Nice location and gorgeous view off of the master balcony! There is a unit being remodeled that caused a lot of noise and disturbance that is close by. We were not able to enjoy the unit as we had hoped due to the noise. I would also suggest new single mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable! Otherwise, the unit was decorated nicely and looked just like the photos online!

This place has it all! Beautiful views from the master bedroom. You are within 10 feet from the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic property with beautiful views on a virtually private beach. Townhouse was well appointed and very clean. The property was great with a backyard as well as easy beach access. We would certainly stay here again if traveling in the area. A truly great property and wonderful experience.

Very responsive property management. Lovely location. The balcony off the master bedroom is our favorite place to be. Convenient to stores and restaurants but feels very private and away from the more crowded beaches. Fun to watch the space launches. (One warning: there were lots of rip current warnings while we were here so extra caution is to be used if getting in the ocean.)

Because of the Southwest fiasco, our flights changed and we were arriving much earlier than scheduled. The owners quickly accommodated the change and started the trip off as well as we could hope. Property was great. Balcony off the master looks on the beach. Close to restaurants and anything else we wanted. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Wonderful time and we’d definitely come back here.

Seriously, the view from the master is out of this world. This property is directly on the beach. Morning sunrises were AMAZING. The beach was never crowded. Would go back to this location in a heartbeat.

This property was exactly as described and right on the beach. Gorgeous! My family and I had a great time, and even survived Hurricane Nicole while there. Condo never lost power, we felt very safe, and the property manager even dropped off extra supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and beach

This property was great! Beautiful views and a short walk to a private beach so you don’t have to fight for space! We even got to see baby turtles hatching & dolphins swimming in the ocean! The home was clean & had plenty of linens & kitchen utensils to make it feel like home away from home! The hosts were GREAT to accommodate our twin toddlers & had options to make it kid friendly…the baby gate was a huge plus! Communication was great & we could even check in earlier than 4 pm! If we come back to the area, we’ll Devi Italy book again!

My family stayed for 6 days/5 nights and everything went perfectly :) more than enough linens, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. Access to the beach was immediately outside the patio door, the beach was private and we were never sharing the space with more than a couple other families. The view from the upper and lower sliding doors was gorgeous. Close to a ton of fishing spots, restaurants, and kitschy shopping. The owner contacted us the day before check in to let us know the property was available earlier in the day than expected and that was much appreciated! I would absolutely stay here again.

Property is even better than described! Amazing location right on the beach. The view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. Everything about the house was perfect. We were sad to leave.

We came to Florida to close on a house and rented this townhouse for a week not knowing how things would go with the new house… this home is clean, beautiful and in the best location! The beach is gorgeous and things could not have been better!! I would stay here anytime!

This is becoming our annual beach stay. Love it!

You are just a few steps from the ocean and the view from the property is wonderful. Communication with Nikki (the property manager) was always timely and responsive. The only issue we had was with another homeowner (Julie) regarding a beach access we had used for the last three years to get our 87 year old mother-in-law to the beach but now was being claimed as private property. They put up no trespassing signs and we argumentative. Not what we had been used to at this property. However, when we asked Nikki, she was able to confirm with the owner of our unit this was true. We were still able to use the beach access just outside our door and luckily there was a public beach access just south of our unit that could accommodate our my mother-in-law. All in all with a few adjustments a very good stay.

Just wow! The owners were great communicators and made sure we were all set. The townhouse was very clean with everything you need. I liked that they equipped the kitchen with a Keurig as most rentals just have a basic coffee pot. There was hardly anyone around us on the beach during our stay. Absolutely perfect place on the beach if you want to escape the condo scene and crowds!

This was our first experience using VRBO to rent a property and it could not have been better nor easier. Our host Nikki called me the day we were to arrive to let me know that the townhome was ready prior to the VRBO agreement which was very appreciated. Throughout our stay, she replied to our texts within minutes and let us know that she was staying in a similar unit just a few doors down in case we needed her immediate attention - we didn't. The unit was exactly as depicted in the description and photos. It was very clean and very well equipped. Good wifi and online streaming options (incl. Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video) on the Roku (it rained heavily some days). All appliances worked well. The beach access could not be easier or closer to the property which was WONDERFUL. There are no high-rise condos nearby so you will enjoy the beach with your other townhome neighbors. Felt safe and secure in the unit and neighborhood. If I had to nitpick anything, it would be that while the King and Queen beds were very comfortable, our kids found the two Twin mattresses too firm for their liking (I agreed). We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is a wonderful location with easy beach access. Walking distance to many local businesses. Great place to stay for both adults and kids.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the pictures but better. My parents stayed in the room on first floor and had their own bathroom. Our boys had a room with twin beds and we stayed in the amazing master bedroom. I miss that view already! You wake up to the ocean view and with the sliding door open, to the sounds of the waves. Priceless! We had our own restroom too but we had a closest that was perfect! It was huge and a beautiful light and big mirror for trying things on. The kitchen has everything you need and more….blender, mixer, etc. You walk out the back door and you are literally walking down a path to the beach! They had 2 beach chairs and one folding lay down chair. Tons of buckets and beach toys and 2-4 boogie boards. This beach seems private. No one around us except when walking by. With it being the Atlantic side, boys loved the big waves! Beach was super clean and the neighbors we so kind. As far as the town, we felt very safe. We usually bring portable security alarm to our rentals, but we didn’t even use it. The best places we found to eat is on the little road in the historic Melbourne. There is some shopping, good burgers and for upscale The Mansion had great food. The boys loved Longdoggers with Moo ice cream and we had great pizza from Bizarro & cold stone which was in walking distance from rental. We went to Disney one day which was only 1 hour & 20 min drive and the Kennedy Space Center only 35 min drive. The only item I scored under a 5, was cleanliness. The overall cleaning was done, surfaces washed, clean linens, etc. The floors were filthy. Our feet were black and I mean black within minutes of walking on them. That grossed me out, but was an easy fix. We just cleaned them. There was piles of hair and food and dust when we did this. Then we washed the floors and it was fine after that. Also, we couldn’t get a good enough WiFi signal and would get the circle of death when we used it and in two bedrooms we couldn’t get the cable to work so those tv’s were unable to be used. Overall, would recommend this place for sure for a peaceful, relaxing, ocean vacation! We stay in Florida 2-3 times a year and we loved the safety, the cute house, the area we were in and the privacy on the beach.

We really enjoyed being able to wake up to the beautiful ocean views. I watched the sunrise from the bedroom. The home is undated and very comfortable for our family of five.

The location could NOT be better and the furnishings are perfectly beachy! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us to hang out together and we loved the ability to have privacyif we wanted. The host was extremely responsive throughout the whole process! This was a dream vacation♥️

Our week stay at this ground floor “walk right out to the ocean” condo was just right. It’s been updated with a calming beach theme and colors. The Upstairs master bedroom has a triple wide glass window/door opening to a balcony which is the perfect perch for enjoying the waves crashing. Comfortable and away from any high rises. We loved it here.
