We absolutely loved this home. Cozy, clean, well stocked and close enough to walk to town. We came to visit family and see Leadville for the first time. Lovely town with so much to see. Next time we visit, we'll stay here.

We rented this house for a group during the Leadville 100 Run weekend. You can’t beat the location; it’s right at the start / finish and an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. It was clean, well-appointed, and Jason was accommodating and very responsive.

The house has all the things plus radiant floor heating! Close walk to town. Warm, cozy place. Great for kids and set-up well for skiing.

We had an awesome stay at this property for a week while skiing. The host has thought of everything you could need including a fully stocked kitchen, spare toiletries, plenty of bedding and pillows, tons of towels, board games, and truly just about anything you could need or may have forgotten. The location is excellent and close to Ski Cooper and there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store in town. The garage is heated so that is also nice. The bed in the master bedroom is a very firm bed so if you love a firm bed you will enjoy the bed. The house is updated with nice bathrooms and nice heated flooring. We would definitely stay here again!

Just blocks from the main street and with gorgeous mountain views, this house was truly perfect. We went skiing every day at Ski Cooper and then came home and cooked dinner, watched movies and played games. The living room area was very comfortable and fit all five of us. The kitchen was VERY well stocked and I appreciated the variety of kitchen gadgets.

Great VRBO experience for two couples. House is comfortable, well-furnished, kitchen had all we needed and within easy walking distance to shopping, dining and the Mineral Belt trail. In-floor radiant heating kept the home more comfortable than most in Leadville in and even the garage is heated! Owner communication was easy and efficient.

We stayed in the house with a couple of friends for the Silver Rush races. It was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, very well supplied, very comfortable, and a huge kitchen. We were able to use the garage to store bikes. Jason was very responsive to our inquiries.

This house had everything needed for a stay in Leadville. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. The garage was very nice to have. Great location just a few blocks off of Harrison (main shopping street) and convenient to all of the recreational opportunities that surround Leadville.

The water pressure in the showers was outstanding. Providing a perfect massage each night after hiking in the Rockies all day!

We stayed at this location for the Leadville MTB stage race in July. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops, as well as the start of day 1 of the stage race. The house was stocked with plenty of blankets, towels, board games, and the kitchen had everything we could need. Really appreciated the easy and quick communication with the owner as well.

This home is in a great location, and the kitchen and bedrooms were so clean.
Our son loved all of the board games and we loved not having to bring half our kitchen with us because the kitchen was so well stocked. We also loved the mattresses, garage and laundry room. There is easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and museums, a quick drive to the grocery store, and easy access to drive to Turquoise Lake and the Fish Hatchery. The property owner was helpful and gracious.

Another great summer vacay!
Shhhh! Leadville is an amazing base camp for all your summer adventures and this house is the best! A short walk to amazing coffee, burritos, pizza and sandwiches. Fully stocked, all you need are your clothes and sense of adventure. Please go stay in Breckenridge and leave this place to us!

This home has a LOT going for it:
*super clean
*close to town
*fenced in yard for my doggies
*VERY warm with the floor heat
*living room views of Mt Elbert and Mt Massive
*heated garage
What more can I say? Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the in town location because Leadville is so cool! Skied at Copper and Ski Cooper. Loved my time here.

Fabulous Stay!
From the location, layout, views, updates to the heated garage and floors, we couldn't imagine a better place to stay! We had a great Christmas vacation, easy drive to Ski Cooper, walked to the quaint town almost daily to enjoy coffee and the local charm. It snowed 2 different days, snow plow came by to clear the driveway. Having the garage during pack up and snow days was a HUGE bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family ski trip
This house was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The dining table was more than big enough and the sectional couch was huge. The owner was great to work with. The heated garage was amazing. The owner took care of the snow removal in the driveway which was an added bonus. There were also lots of extras like spices, washing detergent, shampoo, etc. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Well appointed, fully equipped spot just a couple of minutes walk from Harrison Ave. Beautiful kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals in when you'd rather not go out. Will definitely look to book again when I'm back in Leadville!

Amazing in every way!
I love when properties are even better than the post/advert. This property and the PM, Jason are everything you hope for. We had 2 families here, on and off for a month. The pics don't really do it justice. Very clean, amazing location, fully stocked high-end kitchens and baths, etc. Jason's communication is super-responsive and complete. I highly recommend this property except for all the times I want to come back. HA!
