A clean, comfortable stay in a most beautiful setting on the east side of the Queen Lake!

Everything was in place the house was neat and tidy overall we enjoyed our stay

We had a great time staying at Linda's property.

Perfect place for Adults relaxing along the edge of the water and getting away from the hustle of life . I witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets from the dock during my stay . My son brought his fishing boat and parked it along the dock making easy access for fishing . My older granddaughters loved swimming off the dock and walking to the beach close by, also kayaking around the inlet . Lots of comfortable seating in the living room for families to gather to watch a movie & a big beautiful dining room table to have dinner together . Outside, Linda provides wood for the fire pit area & picnic tables for campfire seating. Overall , Plenty of fun things to do at this lake house and the host is very friendly & responsive. I would like to mention if you have toddlers this would not be a good place to relax with the steep banks and close proximity to the water . But would be perfect for older children & adults .

This house has it all -lake front ,privacy ,kayaks, very stoked kitchen,comfortable beds 3 bedrooms and loft and very welcoming and accommodating host Linda .we like always go to the new places but this house so magical we are coming 3d year and planning to come back

This was a great property right on the water in Gull Bay. The dock was very convenient. The kids loved the house as well, it was very comfortable and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

We loved the house absolutely, only problem was the dock which is on barrels so constant movement and with a the rocks we couldn’t use our kayaks without driving to the town beach

Linda’s lake house is beautiful. She has it decorated nicely and the bedrooms are all of good size. If you love sunsets you’ll see some great ones from this property. Communication with Linda was very easy. She was always there to answer any questions we had before our stay and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. The dock held our 24’ boat with no problem and the cove was calm for swimming or floating around off the dock. The beach is a short walk or swim away. The eight of us had a great time and look forward to another stay here.

This house and Linda were truly amazing!! A very peaceful week. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck eating, drinking, cooking and just hanging out. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment to cook all of our meals. My 2 year old niece loved hanging out in the outdoor shower after time at the beach! 10/10 recommend!

The house was fully furnished, clean and inviting. The setting was absolutely beautiful tucked into the back of a secluded bay. We ice fished for the weekend and this was the perfect spot with access to the deeper waters. Will definitely be returning next year.

Great location. Property was very well equipped and clean.. Linda was very responsive and gracious. We totally missed the BYO towels on the VRBO site and Linda helped us out. Definitely would stay here again.

Fabulous stay...clean and comfortable, roomy bedrooms and the word from guests was comfortable beds (always important), awesome deck overlooking a pristine and historic Gull Bay. Linda was fabulous to work with and very accommodating...we'll be coming back again and again.

Linda was very attentive and helpful. The house is right on the lake front, is quite large/spacious and very homey. I would definitely stay again!

This place was wonderful and very much as advertised - right on the water, lots of waterfront, an idyllic view, and a huge porch from which to enjoy it. There is great swimming on the property off the dock, with water access by ladder. The dock and lake are a short walk from the house, albeit all downhill. There is a sand beach a short walk away if you have very young children. We really enjoyed the boats on the property, and there was a blow-up raft as well. There’s lots of wood if you want to have a fire and the gas grill is huge, with a solid flat surface like they have in diners. There are one and a half baths, and also a nice outdoor shower on the deck. The 4 bedrooms are all spacious, especially the one on the third floor, but the spiral staircase going up to it is very narrow and a bit steep. The house has heaters, air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and windows that are easy to open and close, making climate control simple. The living room has lots of seating and overstuffed furniture. There is a very large dining room table. All rooms have lake views. The kitchen is great. Unlike in so many rentals, it is really well equipped. While there is no dishwasher, there is pretty much everything you can think of there in the way of equipment, small appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, serving dishes, etc. There were also food staples like salt,pepper, oil, flour, baking powder, etc. Last, I have to mention the owner. Linda was extremely responsive and helpful and was clearly focused on ensuring that everything went smoothly during our stay. She made contact after we arrived to make sure that everything was okay and a couple of times after that. When there was a plumbing problem, she got someone there right away to fix the problem. Any time I contacted her for any reason, she got back to me promptly. All in all, this is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. We’d never stayed on the east side of the lake before and found it beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. There is not much around (nearest shopping is 15 minutes away, by the way), but that was a plus for us. The house is really comfortable and the lake is right there and beautiful!

We love the Gull Bay area and this rental offered everything we wanted. The kitchen was very equiped, the kayaks were fun to use, it offered alot of seating inside and out, the water was perfect for swimming, wood was provided for out door fires, and Linda was very quick at responding to our questions. We hope to return next year.

Was not able to stay due to health concerns (sewage backup, insect infestation), safety concerns (no working phones) and overall condition - ceiling fans that did not work, deck needed attention and overall lack of being clean. Notified the owner but did not get a response. Will contact my credit card company for refund assistance. Lacking that will proceed litigation. Can VRBO help??? Certainly this property was not as described. Fraud???

This house was in a great location with easy access to the neighboring boat launch and beach. The host, Linda, was attentive and always responsive to any of our needs. The home was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our our time at this home. Lake George never ceases to amaze! Thank you Linda!

The house is a beautiful in a great location. There is lots of space and it is very well decorated. There is a nice dock and beach next door. Linda is a great host. I would recommend it.

Linda was a great host. She was very helpful and flexible. The property is in a great location and we had a very good time especially the kids had lot of fun. We wish to come back soon and spend more quality time in this awesome place.

We loved this lake George house so much . Spacious house was a perfect getaway with daily kayaking, grilling, bonfire, and great drinks! Location was perfect for the quiet getaway among friends. Grill flatstone was awesome for all meals. Beautiful house, well-appointed, in a placid location. Owner was very responsive to communications. Gull Bay Nature Preserve was steps away from the property, which offered walks through the woods to a Great Blue Heron rookery and views of a beaver lodge.

We stayed for the weekend and had a lovely visit. The house is so charming and our 7 year old loved going up and down the spiral staircase. Heated blankets on every bed were SO nice, and everything was cozy. We walked out onto the frozen lake and our daughter went sledding in the yard. Beautiful view, cozy home, everything we needed was there. We will try to comw back next winter!

The property actually far exceeded our expectations! The images really don't do it justice. Linda was so pleasant to correspond with and everything was just amazing! We lucked out with the weather and were able to have a fire every night! We appreciated the supply of wood, a smart TV, multiple coffee machine options, it was really the works!

The house was super clean...towels and linen supplied were all nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck with lake view was spectacular. We love taking the rowboat out on the bay and hung out by the fire pit at night. Linda the owner was a pleasure to deal with.
