Very well supplied and organized. Very comfortable and modern. Plenty of space, bedrooms and baths perfect. Owner was easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as described, exceeded expectations!

The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is remarkably provisioned, a cook’s delight. So quiet, and the Milky Way casts its light upon the property. Communication with the owner is excellent. It’s one of the best VRBO properties we’ve rented.

For me the house we stay in is a big part of the trip. Sometimes I'm disappointed. Not so in this home. It fulfilled everything that it promised. I will return if our plans will take us to the Berkshires again.

we stayed in this wonderful well equipped house with the eight of us 4 couples who have been friends for many years --ages late seventies--- all the living spaces easily accommodated all of us ! the area has lots to offer --the host Scott Levy was helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. we highly recommend this property!

We highly recommend this home for anyone interested in a relaxing stay in the Berkshire countryside. The home is large with four bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms, nicely spread out, and works well for both smaller and larger numbers of people. The accommodations are homelike and comfortable with many thoughtful touches and amenities, including king-size beds, TVs and air conditioning in every bedroom, a wide array of toys, games and books for children of all ages, plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware and an easy-to use grill. Everything has been clearly labelled, making things easy to find and use. The owner was kind enough to provide us with two permits to the town beach, a scenic spot for swimming and picnicking. The home's proximity to Jacob's Pillow, the Appalachian Trail (among other nice walks and trails) and TurnPark (a new, beautiful outdoor art park) in West Stockbridge are added bonuses. An additional lovely discovery was the Railway Museum in Chester, one town over from Becket--anyone with interest in the history of railroads will love it.

This is easily the nicest VRBO property we've ever stayed at. The house has so much amazing light, it was immaculately clean, and a joy to relax in. The library is so cute and a great place to curl up with a good book. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house has so much room to spread out in. Our kids loved sledding in the backyard and making s'mores around the fire pit. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

We held a family get-together at this wonderful house in the Berkshires. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. I hope to stay here again in the future!

This house is comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. We were 4 couples getting together for a family reunion, coming from the Boston area, Philadelphia and Bozeman, MT. Perfect for us. Enjoyed some great homemade meals... and a hike on the Appalachian Trail. It's a beautiful part of the world.

Wonderful four bedroom home, nicely appointed and maintained. Easy to book and homeowner (Scott) is very accommodating and easy to reach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We love staying at this home. They provide with all you need. A little far for major town But did not mind driving. Very close to the lake

House is well built, lots of privacy and easy access to the Berkshires hot spots. Was very clean, had all the amenities, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Wish there was more than 5 stars for this property. Definitely more than five stars for the experience. Definitely at the top of the list for the next time we visit.

My husband and I stayed at Scott's house for three nights this past weekend. Joining us were our two children and their spouses and our two grandchildren, ages two and three. The house is spacious, comfortable, well stocked, clean and all around wonderful! We each had our own room, with a king sized bed and a private bathroom. The children had so much room to play together and run around outside. There were toys and books and dvds and a great entertainment system to keep everyone happy. The kitchen is very well stocked, with sharp knives and great cookware. The outdoor grill is easy to use. We cannot think of one thing that was not perfect about the house. Scott was so receptive and friendly and accommodating. He let us check in a few hours early and that made a big difference, as our time together was only a few days. Did I mention that there is a wonderful deck, huge front and back yard, and there is even a very sweet town beach with a pond nearby. We took day trips to Stockbridge and to Mass Mocha in North Adams. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house. We loved everything about it! Thank you so much Scott! We hope to stay here again next year!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with 2 other couples, an 8 month old, and our dogs, it was absolutely perfect. The house is so roomy we didn't end up leaving much except a nice hike! (There are a ton to choose from)! We cooked all our meals there (the kitchen had all the things we needed), and the set up was great bc everyone could be in the kitchen area but wasn't in the way of whoever was cooking. I loved that there was a gate at the top of the deck so the dogs could hang out there and we didn't have to watch them outside. There is plenty of room to play cards/games, the living room was comfy for us all to watch a movie, and we loved that the 3 bedrooms we stayed in all had private baths! Really just a perfect weekend with friends!

We had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We were two families (4 adults, 3 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is comfortable and cozy. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen is well stocked. Spent the days skiing at Butternut and the house was a perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. The big yard was definitely a selling point. The kids were delighted to run around in the snow every morning. Scott was easy to work with and answered all my questions very quickly. We hope to go back next winter.

Our family of 6 and dog enjoyed a very comfortable stay last weekend. The house is stocked with everything you could need and tons of toys for the kids. They even enjoyed playing Wii for the first time on the owners tricked out entertainment system! Very spacious comfortable and provisioned like a home away from home. Many rentals that allow dogs are ratty and run down and that is far from the case here. Thanks Scott for a wonderful stay!

Would consider renting again

We had a terrific time. It is clear that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into the house. It is well-stocked and things are clearly labelled. There was plenty of room for our family of six - plus our dog. We were able to go skiing at Butternut, or go hiking or running during the days, and then cook a meal in the well-designed kitchen and relax in the jacuzzi or with a movie on the big TV. Owner takes a real interest and responded quickly to our questions before arrival, when we were getting a sense of what this house in the Berkshires would be like. We'd love to stay in the house again.

WOW! This property was amazing!! The house was immaculate! Clearly this home is well cared for. We rented from Wed-Sun around the Thanksgiving holiday. There were 7 adults and 2 small kids (1 yr and 5 yr), and a puppy (who thankfully was very well behaved). The home surpassed my expectations. Thanksgiving day was bitterly cold, 4 degrees when we woke up, but the house was so warm, comfortable and inviting. Scott had allowed us to arrive a little early Wed due to no renters prior to us. The heat was set at 68 degrees and was so toasty warm. The layout of the house could not have been better, especially with 2 young children, one who prefers to "scoot" on her bottom everywhere. She had plenty of "scoot-able space". With my daughter still recovering from a complex ankle fracture the ranch style home was perfect. I can't say enough good things about this house. It truly felt like "home" . Everything we could possibly need or want was there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and gave everyone plenty of privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and so well laid out. It was fun to make Thanksgiving dinner and be able to chat with family while doing it. We had loads of space to move around. My favorite room in the house was the library. A perfect place to curl up with a good book , a warm blanket and a hot cup of tea. There was a lot of snow so we were unable to use the deck or fire pit, but maybe next time. Scott had messages with instructions on how to use things all over the house which made it so easy. This was greatly appreciated. The notebook with all of the information about the entertainment center, and all the appliances was very helpful. I loved the decorations in the home, so comfortable. So many sitting areas. We didn't feel like we were tripping all over each other. There was a highchair and crib for the baby and plenty of toys and books for both of the kids. My grandson loved playing with the Wii I really hope to be able to make this a tradition. Scott was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all of my questions. We did not feel the need to go out at all, we were happy to just enjoy each others company and this wonderful home. I would highly recommend it and would give it a lot more stars if I could! This home truly is a treasure!! Thank you Scott for an extremely enjoyable, relaxing and fun holiday weekend. You have done an amazing job with this home, I did not want to leave!!

This past weekend five of us girlfriends celebrated our 50th birthdays in this wonderful home! It went by way too fast! This home is a treasure! I loved the flow of the home, very cozy and inviting. My favorite room was the reading room. This place is perfect for a girls getaway, a bunch of couples or family reunion. Nice and private. I would have loved to sit out at the fire pit but ran out time. Further more, Scott is wonderful to work with. He responds quickly. He allowed us to check in early and out late due to the fact there wasn’t a rental right after. Which was icing on the cake. I have to say, I have rented many VRBO’s. This home is the first home I ever felt like I was visiting the owners and they weren’t even there. They have so many amenities to speak of. Rent this home. You won’t be disappointed!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our annual sisters get-away. The house was absolutely beautiful, as well as being warm and inviting. It was easy to get to and had easy access to all we wanted to see and do. Scott was great to work with and I would highly recommend his house to anyone who wants to visit the area. It was an awesome experience!!

Four girlfriends (NY, KS, OH, KY) celebrated our 20th girl's week anniversary in this beautiful house with everything you could possible want or need. It was immaculate & we enjoyed socializing in every room. Scott was EXCELLENT at communicating & everything was labeled & marked to make things very easy. I would highly recommend staying here & have not one negative thing to say about the property or Scott. They are both terrific.

We fully enjoyed our two-week stay with extended family. This spacious, well-appointed home had plenty of room for four couples. The location is rural and quiet, yet within easy driving distance of the small towns and cultural attractions of the Berkshires. We didn't have children with us, but the home is child friendly. Scott is a responsive host and provided extensive information about the house and the surrounding area. We highly recommend this property.

Its the perfect spot for a family reunion. The owners have everything you would need, and the home is so comfortable and in a beautiful setting. It is only 5" from Jacob's Pillow for modern dance lovers, and only a 25 minute drive from Tanglewood and really all other Berkshire attractions(including a hike on a portion of the Appalachian trail). We will definitely return when ready for a Berkshire week of relaxation and nature.

Our family rents a home every year for a getaway weekend. We require privacy, natural surroundings, comfort, and cleanliness. This home offers all that and so much more! It is well stocked with everything we could possibly need including outdoor games, toys, and reading material. There are several comfortable seating areas and a nice deck. The owner was always available and accommodating. We didn't want to leave and hope to go back next year!
