Herrliches Grundstück,terrassenförmig angelegt und sehr gepflegt.Traumhafter Ausblick auf Berge und See auch aus jedem Raum im Rustico. Nähe zum Dorf mit kurzem Spaziergang zum Bäcker oder ins Restaurant. Die große überdachte Terrasse bietet viel Platz bei Regentagen.

Wir hätten im Wohnraum anstatt der zwei Sessel lieber eine Couch zum lesen und chillen bei schlechtem Wetter.

It is a really beautiful house at a relatively secluded location overlooking the marina. I guess the hosts are trying, and I appreciate the effort, however...

There was no couch, no washing machine, no clothes rack, no barbeque. The lawns were not taken care of and not usable either. They were mown on our last day there and in our presence, so we had to put up with the noise and dust. Surprisingly for that climate, the property is not air conditioned. There is no single insect net on the windows and there are lots of insects. No insect and rodent repelling device either, so ants moved in with us just hours upon our arrival. We were falsely informed about the type of coffee maker, so we couldn't use the pads we brought and had to spend the first morning without coffee. The hosts feel free to come in the property at their convenience without making appointments and without announcing themselves. So we were having our lunch and all of a sudden there were people staying next to us. No privacy at all. Also appointments are construed quite flexible. We agreed on check-out at 8:30, but the host arrived at 7:45. There is also a list of chores you have to take care of, on which apparently the return of deposit is conditional. I am used to doing chores at properties that cost a fragment of the price we payed for this house. And it is very unpleasant to arrive after a long drive and to have to make your own bed, because there are no sheets on it.

The house has Great view on the lake, garden, wifi, and privacy.

Nothing, all was great. Maybe the absence of a dish washer and mosquito nets.

Stayed here for 4 days. Beautiful country cottage with lovely decore. Our host has been extremely helpful. Very quiet and with panoramic view of the lake and snow capped mountains.
