Great location on a beautiful property and enjoyed having access to hotel amenities as it was not too busy. Villa was great and had a nice layout as each bedroom had their own bathroom. It was also very quiet. The condo complex also had its own pool which was very convenient. Antonio was excellent as he was very prompt to reply to any questions we had.

Me and my family of five decided to get away from the Midwest winters and stay at this fantastic villa. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though we we were walking distance from St. Regis' Boathouse, Beach Club pool & bar, Cocoteros (halfway house) and the golf course, we also had access to a new golf cart. The Villa was also quietly tucked away in a private neighborhood, which made it seem like we were miles from anything. We loved having morning café con leche and evening cocktails on the back patio while watching golfers tee off on the 9th hole! My only MINOR grumble is the dishwasher needs attention / replacement - luckily, we weren't staying long enough for it to be a major nuisance! Overall, our stay was easily a 5/5 stars all around

We had a fantastic stay at Antonio's condo. It was so well stocked and appointed with comfortable furniture, great linens and every detail taken care of. The check in process was so easy with quick and clear communication. This was our third stay at the residences at Bahia Beach and we LOVE it there. The beach club, the hotel pool, the boathouse with inflatables all provide a great variety of entertainment. Love how Antonio includes the cost of resort fees as some Bahia Beach rentals do not. We stayed with two families and we ideally like having two master suites and one room for the kids. The kids room with two twin over full bunks was perfect for four of our pre-teens. The second bedroom with a queen bed has pocket doors to the main room and a separate entrance with a bathroom one step away. The master suite with king room was gorgeous. The golf cart was brand new and had great pick up. Great to bop around the property and the hotel has bikes that we used as well. One note for new visitors to Bahia that has nothing to do with Antonio's gorgeous condo or hospitality is the lack of on-property restaurants. There are only four eating options: Paros, an overpriced mediocre Greek fine dining restaurant upstairs at the hotel, the Beach Club restaurant which is upscale casual with good food, the lobby bar and seagrapes by the pool which closes at 8 and is best for lunch and breakfast. This vacation works for us because we love to cook but beware of restaurant fatigue.

Antonio is theeeee best host!! Our family of 8 stayed in his unit and it was everything the description and pictures conveyed. The kids and adults enjoyed the amenities of the resort. The unit had golf equipment and boogie boards we used. The kitchen was equipped with everything, even seasonings! I would recommend a personal chef especially with kids the food on the resort can be a little pricey. The golf cart was clutch!!! We were able to ride bikes as well so nobody was left behind. We had an issue with the Wifi, for a split second, but Antonio Facetime and made sure everything was working correctly. We truly enjoyed our stay and when we do come back we will definitely book this unit again.

We loved the villa and plan on going back to Bahia Beach.

The property was just like the pictures. It was nice to have things like dishwashing liquid, brooms, tissues, paper towels - that kind of stuff. We brought laundry detergent, so I'm not sure if that is typically provided? The very best part of the property was the timeliness in Antonio's responses and the Beach Club concierge. Antonio responded so quickly and the concierge was accommodating with day passes for two of our family members without email. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property on a beautiful campus.

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s villa. It was exactly as nice as the pictures, we appreciated the extra space and the kids toys were a bonus! Very comfortable and spacious. Antonio was very responsive to issues and questions during the stay. Having the golf cart was so convenient, but all the amenities are pretty walkable too. The only downside we encountered was more related to the resort - dining options were extremely limited and the St Regis restaurant would not accommodate us during our stay. That was a bummer! Otherwise, Bahia beach and St Regis grounds are unparalleled and there are a million things to keep all ages entertained!

Antonio was a terrific host, excellent communications and very accommodating of our needs. The unit is exactly as described. It's located right near the boathouse, which our kids loved and used frequently. The Beach Club pool is really nice, with excellent poolside food/drink service. It's really well located for visiting El Yunque, Lunquillo, Fajardo, etc. The only cautionary note is that you shouldn't confuse the Beach Club with the St. Regis Bahia Resort. They're in the same area, but having access to the Beach Club doesn't really bring access to the St. Regis. The St. Regis resort is very aware of the difference between guests/members of the St. Regis and those guests of the Beach Club. They won't allow you to eat at the St. Regis restaurants, park the golf cart near the main hotel, use the golf course changing area, etc. It's still quite possible to have an excellent vacation at Antonio's wonderful place...but just be aware that you'll have limited access to the St. Regis.

We felt very at home in this VRBO! We were grandparents , parents and an almost two year old. We found everything to make this place a home! Having the golf cart was awesome . Only a five minute walk to the beach if we left the golf cart home. The resort is super nice and the Beach Club pool is beautiful . Golf course is scenic , well kept and challenging. Boat house has fun activities. Antonio is s great host who provided all the info we needed and lots of child friendly toys, pack nplay, etc. Lots of towels , kitchen well equipped, and all the necessities. Patio very comfortable overlooking the golf course. We highly recommend this place!!!

All the amenities of the resort, plus the comforts of home with a complete kitchen and laundry. Stayed there with friends and all our kids (5 in total, all 5 and under). Worked out great, everyone had a blast. It was the off season and practically had the resort to ourselves.

The property was great. The concierge was helpful with booking transport and tours. We were able to use the resort facilities which was wonderful but the hotel restaurants would not serve us if we stated we were condo rental guests.

This was our second time staying in this condo. We loved the updated bedroom layout with bunk beds in 2nd bedroom and queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. The golf was great, and the lake with the inflatable course was a huge hit w the kids. The only downside of the resort is the limited dining options for dinner. We went off-site for a few dinners; there are two nearby resorts that offer great dinner options!

It was our second time coming to this property and it was just as fabulous as the first time. The space is clean and comfortable, as well as well appointed. Antonio was very responsive to the few questions we had regarding the golf cart. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at the house and found everything to be as we expected. The house is beautiful and it was easy to get to the beach and pool with the golf cart. Our only suggestion is that, with such a large house that accommodates large groups , a bigger golf cart would be helpful.

The resort is amazing, pool, beach, golf, spa, restaurants etc. It's also very well located near the Yunque and Old San Juan is very close as well. The condo is well taken care of and the grounds are immaculate. The only hiccup was the pack n play wasn't there at first, but Antonio immediately responded and got one brought there right away! I would highly recommend staying here for any family, and I hope we come back again.

Beautiful apartment, the amenities were great. The resort is beautiful. I would suggest the property manager just have more of the essentials, in 7 days we ran out of Toilet paper and paper towels and garbage bags and had to buy some of our own. I also suggest that there should be a little booklet explaining the property with a little map of the resort. That would be helpful to get your bearings on the 1st few days of arrival when you are learning your way around the resort. Overall I grade it an A+, super nice apartment in a beautiful resort, the beach and pools are awesome.

From the beginning the property manager Antonio made the entire booking process smooth and easy and promptly address any concerns our group had. Even throughout our stay his attention to our group made our stay that much more pleasant. As for the property itself I feel that the pictures do not serve the unit proper justice. The home is so much more beautiful when you see it in person, and I honestly cannot think of one thing that I could critique as being less than stellar. We had a large group and the unit easily accommodated everyone without sacrificing comfort. We look forward to staying again in the future.
