A little bite difficult to find the key

It was a lovely,tidy clean place to stay and quiet position also.We we’re however disappointed with main bed,no support in mattress at all so couldn’t sleep well.Sofa bed was bad also,springs in mattress were so uncomfortable,impossible to get comfy.if beds were comfortable then we would definitely stay here again.Thank you for allowing us to stay,appreciate

Other renters upstairs were exceedingly noisy. Appeared to be a people who organised a party on Saturday night with noise of oartyinf going till 4 am in the morning. Throughout the night, sounds of furniture being dragged around and stomping on floorboards above severely disrupted sleep. Owners need to screen who rent their property.

It was a relaxing stay.

The place is awesome only downfall was the noise from upstairs when people are walking around but it wasn’t the end of the world 😁

We didn’t spend much time there, but it was a great little place to stay.

Lovley place to stay. Messaged owner about a leaking shower. Plumber arrived about 2hrs later to fix it. Unfortunately he couldn't do it as it was going to be a big job, but wow how quickly was she. What a wonderful host,will definitely stay again.

The apartment is clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay with our little dog. She loved her walks past the golf course to the playing fields which is just across the road.

the people upstairs moving furniture and also making love so offputting booked for two nights, but we left after the first night and stayed elsewhere

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

It was fine for what we wanted, close to family, that accepted pets. A bath mat would of been good, as well as a plug for bathroom sink. The cleaners may want to get rid of all the used soaps in bathroom, in the cupboard. But had all the mod cons we needed. So would stay again

Bob and I were impressed with the facilities in the lovely little flat. Our Dog loved running around the large section. We were thrilled to discover a large dog park just across the road and 2 dog beaches nearby. The distance from town wasn’t a consideration as it is still close. The Hungry Jacks at the end of the road came in handy. We really enjoyed our stay and will make it our regular holiday place from now on. Regards Joyce

Not far from town , parking, everything you need in appartment.

Property was clean and stocked, would stay again The blinds and window treatments need fixing to open and close correctly, looks like they have been like this for awhile.

Apartment and facilities good, but sounds from above apartment very apparent. On arrival no information sheet and therefore no info on wifi. As there was no contact phone number we had no way of contacting the owner and we were reduced to phoning our son in Perth to do this. He eventually confirmed he had done this but we heard nothing until next morning when the sheet was finally given to us with no apology for the oversight, and we learned that the owner was living in the upstairs apartment! We could not get the tv to work and eventually discovered there were no batteries in the remote so I had to drive that evening to buy some (we have left them as a parting gift). We didn’t complain on receiving the info sheet as we were just happy to now have it and by the time we were leaving just wanted to be on our way. It would have nice to have been greeted as Anna was on the premises but not giving a contact number was very poor.

Property was value for the money but being down stairs there was a lot off noise from upstairs walking around etc , property was a good size but needs blinds and windows serviced so they work . Minor cleansing was needed for example milk frothier had bad milk in it and blinds had dodgy looking stains . Overall a nice stay and host was nice and helpful

I had a comfortable stay and my host attended to my queries promptly and favourably.

We loved this property. Spacious, lovely soft furnishings Laundry, bathroom great, nice toilet paper was a change from the cheap crap out we have had at other places. Anna was lovely

Traveled to Geraldton for a dog show, the yard was clean and safe for my dog. The apartment was also clean and comfortable, well priced. A very enjoyable stay and I would book again, particularly as I am able to have my dog.

A well appointed and comfortable home away from home with all needed for a short stay .

Have contact owner by text and sent several photos of the state of the property which is both filthy and unsafe, I have requested they contact me, I think a full refund is required. I would also like to send Stayz photos of the premises along with a letter. Kindly forward me an email address where I might send these. I am hoping the owners will contact me and take note of my complaint and remedy the situation. If they choose to ignore my concerns I will have no option but to take the matter up with the council , health and safety as there are safety issues and consumer affairs. The property was very comfortable and well appointed. Some upstairs quests were very noisy including in the middle of the night.

The unit is spacious and well-equipped. But for this to be a totally honest review....Sadly, maintenance is clearly not on the agenda, with a number of things needing attention, detracting from the enjoyment of staying there. Most noticable, and unavoidable is the noise transmitted down from the rented unit above. The visitors were not noisey people but it was possible to hear their every step and movement. When they opened or closed the sliding door it sounded extremely loud downstairs. Not good when trying to sleep, we were woken several times. Linking these things together with the cheap (but functional) furniture, I suggest that "executive" is not an appropriate description for this unit. With that said it is functional and comfortable, although we did not meet the owner she sounded cheerful and helpful on the phone.

Good location Very uncomfortable bed Very noisy upstairs. Screaming children and could hear them talk and every creak of floorboards,flush of toilet etc

Very adequate for our needs, clean, central. Difficult to get in contact with owner, no email sent on opening of apartment but otherwise awesome

Unfortunately didn't get to stay the whole time we booked due to the cyclone and having no power. However, the house was as per the photos and description. You could hear everything upstairs but would stay again.

property was ok however the advise for entry to the place was sent too late to my computer after i had left to go i dont have a phone so getting access was a proplem. a kitchen table would be a good addition
