I stayed here with 3 other friends for a night and it couldn't have been nicer. Nicely updated and location can't be beat!

We have a child with special needs and the property’s elevator became inoperable, effectively stranding us in our above ground room on our mountain getaway. Biggest problem, however, was the property management company’s response. Although they did move us to a new room, this took up hours in the day, that coupled with being stranded, we missed out on time doing what we were there for in the mountains. Under the circumstances, a partial refund or credit for future use would have been fair, but the property management company refused.

Location of the condo was perfect-easy walk to the main gondola and directly above the River Run resort area. Nicely appointed-very clean-parking garage was nice. Good communication before check in. I’d recommend this condo.

We did a quick weekend trip and really enjoyed our stay. The room is just like the posting and was really clean. The room does look right into the central shopping area and stage. During the summer there is a lot of music (which was all good) but if you are wanting it to be quite might want to look at a different room.

This is the best property for taking in a festival. Beds were comfortable. Place was spacious. Easy access to the village. We will be back!!

Our two little ones loved the bunk beds and our 6 month peanut had plenty of space for her pack n play. She got to share a room with the big kids! Master bedroom is huge.Bathrooms are clean and big, perfect for keeping ski boots and wet clothes off carpet. Plenty of storage- we were able to put everything away and keep the space open for play when the kids weren't skiing.Overall, best trip we've had at keystone and LOVED being so close to the gondola. The condo was very clean and staff at Summit were all accommodating. When we arrived, our key cards didn't work for the room. It took 5 minutes to get a spare card! They even brought us brand new humidifiers for those dry winter nights in Colorado.The condo could use a few more family friendly games for the kids to play. We prefer games over tv.

The rental unit was great. Well appointed kitchen, good size, and very clean. The check in at 5 pm is rough. They tried to get us in “early” at 4. Management answered calls, but wasn’t able to help with much. For example we couldn’t locate the mattress for the pull out chair in the master. Management got us a blow up but wasn’t able to get that to us until 9 which was well after our young kids went to bed. Also, the TV sound didn’t work, and the coffee maker was extremely slow and should be replaced.
