This is our family’s 14th consecutive year of vacationing at Carillon Beach and Boogie Board Inn is our favorite!

Close enough to the beach to make it an easy walk or bike. Owner very nice and prompt with any questions.

Boogie Board Inn was perfect for our family! It is very clean and accommodating for everything you need for your home away from home. The host was very easy and willing to answer any questions we had.We love Carillon Beach and have spent the last 8 years on these beautiful beaches. It’s a very family friendly area with great amenities.I look forward to returning to Boogie Board Inn soon.

We had a wonderful week! The house and its furnishings were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly everything needed to prepare food for our family meals. The walk to the beach was just the right distance for the grandchildren to enjoy riding their bikes. The favorite feature of this house was the outdoor shower..even the littlest one thought it was the best after playing at the beach or swimming at the nearby pool. We hope to return for our next beach trip.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boogie Board Inn in Carillon Beach, Florida, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I booked, Jim, the owner, was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The location of the inn is fantastic – just a short, pleasant walk to the pristine beach. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for privacy and convenience, especially when traveling with a group. The inn itself was very clean, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The kitchen was impressively stocked with every cooking utensil, pot, and pan you could possibly need. We enjoyed preparing meals together, which saved us quite a bit on dining out. The porches were an oasis of relaxation, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The decor throughout the inn was stylish and thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy yet chic atmosphere. Finally, the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days filled with beach fun and exploration. Overall, our stay at the Boogie Board Inn was beyond wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. Our stay at Carillon was near perfect. The house was a perfect fit, spacious, and clean. We especially enjoyed that all bedrooms had king or queen beds, there were no bunk beds and everyone was able to have a full/adult sized bed. We appreciated how clean the house was. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils, dishware and equipment. The porch furniture was comfortable and of good quality. We rented a golf cart for the week as the walk to the pool and beach, though not really far, was too far for the senior adults in our group and to far for hauling our chairs, towels, beach bags and umbrellas. It's a very nice, safe community and the grocery store is almost exactly across the street...so convenient! The rental process went smoothly. I am reluctant to mention anything negative because I really just have so much positive input on this house and location, but there is a lot of construction going on at the back of Carillon. The traffic route to and from the construction area seems to be via the street on which this house is situated. It's not that big of a deal, but it does disrupt a peaceful morning on the porch. My comment regarding the construction and increased traffic is not a reflection on our stay at this lovely home, rather, it is me wondering why the Carillon Beach Association did not consider establishing some other sort of temporary access road to the construction site that would circumvent the established neighborhood.

Overall our stay was great. The only issue we had was when arrived for check-in, the place had not been cleaned yet. I called the property owner and he promptly got the cleaning company on the phone and an estimated time to have it cleaned. So we went to dinner and grocery shopping and then came back to a clean house. Additionally, the property owner comp'd the cleaning fee. We were satisfied with how he remedied the issue. After the slightly rocky start, the stay couldn't have been better. Absolutely beautiful area, peaceful and quiet for family oriented vacations. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Boogie Board Inn for anyone considering this area.
