Golf cart was extremely helpful and was our main mode of transportation. Access to the Beach Club was one of the main highlights. If you like the beach and pools don’t rent a place without access to this amenity. Communication with manager was superb. Highly recommend

Property is a ways from the watercolor beach access so the golf cart is a must….especially with small kiddos. Beware of watercolor municipality issuing tickets in the middle of the night for parking on the “landscaping” (pine needles and mulch). House doesn’t have enough access to parking…advertises two spots but then there is a 6 seater golf cart to also put in the driveway. Garage access would make that much more convenient. Overall house was clean but the hardwood needs a good scrubbing.

This home is beautiful and so convenient to Watercolor, shopping, Seaside, and the beach! We loved it! Had 2 families of 4 and it fit perfectly. Kitchen appliances could do with an update and bathrooms are slightly small but we enjoyed it thoroughly! Had an issue with AC on the first day and maintenance had it fixed within the hour. Great service from Exclusive 30A!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Everything was provided as listed. Great home, great bedding, nicely stocked kitchen- could use plastic cups and bowls for kids. Enjoyed being 2 doors away from Dragonfly pool as it was not as busy as other pools during peak summer season. Golf cart and bikes made everything accessible, would definitely recommend!

It has been 20 years since we stayed in the Watercolor community. It is an ABSOLUTE DREAM! This home is fabulous! Spaces are perfectly situated for a large family. A bed for every one! Perfect common areas and even an office! Bikes for rides to the pool, beach, grocery store, etc. Golf car for easy travel within Watercolor as well. The property managers were the most responsive of any I have ever seen when I had questions. We will be back!

It was a great home , 3 king beds , bunk room , 2 twins in other bedroom 51/2 baths all so nicely decorated and comfortable. 2 screened in porches . Big kitchen & dining room. Golf cart 6 person so convenient to Beach Club, Camp Watercolor too. Property Mgr of 30 A rentals the best. & so helpful. Crib rental great too. TV’s in every room too. Good for all the different ages .

The house was as beautiful as the pictures online. The house was very clean and well taken care of. When we weren't enjoying the local restaurants, I really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. A great gas stove with nice pots and pans. Very convenient to Publix and a short walk or golf cart ride away to great shopping, eating, or the beach. Surfing Dear is just down the road and was our favorite meal of our trip. Great area for runners and bike riders. I enjoyed running through Watercolor and down 30A. Perfect summer vacation!

Sanctuary by the Sea #37 is a beautiful home and we enjoyed the extra room it provided our party of 10. Outside the parking is very tight for 2 vehicles in rear with the golf cart but fortunately the parking in front of the house was adequate. While everything about the house was terrific, as a prior WaterColor homeowner in the 360 Blue management program, we expected a few things like coffee, extra rolls of toilet paper, etc to be furnished. These are minor disappointments and we will simply bring coffee and other essentials for our next visit.

House was okay. Outside space is super limited and front porch is not very large. Golf cart needs to be replaced, as it only goes a short way even when fully charged. Had to push it several times. One of the Bikes has broken pedals.

This house was conveniently located in WaterColor....just steps away from one of the community pools and a convenient golf cart ride to all amenities, including the local Publix grocery store. House could use some general maintenance, for example leaky kitchen faucet, outdoor grill needs to be replaced or repaired, some type of window treatment needs to be added to the master bedroom door for privacy and morning “sleeping in”, and golf cart truly needs to be updated to carry more guests staying in this home. It is advertised as a five bedroom home, which is accurate, but one of the rooms is very small and only has two bunk beds. Beach access is over a mile, so if you are traveling with small children or guests of age, this could be an issue. The screened in front porch was very nice, however there needs to be a way to lock either the screen door or front door from the outside when leaving from the front. Parking on the front street was easier for us due to the size of vehicle we were in and also for getting the golf cart in and out of the garage. Daily trash pickup was a great.

We loved the home but had a few concerns. There isn’t a shade on the upstairs master & the morning sun streamed in waking us up pretty early. Home was awesome except washer wouldn’t spin the water completely out. A little further from the beach than expected. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

This 5 bedroom house was just perfect for our family of 10. Conveniently located to Publix grocery store and Seaside strip. The only problems we noticed were that the showers would fill up ankle deep and we noticed very small ants coming up through the sink in 1 of the bathrooms (upstairs, bedroom with balcony). They would be in the sink bin and vanity. Also, it would be awesome if the amenity cards would be included with the rental of the house. The golf cart & bikes were great for the teenagers. We did have to call about the bike locks because they wouldn't unlock, but maintenance instantly came and replaced them with new locks. Overall, it was a very nice house and we would definitely go back.
