The condo was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the owners and Robin checking in with us to make sure all was well. The view was beautiful. We would recommend this condo, and will definitely stay again.

It was super easy to get to the condo and it had all the amenities we needed. All the beach toys and chairs were great to have.

If possible I would give this VRBO more than 5 stars—one of the best I have ever stayed at! It is equipped with literally everything you could ever need for a beach vacation – I was told to just pack my sunblock and they would have the rest and that was accurate! Great location, quiet and not crowded yet very close to all of the hotspots. The beach was beautiful, clean and very family friendly. Communication and service from the owners/managers was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough and literally have no complaints or suggestions for improvements.

The condo was up to date and very clean. Very relaxing and close to all amnesties. The only thing that I can see needed improvement- was confusing check in, was missing some info when checking in. The other thing was was a little irritating was the gate constantly slamming from all the other people coming in and out of the pool deck area. I would definitely recommend this unit to all.

Second time at this complex, first time in this particular condo. The communication and check in was clear and easy. The condo was well maintained and clean. The complex is outstanding for family vacations and this condo is a recommended place to stay!

The condo was well equipped with everything needed to enjoy the beach and stay. Grace was phenomenal and communicating with her was so easy. She was extremely helpful with questions I had as well as flexible to helping after our flights were canceled due to Elsa. Check in was a breeze. The bird watchers on the beach were a bit annoying to deal with and the amount of underage kids running around drinking, taking up all of the pool space among other things was frustrating. However, this was not Grace’s fault. The property manager was very kind too. Proximity to the beach was great and made it easy to get back and forth. Location to restaurants, family fun, etc. was also much appreciated. While the unit could have been a little cleaner and needs some renovations/updating; overall we enjoyed our family vacation and appreciated Grace’s communication.

This was a well needed 7 days of vacation for myself, my daughters and their friends. We wanted for nothing. Location is perfect. Beds so comfy, everything provided for the beach. The beach and pool was clean and maintained. We can’t wait to visit this little oasis again. Only thing I would change is a small table at door vs. artificial flowers as we kept losing are sunglasses in the blooms. Overall we can’t rate this experience high enough!!! The host is amazing and knowledgeable.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo on the beach with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Well stocked property! Towels galore. Gorgeous, safe beach. Highly recommended.

Location is awesome. For the price the condo unit is good. Balcony is spacious which we sat on every morning and night. Grills at the pool were a great feature as we used them a few nights. Check in and check out was easy. Will be returning to the area next year.

We enjoyed out time. Weather was perfect. Condo was clean and had plenty of beach items to use. Check in/check out was seamless.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was really nice. The view was great. We liked the location. We loved walking on the beach. The pool was nice, but seemed crowded a lot of the time. We loved our balcony and being on the beach side for the beautiful views. Totally awesome vacation. It was wonderful getting away from our very cold weather in Wisconsin.

we had a great time during our stay...the beach was great and the condo had great accommodations. Beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed having grill access by the pools...however 1 of the 3 grills wasn't working(missing parts) at the time. I also noticed the dryer seemed to take a very long time to dry our clothes. Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for a better place. Would defiantly recommend and would enjoy coming here again!

We had a wonderful two week stay in this condo. It was very clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Lots of nearby restaurants and plenty to do. We walked to several of them, but, an easy drive to others. Shopping nearby, too. We drank our coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the view of the pool and the Gulf all in one!

This was our family's first time in Florida and along the Gulf coast. This was a great place to stay for a group of up to six people. Clean and crisp accommodations with all the amenities! Overlooks the complexes pool; great view of the gulf; easy walking and driving distance to many shops and eateries! All the comforts of home and then some. What a great place to wake up to and enjoy your breakfast on the balcony, watching the waves roll in and listening to the surf! It's hard to explain all the details of staying here, It was just some relaxing and enjoyable, you just must experience it for yourself and bring you family along... unless of course you're wanting a romantic get-away for just the two of you. You could stay in all day, but you won't want to. The beach is so inviting, you'll want to get out there and walk, take in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and be sure and take in at least one sunset while you're there!

The condo was immaculate upon our arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beach Cottages are great for me .....this unit was delightful . The landlord was super helpful and responded quickly to any issues ... The unit location for January and February was excellent ..you can walk anywhere you need to go ........with only one floor of stairs to the pool level and another to the underground parking and beach access ....sunsets and the best weather for this area in many many years . Lots of beach supplies in the outside cupboard , for young and older ....the patio is very long and was well used . The master bedroom and bath were well appointed and the bed super comfortable ...king size. Lots of space for clothing etc. the second bedroom although, of course smaller held two queen size beds ...one firm and one soft ....depends what you like . ....liked that it's bathroom had a tub ....my guests declared my shower was the best ! The lighting in the unit is strange ...lots of light in the living space but only an overhead fan in the master bedroom ....perhaps that will be updated in time . I liked the flooring through out , all tiled and easy to clean and wash up the inevitable sand that manages to creep in . To be picky ...3 coffee mugs .....only, but the cofffee machines made up for that ....and glasses for outside, pool area etc where limited ...otherwise , everything you can think of or want in the kitchen . Already rebooked for next year !!! Thanks

This condo had everything we could have wanted and was in a perfect location close to everything. The owner was very easy to work with and was very helpful. No complaints at all and will definitely be back.

Just got home, bummer! An Unobstructed view of the pool to the ocean. Access tiled balcony from both living room and master bedroom. The mattress topper was heaven, had to jot down the brand, need to buy one. Even pillows and blankets were comfy! Big walk in closet, tiled walk in shower with great water pressure, no lack of hot water either. Everything was of better quality. Checked in and out on a Sunday, picked up keys down the street, no problem there. The beach is flat and walkable. (Important for me because Gulf Shores Alabama wasn't) Balcony screen door wouldn't latch, I did call, but no one came to fix it, could've been little cleaner, but didn't let it bother me. This family of four would stay there again, the Martins of Waukesha WI

Property was very nice and clean. Beautiful views overlooking the pool area and the gulf. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Walk-in shower was great! There were plenty of beach and pool toys to use. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Leila was great to work with. Very responsive with email. Thank you Leila!! We had a blast and hope to return soon.

We loved the condo and area. Nice and quiet with friendly people everywhere. Not quite as busy as clearwater and surrounding areas. Good food and things to do everywhere. We loved the condo. It seemed like home. There are so many extra things like books, movies, plenty of stuff to play at the ocean. The master bedroom and bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable and good water pressure with unlimited hot water. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and we cantwait to come back

The condo was spacious and immaculate..furnishings comfortable and attractive. Kitchen contained everything one would ever need. The beach location was great, but being on the second floor tended to be a bit noisy since it overlooked the pool. Would stay there again!
