This is a great house. It had even more amenities than listed. It's a very clean, well taken care of property. Everything is labeled and easy to find and the owners have not left out anything for a perfect stay.
The location is amazing with beautiful sunsets, a nice beach and a sense of quiet "calm" that left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
Even our goldendoodle was sad to leave!!

We had a great time staying at this location for a week. The home was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The host was super responsive and checked in often. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed relaxing on the lower deck for morning coffee and the upper deck for the beautiful sunsets. The house is literally a few short steps to the bay which we found to be very clean and wide in comparison to some other bay properties we have stayed in the past. The drive to the ocean side (Wildwoods) is super easy. Wonderful stay and hope to be back sometime in the future!

Very well appointed house. You could cook a gourmet meal easily with all the kitchen accoutrement. They thought of everything to make the house comfortable and guest friendly.

The house had a beautiful view, right on the sand next to the walkway to the beach. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with dry goods, detergents, paper products, trash bags, etc. Great broom to keep after the sand. Great neighbors. House was well insulated so people downstairs watching TV didn't keep the nappers awake. Close to so many amenities. The master bed was a 'lovers bed'. Some dense bed toppers would come in handy to increase the comfort level of the other beds. Definitely watch the littles on the upper deck as there is a significant gap in the railing (we've 3 chi's). This house is definitely an A .

This beach cottage on the bay was a terrific place for us to vacation! The furnishings have been updated since our last visit, and the house is fully furnished with kitchenware, games, bikes, beach equipment, and other necessities. It also smelled clean when we arrived. Both prior to and during our trip, the host maintained communication with us. I can understand why Villas is referred to as the "home of the best sunsets." They're stunning! Our family's trip here on the bay will leave us with priceless memories.

The highlight of the house is the amazing sunsets over the bay. A very relaxing beach with limited waves which is good for little kids. Plenty of birds and other wildlife to watch. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

We loved the location - close to Cape May and even the Wildwood boardwalk, but far enough away to be peaceful. The beach was quiet and great for walking. The house was very well stocked, organized and clean. We were thrilled we were able to bring our 12 year old dog with us. It was just what we were looking for - a relaxing time on the waterfront. Communication with the host was excellent. Hoping we can come back again next year.

We had an amazing vacation with our family. The property/home is beautiful and amazing clean. It was obvious that the hosts are invested in your vacation experience. Little things like labeling the kitchen cabinets go a long way. The host was very communicative and gracious. We look forward to staying there again next year if possible.

Really great spot. So close to Cape May without the heavy price tag, but also a great little beach in the backyard. Relaxing and felt like home. The home was well equped with anything you could need from beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, to kayaks ans bikes. Great local restaurants.
Taco place on the corner was phenomenal.

We were looking for a great spot near Cape May but quiet and away from crowds. This place was PERFECT for our needs! The bay is never out of sight and just steps away. The owner was super responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend and plan to return!

The accommodations were great. Initially we spent the first few days going to the beach just outside the house but then once we found the Cape May Beach we began going there instead even though it was colder water than the bay we enjoyed the sand, variety of surf, and lack of horseshoe crabs better. Sunsets on the Bay Beach were amazing. Only advice to the Owner would be to have the cleaning company clean under the open staircase better even though it should not see regular use you would be amazed how small dogs, kids, & babies like to go through there. Secondly, check the sand in the backyard around the fire pit as we found broken bottle glass from previous residents. Thanks again & we look forward to staying there again in the future.

From the minute we walked in the door we knew this house was well kept. It was very clean and everything was nicely marked in the kitchen so you knew where to find things.
Waking up to views of the ocean set the tone for a peaceful day. We spent a lot of time in nearby Cape May for dinners! It was the perfect location to there and Wildwood.

Great house and location! The kids enjoyed walking the beach and helping the horseshoe crabs back to the water every morning. The view from the upper deck is beautiful. Close to resturants and shopping.

The property was very nice, very well equipped, everything clearly labeled and easy to find, the location on the bay was idyllic.

The location was awesome and the weather was great. While the house is older, it was not clean when we got there. Dirty, sandy and full of pet hair. The tv remotes were buried in the couch cushions which were disgusting. We didn't even sit in the living room. I had to clean the master bath including washing the bath mats on the floor before we could use it. I did reach out to the person managing the property and she offered to have the cleaning people come back out however, I didn't want my vacation interrupted with something that should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.

The place was very cozy. Perfect for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. The setting of the dunes was just so beautiful. We looked our view and were blown away by the magical sunsets....we felt truly blessed to have spent a week at this sweet home!

The highlight of our week came when my daughter’s boyfriend picked the exact moment that the sun was setting in the horizon to propose to her. He went down on one knee, she said yes, and everyone who was on the beach enjoying the sunset view began to cheer.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. The location was wonderful for playing on the beach and watching beautiful sunsets. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful.

Perfect summer kickoff
Beautiful locations for sunsets and backyard bbqs. Steps from the bay which makes it great with little kids. Dog friendly beach and very nice people. Sandbars were visible during low tide making it very picturesque. We are nature lovers so bayside animals don’t bother us. But beware of active sea life some of which bites (horseshoe crabs, sand crabs, turtles, jellyfish, dolphins, etc). Overall, a great place for families to enjoy sunshine, sand and quiet times together.

Wonderful location!
This house was great for our stay. We loved that it was right on the beach and mostly private. It also was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. The 2nd floor deck was perfect for morning coffee to watch the ocean. Unfortunately though, this house doesn't have an outdoor shower, or even an outdoor spigot to hose your feet off. We did our best with stepping into water filled buckets we set up outside, but as expected, sand still found it's way in. A vacuum is provided, but a hose would have been better. Regardless, this house was great for our family vacation. Definitely recommend.

A perfect getaway !!
If you enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, beautiful sunsets to enjoy from your porch, this is the place for you. Property was clean, manager was extremely helpful throughout the rental process. Very pleased with our experience, had a perfect getaway ;-)

Beach Vacation
We had two families staying at the property. A total of four adults, four kids from 9-13 years old, and a medium sized dog. The place was clean and comfortable. There are two full baths upstairs and a half bath down stairs. We enjoyed walking the dog in the mornings on the beach. And coming back and drinking tea and coffee on the porch looking out at the water. The kids loved being able to wake up and go down to the beach to swim. The firepit was nice to sit around at night and relax with a drink. It's only 15-20 minute drive to the Wildwood boardwalk, Cape May for shopping, and 25 min to the Cape May Zoo and Tree to Tree zip line. Fleck's ice cream is a must! It is within walking distance of the house. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind with a short drive to attractions - this place is for you.

Our family had a wonderful stay! With a beautiful view of the bay and only steps from the beach, it is a perfect location for relaxation. The property was clean and neat as well as well-supplied with all the comforts of home. Lots of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Private getaway!
My husband and I were thrilled that we found a getaway home that our whole family (2 pups) could enjoy together. The house was clean, safe and had everything we needed. Beach was right in the backyard and we spent hours each day just walking, playing fetch and checking out the natural wildlife. Even got to see the rare migration of the red knot and horseshoe crabs which was cool. Sunsets are unmatchable- and best seat in the house was our backyard with a glass of wine. Would come back and make better use of the bikes and kayaks, all around a great time. Thank you for having us!

Our family and friends had a wonderful, relaxing time at the beach house. Beautiful sunsets and gorgeous views! We loved bird watching especially in the morning while sitting on the back deck. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed Sunset Beach (great food and views at The Cafe!) and exploring Cape May which is a short drive. Good food at Castaways and Rino's pizza. Gaiss Market is a few minutes away and Acme is close by.
