staff was great, all of them! Very nice and helpful! we really needed a 'rest stay' , my husband is recovering from a horrible spell of dengue (we live in Bonaire) and we loved the place! even when there was a small noise hick-up, it was solved immediately. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Property is a bit 'tired', renovations are in order, but keeping in mind the last hurricane damages, totally understandable....

Location was good, very close to Simpson Bay but you need a car for sure because of the distance from the road to the reception and rooms

Internet was weak in the room and at times the staff were not warm as should be expected. The bathroom door in the rooms didn't open thoroughly to allow for easy access to the toilet and sink

The pool and privacy

The chairs peel too much.. they are very old and need to be repaired. This is in all of the rooms I have noticed. The toilet and sink is old as you can see the dirt sticks to it and some of the furnitures are broken/torn.

It needs a little renovation. The outside looks a bit dated but when you get inside the room, it's lovely.

Nothing. My fligth was canceled, I found the hotel listed and made my booking at 11:35 p.m.. When I got there 15' later, after taking an outrageous expensive taxi, the hotel front desk was closed. Nobody to check me in. At that point, I had to figure out where to go and how to find a taxi to pick me up. Big loss of money in extra night taxis and huge amount of trouble to deal with on a so-called turístic island.

The hotel was listed on Booking, my reservation was taken at 11:35 p.m.., but when I got there 15' later, the front desk was closed. Not even a couch could be acessed to spend a few hours until someone shows up and allow me into my room. Terrible service and plataform management.

The moment I left the hotel

The moment I walked into the room and the bed was not made. The TV in the living room did not work. There were many power cuts and the WiFi connection was poor. There was no parking spot next to the rooms which was inconvenient.
