Well located, well appointed, very comfortable, well equipped.

Loved the house. Debbie was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with all the doors and the alarms. Extremely loud and they didn’t allow enough time to get through the door without going off. I hope this has been fixed!

Our family just spent a week at Campo Di Bella and it was worth every penny!! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked through the door at the start our vacation until the day we checked out. Not only was the home super comfortable, inviting, beautifully decorated and well appointed, it was also very close to all of the action in downtown Seaside. We only had a short walk to the beach and with Debbie's (the homeowner) help, we secured a nice golf cart to get everywhere else we needed to go. It was a perfect setup! I was also blown away by the fabulous outdoor spaces. From the pristine, clean pool and spa to the expansive, partially covered patio with an amazing custom built porch swing, as well as beautiful gardens filled with lots of lush greenery, colorful flowers and fresh herbs we could use for cooking. Debbbie was a wonderful host and made herself available any time we had questions or needed help with anything. She also provided an expansive binder with house rules and expectations, along with all the area restaurants and things to do in Seaside. At first we were overwhelmed by all of the details, but we quickly realized how important they all were for protecting the investment of love that was poured into this stunning home by Debbie herself. I highly recommend that future guests choose Campo Di Bella for their next vacation "home away from home"!

I cannot say enough about our stay at Campo di Bella! From the moment we stepped onto the property it felt as if we were walking into a tropical paradise. The greenery and flowers were in full bloom and the yard was kept so beautifully. It truly was nothing short of spectacular. We loved the quaint neighborhood which was a great and safe area for our kids to walk around and look at all of the beautiful homes. Inside the house was so immaculate and clean. The attention to detail was superb. Each room was beautifully crafted with lovely furniture and artwork. It made you feel at home and cozy and also that you were in a luxurious setting at the same time. Debbie was nothing short of helpful. Our older girls staying at the Carriage House locked themselves out, and Debbie answered and helped immediately at 11:00 at night. We were so grateful for her and her immediate response. Everything was so easy and it fit our family of 11 so comfortably! I read some reviews about the alarms, but honestly, as moms, we were grateful to know if the kids were running outside. If they were younger, I would have especially been thankful that there were alarms with the pool. It definitely made us feel safer. And having a pool was a must for us! It gave all of us, especially our kids, a little downtime after a day at the beach. And also gave them something to do while the adults were preparing dinner when we stayed in. The house was nestled away, but was also an easy walk to the Hub at Seaside, a quick ride to the grocery store, restaurants and all of the sight seeing. There was a close beach access that is an easy walk as well. I would definitely recommend getting beach service though so there is no need to carry chairs and umbrellas! So worth it! This was our first trip to this part of Florida, but will not be our last. Everything about the house, beach and location exceeded our every expectation and we cannot recommend Campo di Bella or thank Debbie enough for this amazing family vacation.

Debbie’s house is beautiful … from the favorite porch swing to the pool area and outdoor grill with tv we couldn’t have asked for more. Seaside area was very busy but with golf cart it was pretty easy to get around and fun! Everything is pretty close. We had a great time. Debbie was always available if we had questions and she made sure we had everything. The house is very well equipped and is top notch!!

We absolutely LOVED this home! Beautifully decorated & very well stocked with all the kitchen accessories u could need. Plenty of extra towels & bedding. In a great location on a quiet street! Easy access to the beach! Debbie was a sweetheart & very quick to respond. Highly recommend this home & would DEFINITELY stay there again.

This home is so beautiful and welcoming. Debbie has obviously thought of the details that make the stay the best it can be. She is also very helpful if you need questions answered or anything addressed. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating for many. We had the maximum total of 14 - this included the carriage house. The carriage house is small but also nicely designed. A bit tight with 2 adults and 2 children (20 and 17). Recommend a gulf cart for easy and fun traveling in the neighborhood- up and down 30A. Traffic is heavy and parking spots a challenge. Beach accesses are frequent. They are steep with many stairs. Recommend claiming a spot by 8 am! There is a cut through at end of cul-de-sac (behind fence and through some brush) we learned of later in week that was really great for quick access to a beach access where the beach was wider and more gradual water entry. Grayton and Santa Rosa were my two favorite areas to visit. Each section has its unique qualities and they’re all beautiful to visit. Challenges: the fridge in main house broke before we’d arrived but Debbie had a loner delivered and placed on back patio. This wasn’t under her control but it was an inconvenience with that many people going in and out to retrieve food items - add to this every time you go out you must press the button to prevent alarm and only have 7 seconds to get in while trying to hold refrigerator items in your arms. Debbie has a lot of rules. Understandably so, her house is her “baby” she built. For some, this could feel overwhelming. We didn’t feel however that she was looking over our shoulders. Debbie was in the neighborhood during our stay and visited us. She’s very friendly and easy going and helpful. Our only “wish” for the house would be more towel hooks in bathrooms or bedrooms - enough for each person to hang bath and/or hand towels. The guest half bath in main house has no where to place a hand towel at all! Last, I am plant based (vegan) eater and it was especially difficult to find food at restaurants in the area - not very vegan friendly. The rest of my family is not and had no issues. In summary, CampodiBello is amazing and Debbie a super hostess. Area is beautiful but busy (we traveled June 25 - July 3) during peak season. Beaches and water wonderful but a bit challenging to access for some or with a lot of “things” to carry. Pool and hot tub are lovely. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Great house and location. Could t have been better.

This property was stunning. Every aspect of it was top notch. We had lots of room to cook, eat, sleep, play, and relax. Debbie was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions right away. The list of "rules" for the home made it so nice for us and for all those that will stay there in the future. I stay at many VRBOs and find that sometimes the photos do not accurately reflect beauty or size - this listing is absolutely "what you see is what you get." The pool is wonderful for all ages - babies to elderly. The Carriage House is a wonderful addition as well! Anytime our vacation takes us to 30A, this will be where we will stay!

This lovely home was perfectly furnished and comfortable for our group of 9. We loved that it's situated on a quiet, private street but is just steps to 30A and the beach! Debbie, the home owner, is terrific. Her pride in her home is felt in every detail!!

Great property with all the conveniences of home. Very clean and well decorated. Close to the beach yet away from the crowd. The only negative was some occasional construction noise from new home being built across the street. Aside from that we had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this property.

We loved this property!! Clean, well stocked, convenient to beach...just perfect!! Great option for a family vacation!! Outdoor space was our favorite! Added bonus, we got to meet the owner who was precious!! We will be back for sure!!!

what a wonderful house! It was close to the beach and near the restaurants and stores. We had 13 people and enjoyed the beautiful patio and pool every night. We were thrilled to find the fresh herb garden at the house. Debbie was a wonderful host and her passion for her home is quite evident . 5 stars!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed, was beautiful, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to beaches and Seaside for entertainment and dining. We had plenty of space yet still felt we were together as a family. We walked to the beach early in the morning for a stroll and again in the evening. We spent our days between the beach and pool. Debbie was great to work with. She was truly concerned that our stay was perfect and she always responded promptly. We hope to come back again!

Location away from hustle and bustle but two minute golf cart ride to beach and restaurants. Very quiet and upscale vacation property!

We love Campo di Bella! We’ve brought our family here multiple times and love the home’s amenities - the kitchen is fully stocked, beds boast beautiful linens, and electronics are modern and easy to use. The location is ideal as you can walk, bike or golf cart to Seaside, the beach, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Whiskey Bravo. I also recommend taking 30A to the Donut Hut and Seafood Market. We love using the gas grill and other kitchen gadgets to eat in at night, and explore local dining for lunches out. Debbie is so easy to work with and super responsive. We can’t wait to come back and rent both the house and carriage house again!

Everything was perfect for our family. The property owner was friendly, helpful, not intrusive. The home is beautiful and only a few minutes from the beach. The is well-maintained.

We had 10 adults and 2 children staying at this house - excellent floorplan for what we needed. Bed and linens were awesome - slept like we were at home. Every imaginable thing stocked in kitchen that you could need. You won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed this beautiful up-to-date home for our recent family vacation. Very near the beach access and well located for bike rides to Seaside, Watercolor and other surrounding communities. House is comfortable, nicely furnished and has a very nice pool & patio area as well.

The layout of CampoDiBella, both inside and outside, was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. It very spacious with everything you need. The home is immaculate with beautiful décor. The carriage house is equally charming. There is no question you are on a beach vacation. CampoDiBella is very close to a grocery market and the beach. We found having a golf cart was a must since we had 2 little ones. Our favorite gather spot was on the front porch with everyone wanting the swing! Debbie C. does a fantastic job of providing detailed instructions on checking in, departing and operating various items in the house and carriage house. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at CampDiBella and woud love to return!

We had a great time and Debbie was really easy to work with. The only thing that future visitors should know, that I was not aware of, is the construction across the street. It was very loud during the day and didn't end until around 5 or 6. Other then that, we had a great stay!

Campodibello is a wonderful place for anyones family. The open layout and large outdoor space allows for both indoor and outdoor meal times and bonding times. Debbie has decorated the house beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you will need. The location is very convenient to Seaside, beach and to grocery stores. there is ample parking off of the street and the house is very secure and safe. She has arms on the door which gave us a great deal of peace of mind with four little ones under 6. The pool and spa were perfect for both the adults and kids and with the heat night swimming was great! I highly recommend this home for your family.

Our family had a great time at CampodiBella! The house was extremely clean and modern, just as you see in the pictures and it had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed that the location was on a quiet street yet very accessible to the beach and Seaside shops/restaurants. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to the area.

Great location, 3 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to the square in Seaside. House was impeccable, high end appliances, so nice that I hated to leave the property. Will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time at Campo di Bella, the location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The welcome book supplied answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The pool was a perfect activity for the kids, all beds were super comfy and the Home is beautiful. Can’t wait to go back next year!

I reviewed this property once before (June 2015). We have stayed in Debbie's home three times now: June 2015, October 2016 and March 2017 - and every time it was perfect. The beach is exactly 411 steps away. To the few who have grumbled about the distance, you can stroll it, with kids in tow and a picnic basket and boogie board in hand in about four minutes. And unlike the beach at Seaside, the beach at Seagrove is never crowded, even at peak times on the busiest days of the year. But you can walk / bike / scooter / skate from the house to any of the Seaside restaurants in ten minutes or less. It's the best of both worlds by a country mile. We tend to cook a lot of our meals at the house. The kitchen is very comfortable to prepare a meal for a large group (we've had as many as 14). We are pretty serious cooks. And while the kitchen might not have every last pot, pan and gourmet gadgetry as we have in our home kitchen, it's more than adequate for anything and everything that we ever wanted to prepare. We've rented lots of other vacation rentals over the years that didn't hold a candle to this kitchen. We love how the kitchen is part of the open floor plan of the ground floor. The kitchen is open to the two dining areas and the living room - and the porch and pool through generous glass. It's a very open feeling when you like, and at night, you can close the plantation shutters and have complete privacy. The pool is just perfect. We have found that we tend to go to the beach every morning, then lounge around the pool during mid-day, then return to the beach closer to sunset, then use the pool (and hot tub) at night. It's the perfect size and layout. After the first time we stayed at Campo di Bella we were sold on the idea of having close access to the beach AND a pool / hot tub. Now that we've stayed there three times (in Summer, Fall and Spring) we just wouldn't have it any other way. The bedrooms are spacious to say the least. The size and arrangement of the three upstairs bedrooms works great for a bunch of kids, a mix of adults and kids and surely would satisfy three adult couples. On one trip, we even had two adolescents sleeping in the 2nd floor tv alcove area and they thought that they won the lottery. The master bedroom / bath are ridiculously large, but we love them. On one of our trips we also rented the Carriage House and it was perfect for a grandparent who wanted to be close, but not too close, to the maelstrom in the main house.

Campo di Bella was exactly what we needed for our spring break vacation. One of the nicest appointed homes we have rented in the South Walton Beach area. Every detail is considered in the planning of this wonderful home. We had 2 families (4 adults, and 5 kids) for our week at Campo di Bella. Most our time was spent outside on the nice days on the pool/hot tub deck with a covered patio option to get out of the sun. My favorite spot was on the bed swing on the covered porch for naps. In the evenings and when the weather wouldn't cooperate, the open kitchen/living/dining rooms space was perfect. One of the best vacations we have had together. We will definitely be coming back to Campo di Bella.

We were four adults who had an excellent time in this beautiful home; it is located on a wooded street, on a dead end...spent hours in the pool and on the comfortable porch area...the home is equipped with all you would need for a fabulous vacation - we ate breakfast in, and cooked dinner one night...the location is literally a three minute drive to Seaside and half hour maximum to Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and Destin (skip Destin, not worth the ride)...only thing I would offer is that the beach is further than we thought, not 300 steps...we chose to do a minute drive rather than lug beach chairs and coolers for the walk...also the beach is not flat to the street, need to walk down three levels of stairs...only thing we had to provide for ourselves were beach chairs and beach towels (which can also be rented)...and a Publix supermarket is conveniently close by. The owners Debbie and James Campbell were lovely to deal with and responded almost immediately to any questions we had - hoping to return to this home again next year.
