Gayle was great to work with. The condo was perfect

All was well kept .The garage door would not open the manager addressed it right away . I booked with the understanding it was a gated resort going into Spanish Key and coming in from the beach ,neither of those security measures were either not working or not being used . I booked again with Gayle Templeton again for next year same week . Gayle was an amazing hostess . Gayle gave us so much info on the surrounding area places to eat ,church ect . I hope when we return next year the security measures will be addressed other then that we had a terrific week at Spanish Key Resort. Mara L Majors

Had a fabulous vacation at Perdido Key. Beach was very nice. Complex is clean and well managed. Pool very nice. Condo was well equipped with appliances and utensils. Communication with owner extremely good.

This condo in Spanish Key is a dream! It had everything that our family needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was stocked and the views of the beach were terrific! The owner, Gayle, was so easy to work with! She was helpful and quick to respond to questions that I had. Our family loved this condo so much we have already booked it again for next year!

So clean & convenient to dinner, golf, shopping & night life! Rooms were beautiful! Felt very safe & parking was awesome !

Great location, close to the FloraBama. Spent a lot of time on the deck soaking in the views. Owner was exceptional with communication. Would most definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and then some. Mrs Gayle was by far the best hostess I have ever encountered! From the time we booked our stay she provided all necessary information and had everything we needed. She was ready available to answer questions during our stay. Condo was very well kept and maintained. We had room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Access to lockers for beach chairs and toys overnight was super helpful, thank you. Would definitely stay at Gayle’s place again.

We have been coming to the Gulf area for many years and this was our best trip ever. Gayle, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to be helpful. The condo was clean and well-appointed. The building is smaller than some of the other places we've stayed at. The beach and the pools weren't crowded and there was no problem getting an elevator. We had a great vacation and highly recommend Gayle's condo.

The property is beautiful. Gayle covers so many wonderful details, she leaves nothing for question. Easy entry, parking and access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time to enjoy the place.

The high-end updates to the unit from the 20-year-old building makes it feels like a new construction. Definitely the nicest master suite we have ever stayed in a condo in the Orange Beach area. The property host is attentive and thoughtful.

Everything was fantastic, from my initial contact with Gayle until checkout. We were there celebrating a family wedding. She provided so many helpful details about her property that made our trip so enjoyable. So many “extras” available with this property. No need to worry about beach chairs or any kitchen needs. She provided!

We’ve stayed many times at Orange Beach and this condo is in Florida just across the state line. Walking distance to the Flora Bama and driving distance to so many great eating locations. Don’t miss Ruby Slipper if you love breakfast/brunch. Gayle has a beautiful condo with cleanliness that is second to none…very important to me! Beds are all comfortable, helping to make a week away from home more enjoyable for sure! This spot is perfect for a family, especially for small children. Our teens enjoyed being allowed to come and go on there own, as we felt it a safe location and facility. Gated for security and beach is less crowded than Gulf Shores. Beautiful views from condo with full views of sunrise from the balcony-pairs nicely with your morning coffee :) We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony and during the day while on the beach. Daily chair service on the beach is a plus if you don’t want to take your own (they set up at 9:00 AM and take down at 5:00 PM) and rates are posted at the end of boardwalk. Thank you, Gayle, for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The property manager was sure that we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels and the spectacular view.

We had a wonderful time and Mrs. Gayle's condo had everything we needed and more. I have stayed many places at the Gulf and this location was fabulous! Just a very short walk to the Flora-Bama and the Flora-Bama Yacht Club which was really good! We will certainly be staying here again in the future. I give 5 stars all the way around!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Unit was very nice. Huge master bath and nicely finished kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Property was nice and my children enjoyed the pool. Having access to the owners locker made it very easy to come and go from the beach without having to take all the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to the unit. Located in a perfect spot, walking distance from Florabama and the great lunch / dinner spots in that area. Last but not least - Gayle was awesome to deal with. Very responsive, professional and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice condo. The parking garage was hard to get in as we have a big SUV.

The location of the property is GREAT! This is the 5th different condo we’ve stayed in during the last 8 years. The pool and beach area are so nice and NOT overcrowded! My favorite thing about this particular condo is the floor plan. Bedrooms are all separated with private bathrooms! Perfect for our family with a teen girl and teen boy. This is a total winner in our book!

We rent vacation homes 4 or 5 times a year and this place has to be one of our favorites. This beach condo is top notch in every way. Owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. They even provide an on-site storage locker full of beach toys and chairs. Can’t recall a better vacation experience. 5 stars!

This condo is wonderful! Spacious, updated, and beautifully decorated! It has a great layout and private baths for each bedroom. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It is close to restaurants, shops, and activities, and we could walk to Flora Bama. The owner, Gayle, was wonderful to work with. This was our first time using VRBO and she made it easy. Gayle made sure we had all the needed information and was available for any questions. We would definitely book this condo again!

We live in different areas so don't get to see each other often and this provided a great time to visit. The condo was just what we needed. It has three bedrooms - each with its own bath. It was tastefully decorated in every area. You could tell that someone knew how to make it feel like a place you would want to stay. Beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom and from the comfortable balcony. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and did in fact walk to the FloraBama for an evening drink! Even though the building appeared to have people in a good many condos, it was very peaceful. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

I booked this room with Gayle nearly a year out! After giving deposit, she immediately sent me info for condo! Place is exactly as pictured and described! Perfect quiet location near F/B line. Plenty of space and all necessities were available to us! We will definitely book with Gayle again!
