We would have absolutely loved this place if the mattress in the king suite had been remotely comfortable. Location is unbeatable, save for some drunken idiots on the ground floor that ruined our last night there. Chandler and maintenance crew were very quick to replace non-functional coffee maker, which we greatly appreciated. Beds in secondary suite ended up being to small for our friends, who chose to book their own hotel, leaving us having paid for a room we didn’t need, but we should have read the listing more carefully, so that’s on us. Cleaning crew hadn’t bothered dusting or lifting toilet seats to clean before we got there, so that was a bit gross. Overall, the condo was a cool place to crash when we weren’t on the beach, but I doubt we’ll book it again.

Kind of 1512 was dirty didn’t have a coffee pot they cannot there had food out the stove is a mess I guarantee it’s clean or not it was family got in there there’s damage to a door outside on the lanai it’s a beautiful area but it would sure be nice if they would clean it there’s a big black roach that keeps running around there that we couldn’t catch I guess it’s due to the church And we called management in order to get a coffee pot and have it cleaned the lady paid no attention to us but finally after three phone calls and leaving messages a gentleman called I told him the situation and how disappointing that was because it was our 20th wedding anniversary celebration

I give it a 10! The condo was great and it was super easy to make the reservation and enjoy our time at the beach.

The condo was very nice - beautifully decorated and easy access to the beach. Indoor pool was too cold but outdoor was refreshing. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Must bring all disposable kitchen items such as paper goods, plastic wrap and foil. We did not cook so this wasn’t a problem. Dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent was adequate. It was a beautiful stay! Being so close to Flora Bama was great!

Our group of 4 adults loved unit 1512 - it had everything we needed to feel right at home during our stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils and supplies we needed, and the keurig was a huge plus! The large, modern fridge with ice maker was great as well!

We had a great stay in the condo. Location is perfect. The dryer took a very long time to dry towels, multiple drys. Other than that everything was perfect!

I think it is ridiculous that they can’t just put the parking passes in the room. Covid is still a thing

The place is very nice, just need to be faster on maintenance requests!

Dryer needs to be fixed - took 3 time to dry 1 load of laundry- hard to get hot water at the sink! But other than that a nice property!

We will book this condo again!

Had a fire alarm on the first night there. Found out after the announcement of all clear that we had an intercom. The front desk did not announce that there was a fire alarm or that we needed to evacuate or not. Seems pretty important!!!

Location was great. The room could use some updating and a good cleaning. Our feet were black from walking on the floor barefoot. VBRO charges a booking fee on top of reservation/owner fees. You will also have to pay $40 for A parking pass if you don’t book directly from Brett Robinson properties.

Great stay at Phoenix X!! Great views, clean unit and fully equipped. Only has a Keurig, so be prepared when packing. Comfortable beds! Highly recommend this property.

Parking pas is expensive but that isn’t the owners fault. Place was very nice and had great amenities.

The property was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Master bed was very comfortable. Although, we didn’t need the extra bed for this trip, we loved that the second bedroom held two double beds. This is perfect for families with multiple kids! Everything was clean, great view, comfortable patio furniture. We will definitely be back! We look forward to the boardwalk from the lobby being repaired so that it is not such a long walk around to the beach. The furnishings were beautiful, which was wonderful. Because the weather was SIGNIFICANTLY cooler than expected, we spent a greater amount of time indoors...just wish we could have stayed a little longer. Maybe consider adding a regular coffee pot(or add to details that Kurig is what you have) and pitcher to mix drinks.

Property was lovely & comfortable. I'm sorry for the price I don't think I should be sweeping & striping the beds.; putting the dishes washing yes', cleaning the counters yes, taking the trash out I did not mind.

This condo was wonderful! My daughter and I came for a last minute trip and it had everything we needed. Very clean and all the amenities!! Will definitely remember this condo and request again.

The condo was very nice however it could have been cleaner. The floors and rugs still had sand on them but beds were great and furniture was so comfortable! However while we was there the fire alert went off twice and we had to evacuate the building from the 15 floor. This was not easy for 60+ age guest. When I tried to asked what was going on, was treated very rudely by front manager. I feel like we should get a discount since two of our days of vacation was interrupted at 7 and at 2 In morning by a false fire alarm. Caused by a glint in the system then was too sore from climbing down stairs to enjoy the rest of our time. Will not be back to a Phoenix unless we do.

I really enjoyed staying at Phoenix 10. The amenities were nice. It was only a short distance to the beach. The pool was super nice! I also enjoyed the covered parking garage. It helped keep the car cool between trips to eat and such! I recommend this stay! I will return!

The condo was amazing. We had a blast- hated for it to end. Will definitely stay there again.

The unit (#1512) was nice and clean but but the main ceiling lights in the kitchen and master bathroom were out. We reported these 2 bulbs that were out and management did not replace them during our 3 day stay. Our biggest complaint would be the general wear & tear and dirtiness of the common areas to the Phoenix X building. Particularly frustrating was the elevators had no A/C and in July, they were "hot boxes".

Stayed in this condo during the month of May. Beautifully decorated; some of the living room furniture was brand new. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms sparkled and stainless steel appliances too. The location was super nice because you had several eating areas within walking distance; Flora-Bama being one of those. The water and beach were perfect....... Going back in August and I'll request this condo again!!!!!!!!
