We chose the property as the base for our final week in Florida following 10 days at Disney in Orlando. We spent a lot of time researching prior to booking and, I have to say, I think we chose the perfect property in the perfect location. The apartment itself is excellent - spacious, well-appointed and equipped, and in such a wonderful spot right on the beach with views out ove the Gulf of Mexico. The stretch of beach was great - not too busy at all and certainly quieter than if you head up or down the coast a little way. Indian Rocks Beach was great for us - easy to get to some of the places along the coast that we wanted to visit and also close enough to Tampa for the ball game and also for getting back to the airport. Lots of great restaurants and cafes locally within a few minutes, either walking or by car. Our host, Kelley, was really responsive, not that we really needed her for much. We felt so at home and had the best time, and having the apartment as our base was a big part of that. We desperately hope we'll be able to get back their soon!

This property is fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The condo itself is clean and in great shape. The owner is very responsive and replies within minutes to any questions. The condo is steps from the beach and is perfect for families with a closet already filled with beach toys and floats. Too many excellent restaurants within walking distance to name but ones that stand out are JD's for breakfast, Guppies for a little more upscale dinner, and Groupers on the Gulf for a very casual but excellent Grouper sandwich. We will definitely stay here again.

Supererb!!! Feedback: We ran out of toilet paper 3 days in and bought more. More bathroom towels would have been helpful. Also with three people, one more balcony chair would have been nice. And, if there had been cleaning supplies we would have cleaned more before we left!

The condo was in a fabulous location right on a beautiful beach. The condo was pretty and clean. The view from the balcony, living and dining areas, and kitchen was spectacular. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. There's easy access to the lovely and uncrowded beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. Note for owner: the boogie boards and beach balls in the storage unit mostly need replacing, but it's great to have those beach chairs provided. There were great restaurants nearby - Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, and Slyce Pizza were all excellent choices. Note for guests: The steps to get up to the 2nd floor unit from parking were pretty steep, so you must be physically able to climb steps to stay here. All in all, an amazing place, and I hope my family will get the opportunity to stay there again.

My family of four had an amazing time. We absolutely loved staying right on the beach and the condo was just lovely. The beaches weren’t crowded, so it made it easy to watch the kids. The condo was so spacious it was perfect for my family. This place is just absolutely delightful we had such a great time!!

We loved everything about this property! It was spacious and very clean. The view was absolutely fantastic, and the proximity to restaurants and even some shopping made a rental car almost unnecessary.
Close to the beach, but also had a private beach area ( by the grill and patio) that we really enjoyed on the windy days since the bushes created a wind block. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our first visit to the Gulf & our first experience with VRBO. This property was very clean (and we are picky) & everything was as advertised. I did contact the owner once during our stay with a question via email and she responded promptly. The location is perfect with excellent view of the beautiful Gulf sunsets! Highly recommend!

This property was amazing! It was clean, great location, had everything we needed and much more. The property owner supplied such thoughtful items, there was even a small sewing kit! We will definitely be back next year!!

The BEST Beach House Ever!!!
We chose to spend our vacation week in Indian Rocks Beach, FL from cold/frigid Massachusetts and were super impressed with the location and the beach house. The trip also included a Boston Red Sox/Rays game which we attended. It was only a short car ride away in St. Petersburg. The weather was perfect all week, sunsets were stunning from the gorgeous deck and the water temp from the Gulf of Mexico water was so warm. If you are looking for the perfect beach house for a family trip....no doubt, this is your spot. What can we say about the beach house....well we cannot stress how amazing it is. It's filled with all amenities and necessities. The location is absolutely perfect if you love the beach and is a located within a very quiet beach community neighborhood. You just need to bring sun tan lotion and a smile ...that's it. Kelley the owner was very helpful and responds very quickly to any questions you may have....she is super awesome!! We highly recommend this beach property cannot wait to return again to Indian Rocks Beach !!!

Gulf View Getaway
The property is just as pictured and described -the best features being the spectacular view from the balcony and being steps from the beach. Despite not having the best weather, we still loved our daily walks on the beach and watching the gorgeous sunsets on the sunny evenings. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals if you choose to eat in. Having access to the grill was a great bonus. As it was cool and breezy during most of our stay, we especially enjoyed the patio area with the lounge chairs that was sheltered from the wind by plantings and shrubs. The property is conveniently located near many restaurants and activities. The Clearwater Aquarium was a nice diversion on a cold, rainy afternoon. Kelley was a great host and promptly responded to any questions I had. Thank you Kelley for a memorable stay!

Perfect escape from the winter blues
The view of the Gulf and the sound of the water lapping at the shore is just what we needed. Oh and the sunsets are amazing.
The House was clean, well organized and perfectly situated in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Easy access to the beach for the sand in your toes experience. The view from the deck is to die for. There's a toy closet that contains all the things you would want to bring to the beach including a cooler and chairs.
Would love to visit again and again.....
If your looking for a great location, a well maintained house on the beach, you'll not do better than this.

Perfect location, perfect view
Kelley's place is centrally located from everything you need -- most importantly, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed walking just steps to get ice cream, and just a few blocks to get sundries at the drug store. It's a 15 minute drive to a fish market in BelleAir, so we enjoyed fresh fish every night. The views from the balcony are stunning, and sunsets were a major highlight. The condo is tastefully furnished and has just about everything you need. If there is any constructive feedback to be offered, it's that the couch is a bit of a sinkhole, and not ideal for those with back issues. We loved our time here and we definitely hope to return.

Very nice with one caveat
The property is very nice and perfectly situated off the main road which was great at minimizing traffic noise . It’s ver clean and has most everything you need. The beach view is second to none. We loved it and would definitely want to stay again. There is just one thing and the owner of our rental has no responsibility in this.
The people upstairs were heavy footed starting at 7:30 am until 10:00 at night unless they were on the beach. We figured they must live there year round as they were also hammering a lot at times. It’s a wooden structure on pilings so you expect some noise but it was too much at times. Leaving on a good note the owner is terrific! Communication is excellent. We will stay here again if the opportunity arrises.

Beautiful condo and perfect beach access
My husband and our two young children stayed here for a beach vacation and it was just beautiful. We loved watching the sunset and playing on the beach each day. It wasn't too crowded or noisy and perfect for our young family.

Great Vacation
Great location! First visit to Indian Rocks and loved the area! The Condo was perfect for our family, it was clean and well stocked with starter supplies! Steps to the beach and beautiful view was exactly what we were looking for. Kelley was great to work with! She was quick to respond to all of our questions! We look forward to returning!!
