My very happy stay in Toulouse was memorable also because I had such a pleasant stay in this place. It was cozy, not pretentious, but like a one's own home base, with a cute balcony, a very good radiator that heat up very quickly, small but sufficient kitchenette, where all cleaning materials are provided, cooking supplies and big dining table. The window shutter was pretty solid & good for a night owl who needs to sleep during the day time. Location was perfect (equi-distance from the main train station and the center of the town, both easy walking distance). Mr. Victor at the reception was very polite and friendly (even when I wasn't so loaded up, he spontaneously helped me carry my cabin bag upto the room, checked if my keys worked smoothly, and even stayed up beyond normal office hour to help me re-book extra nights' stay despite my last minute change of the plan). The owner of the residence also was quite understanding and helpful, as soon as there was a little bit of hard grip of the room key, he instantly visited the spot to readjust the door lock, and was kindly permitted me to deposit my luggage while I explored other parts of the region. Their reactions and pleasant attitude made me feel that all population of Toulouse are super gentle, kind, friendly, open-minded, practical, good humans.

If I might suggest only two improvement to the two rooms I had stayed, that would be: (1) the lighting at the kitchenette, which was almost too direct and bright against eyes, to the extent that I taped a length of toilet paper against this light. to dimm the strength of the light. As long as I cover that part with a piece of toilet paper, it was ok, but, it is a bit funny thing to do! :D and (2) a body length mirror on the wall. I don't know abt boys, but, girls usually need it to check if the edge of the skirt isn't flipping, or skirf length is correct on the left and the right, etc. It does not need to be decorative mirror, just a practical one will do, as long as we can check the whole figure (besides, a presence of a long mirror on the wall enhances a spacious image of a room). Apart from that, a hook on the wall is useful to hang various stuff, such as umbrella, hat, belt, used towel etc.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville et à 15 min à pied de la gare . Il est aussi calme car il donne sur une cour intérieure donc aucun bruit de ville Réceptionniste très sympa . Appartement propre et lit parfait . Petite kitchenette

Appartement conforme aux photos pour la déco ( deco style année 70 ) Eau très très chaude . Trop chaude on peut facilement se brûler Il manque le recyclage du verre !
