Clean, friendly staff, there’s a market in the lobby for last minute snacks or drinks. That’s neat.

Breakfast could be better and the ability to log into a personal streaming service would be nice. Cable is cool but annoying when you can’t figure out what’s on or how far you’re into it. It’s 2023- that seems like it should be a standard thing.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Very disappointing. We expect more from Hilton. It is a “minimalist” hotel according to the staff. However, the rates were certainly not minimalist, far from it. The room had no curtains, no lamps, no rugs, no comfy chair, no pictures on walls, no creature comforts at all. There was no sign of room service in our entire 7 day stay even though we were told our room would be serviced after day 4 -not. The entire design inside the hotel looked like it was done by an elementary school student. The hotel has not furnished me with a receipt as yet even though they were quick to provide this survey request. We will not be staying there again. We could have gotten better value at Motel 6. I understand this is a franchise hotel. However, Hilton should be ashamed to allow their name and reputation to be used at such an inferior property.

Clean and nice decor.

The bed was as hard as a rock. My hips hurt from sleeping on my side and the pillows were all mushy.

The location was good, close to where I needed to be. Close to shopping and restaurants..

The pool was dirty, I booked for double beds and not 1 king. The wall on one side was dirty. The bed sounded broke.

The location was close to Santan village with restaurants and shopping!

The breakfast was basically a continental with scrambled eggs and waffles.

Cleanliness, like there was no carpet in the rooms. Room was modern and bright in the hallways. Breakfast and layout of the breakfast, and the sitting area. Staff were friendly, seemed happy to beat work.

Computers at front desk were slow day of arrival.

Neat lobby and room decor. Also helpful staff and big market selection.

My a/c I had to unplug due to it sounding like a dying jet engine when it was running

The proximity it was to the places that mattered most to us, allowed our fur-babies to be with us and the bright colors. The staff was very welcoming.

Our hotel room's AC compressor- whenever it kicked on and/or shut off, it damn near sounded like a jet engine starting up and would startle us in the middle of the night. Especially since my husband and myself are military veterans, we are super jumpy as we've seen things. The bed was also super squeaky.
