Host was accommodating. Everything was good, except ants in bathroom and neighbors dog barking all hours of night and early am. We would use this vrbo again.

Great temp quarters for us while house hunting and buying. Mary was fantastic to deal with. We were lucky enough to have been able to extend our stay twice due to realtor minor issues. Cool neighbors with a very cool cat and dog. The canal was very soothing to sit by most evenings as well. Trash is Tuesdays and Fridays. Just a minor suggestion to Mary that maybe she could put that info on her “informational sheet” in the house. We would recommend this to our friends and we would be more than willing to stay again. We highly recommend this home! We loved kayaking in the mangroves, watching fish, osprey, & anhingas. It's very peaceful and great for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is large, well stocked and comfortable. This is one of the best vrbos we have ever had the pleasure of staying in!

Had a great time. Having the kayaks there made it great as we paddled on the gulf every day. Liked the small town feel of the community.

Roomy! Nice patio & outdoor lanai. Fun to watch the water rise & fall when the tide was down. Needs a bit more detail on cleaning. Missed several fan blades, behind couches and end tables. Leave more toilet paper and paper towels & light bulbs. Also replace & clean furnace filter. Struggled with the wifi which made things difficult at times. Communication was great with the owner. Answered any questions we had. Overall it was a good stay.....ps the neighbors dog barks all night sometimes.

What made it even more pleasant was the almost instant communication we had with the owners when we had a question or needed something. We've stayed at many VRBO properties in the past, and this one was probably my favorite. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it is so Florida, and we had a stress free and relaxing time at this property! I absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect spot for us newlyweds. Super cozy and quiet, but close to many different attractions and places to see! We even talked about coming every year.

Absolutely loved this place ! Clean, cute 2 bedroom 2 bath and a kitchen furnished with everything you need including washer and dryer..we enjoyed the beautiful dock area right out our back door , fishing. Special visitor, George the bird came daily to eat the fish we caught..The wonderful new experience was kayaking to the gulf, kayaks, life jackets were provided. Close to everything , Sam's grill was our favorite spot to eat watching the beautiful sunsets . TARPON SPRINGS was close and a wonderful place to visit..owners were wonderful to work.with..All the neighbors were so nice, felt safe and very relaxing! GOLF and pickle ball close by and the screened in.porch was awesome for reading and relaxing .. fire pit for nighttime and a huge grill with a pavillion..This place was perfect..

As advertised. Dock on water. Did a little fishing and took a kayak to the gulf. Lots of wildlife to see. Very relaxing. Home was fine. Easy to get around town.

The rental was clean, the neighborhood quiet and a nice place to sit on the patio in the morning and evenings. It was also stocked nicely with kitchen tools and other items like beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom sheets are so soft!!!! Close to several nice beaches. The owner is quick to respond to questions. We would come back here without hesitation.

We were very impressed on arrival and loved every minute of our stay. Owners were just a phone call away at all times. We enjoyed the kayaks, patio, etc. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice furniture. We will return.

The property has been very well taken cared of. It has everything Very roomy. The beds are very comportable which is a big plus! I know my wife always worries about being able to get a good nights sleep....no worries here! There’s lot to do! I caught some nice fish nearby at the state park and we took our dog swimming at another state park! Overall we had a great peaceful and relaxing stay! Thank you!

Much better than staying at a motel/hotel

This canal front property is not only essentially on the gulf but is close to 19 making it a breeze to get out and explore. The property is also located 5-10 minutes from Hudson beach where you have some close food options. I highly recommend Mr. Nicks ice cream pub if you are in the mood for a sweet fix. The property was exceptionally clean and the patio was great for relaxing evenings. Mary is quick to respond to questions and was very kind and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice quiet place to stay that is right on the water and close to anything you would need to complete your stay!

We had the most awesome time at our vacation rental, the location and accommodations were great. Everything was clean and ready to move in. The owners were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. We plan on another visit next year. We used the kayaks also. We look forward to seeing you MaryKay and Walter next year.

This was the best vacation ever ! We stayed for a month at Mary and Walt’s place . The whole experience was amazing. They are the best ! The place was immaculate! We didn’t need to bring anything but our clothes. The residence was very quaint and it just had everything you could ask for and more. Thank you, thank You Mary and Walt.
