The pool area is very nice and is one of the best I've had in the outer banks. The kitchen has nice cabinets and is well stocked. The entire upstairs of the house is laid out nicely. The bedrooms on the other hand, are small and loud - you can hear everything. The bedroom doors are paper-thin - solid doors might help. Also some carpeting on the steps might help reduce the notice on the second floor. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes down a trail. This worked fine for us but just note you cannot see the ocean from the house.

Great home. Private, walkway to beach. Included bikes, rafts, nets, games, sand toys. Next time we will come with just a suit.

Aptly name "SeaEsta", some of the best night sleep I've had in awhile. Very comfortable and cozy accommodation, I enjoyed the relative privacy and serenity.

We had an amazing week at the beach in this home. It was the perfect size to accommodate our large family. having access to a private pool was just what we need. Only negative was the smell of a water/sewage plate that was near by. On a very hot day if the wind blew a certain direction the smell was pretty awful. Other than that we would consider renting this again.

Packing for a family of five for a vacation is tricky. That's why we always choose to stay at seaesta. It has everything you could possibly need on vacation. I was able to pack minimal things and still have everything. They have bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, darts, basketball, sidewalk chalk, beach cart and umbrella. 2 grills. Hot tub and pool with amazing rope lighting. The pool and hot tub also light up. Completely stocked kitchen tools and dishes. Kids high chair and pack n play. There is no other option of where to stay in obx. This house has the perfect private walk way to the beach. I love this house and you will too.

We had a great week at the beach. Our house was very nice, sat back in the corner so had nice privacy, and had a lot of cute little decoration touches. The walk to the beach was easy. Maybe a little longer than we wanted but only because we had some very young children ( I would say it was about .3 of a mile.). It was definitely manageable and perfectly fine for older kids/adults. The property owners obviously thought about different things they could provide or add to make the stay more enjoyable. We had a few small problems ( grill didn’t work at first, ice maker was leaking). We contacted maintenance and they responded in a very timely fashion and took care of everything. Overall everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and you could tell us having a good time was important to them.

We stayed at SeaEsta for our first vacation as a family of five with kids aged 10, 4, and 3 months. The house was very well stocked and organized with tons of kid friendly additions! The games and books were wonderful for the kids (and adults) to play with (they even had a modern “old school”Nintendo). The pool was great and the walk to beach easy! Only downside was that the laundry was not connected to main house, but we made it work! Would def stay there again!

Property was clean and absolutely beautiful. Loved all of the amenities and small touches. House was well stocked and had a great layout.
