This was a nice beach cottage with plenty of room for our family. The unit had all necessities and comfortable beds.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and well-appointed beach home. The couches and beds were very comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a more well-stocked kitchen with lots of silverware, dishes, and glasses. We enjoyed having several places to comfortably sit and chat (the screened porch is my favorite), and the proximity to shopping/restaurants and the beach couldn't be beat. Just wish we had more time!

We had a terrific stay and enjoyed every minute of our time in this charming cottage which fit our family's multi-generational needs perfectly. Loved the layout of the kitchen and sitting areas to allow for conversation coupled with the privacy of the bedrooms located at the corners of the cottage. Also very much enjoyed the community pool and regularly utilized the bikes we brought with his to the property to explore the surrounding trails as well as quick rides to the beach. Looking to rebook for next year!

House was great. Fourth bedroom was perfect and rare in this area. Bunk beds were great for kids. Had a great experience at the house!

Property is beautiful and a good location, just a short walk to the beach. Love Kiawah Island, it is a favorite for sure! The house is just as it was described, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Nice kitchen and living areas.

Clean and accurately described on VRBO. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. That IS listed in description, but I missed it.

The house is nestled in the trees, very private and quiet. The floor plan worked great for our family. Easy shady walk or bike ride to the pool and beach.

We had a great stay in kiawah and this was the perfect house for our group -- my family of 5 (2 toddlers and a newborn) and both sets of grandparents (soon 6 adults in total). There was plenty of space for everyone and a few different sitting areas to choose from. The kitchen was really well stocked which was helpful for cooking dinners at night. It was in a great location and easy to walk to the beach and pool. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a perfect house for our vacation with four kids and four adults. Location was perfect, easy walk to beach and pool, and then kitchen was nicely stocked. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent lodging for family sharing. Our trip included our daughter’s family and 3 grandchildren. Furnishing were wonderful and very suitable.

Lovely, well-appointed cottage in a central location. The layout of the 4 bedrooms in the corners with the open central living/kitchen space affords both assembly and privacy. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch!

This was our first trip to Kiawah and we had the greatest time! Beaches and property are so beautiful. Location of the cottage was perfect for biking to beach & pool. The house was ideal for our family, it was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We hope to be back!

My husband and I have been going to Kiawah for approximately 30 years, oftentimes twice a year. This unit was the perfect layout for our growing family. The owner communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with.

We have stayed at a Kiawah for 6 years snd our first at this property! It had a fully stocked kitchen and had plenty of space for our family! We enjoyed our week very much!

The “tree house” was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 young children! Great location and a short walk to the pool and the beach. We really enjoyed the large screened in outdoor space.! The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry was a real plus! Overall, we had a great experience and would rent again! Alina was fantastic to work with. Thank you, Alina!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We stayed here for our family vacation this year. The house had plenty of space for our family and the amenities of the house were great. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The screen porch was a great place for the baby to wander. We were able to be at the beach or pool with a short walk. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful on the beach. Best of all our son got engaged at the Angel Oak while we were there. Definitely would stay again!!!

Kiawah is beautiful and the Tree Cottage was a wonderful location for a family trip. Alina was very prompt in all of her communications. I would book again and wish we would have stayed a second week!
