The fact that is in seapoint closer to waterfront and MOJO market.Also situated in the main road.The view.Toliet and shower is behind a door so it's not exposed to you.I like that there is laundry where you can iron your things free.I also like that you can warm up your food and can also be kept in the hotel fridge.Though it would be better if there was a bar fridge in the room.Also the fact that there was parking.We also felt safe.

Towels are very old.The colour is between black and white.I think when doing laundry you.mix colors.The bedding was not changed .There was no space to put our luggage.Our things were scatered.It would be better if there was a wardrobe.It would also be better if there was a small barfridge in the room to keep your drinks .

Would mind to come again. Must make smoking rooms also.

Everything was okay

Bardzo miły pomocny personel. Codziennie sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Automat do kawy, automat z napojami przekąskami, mikrofalówka. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra i bezpieczna. Przystanek komunikacji miejskiej przed hotelem. Wi-Fi działało bez problemów.

The area is nice and the staff is pleasant.

The rooms are a bit small but the bathroom takes the cake. I've never seen a bathroom so small 😒😒😒. The only parking space we got was outside the facility. Was sleeping on the 2nd floor and my husband hat to check on our car 3 times in 1 night. I couldn't sleep well because of the stress.

The hotel is really value for money and offers everything you need.

I really didn't enjoy the fact that I had to schlep up to the second floor with my luggage. No help was offered and being old really made it difficult to get up the stairs. If it was not for this, I would have rated it a 10.

Location is the best close to everything you can walk to sea point, I even walked to the city, is like every is just around and all a walk in distance, the reception is great you get a warmth welcome and even when you check out they are nice.The staff fantastic and the room was exactly as it was shown/ advertised a bit small though. Housekeeping well done even though sheets you can tell that were not changed but cleaning was excellent all in tact I can recommend and will come again next time.

First of all , I would love more if they had coffee/ tea in the room, perhaps ironing facilities as advertised please, we need that to help us relax. Thank you.

Very nice location, close to shops and restaurants. Pretty nicely priced based on location.

Rooms are very small. "tea and coffee facilities" is a vending machine. No fridge or anything so difficult to keep food. No shelves and very little space to hang clothes, there aren't even hooks for hats and coats. One of the cleaning staff threw away my wash cloth!!!!! Parking is first come first serve basis.

Very clean and safe. You get a bottle of water every day. The snacks and sweets in reception area are of good value. It was a pleasant stay.

There is no place to put soap in the shower. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Just the small things are missing. Nothing major. It was an enjoyable stay

No where near enough parking so you are forced to park in the street in a high crime area. Several issues with booking.com payment options when they actually don’t take the payment. The hotel needs to address this with booking.com Loud drunk and inconsiderate hotel guests.

It didnt really have the homely vibe felt like just another hotel stay i didnt really have any view the room was plain an ordinary no wow...to it

The room is clean and enough for me as a solo traveler. I have all what I need such as towel, soap, shampoo, and tissue. Overall, location is great as it is by the main road and near the Green Point park and the beach which is amazing for sunset walks or runs. It is close to V&A Waterfront as well which could be reached by walk or by Uber. It is really worth the money.

I couldn't connect to the WiFi though on the 2nd floor. And there is no lift or elevator for big luggage so better travel light when you book this hotel. The receptionist may also not be there the whole time although there's a bell to ring but it is still better to communicate well with them when you need them at a specific time, especially when you need to pick up your luggage from their storage room after checking out.

There was not a fridge in the room, irrelevant TV channels, No chair in my room. No lift in the building

The size of the room, very good matress and we had a couch in the room.

Not enough cupboards/ hanging rail or shelves. Open bathroom and toilett, no privacy. Only ONE towel per person. NO handtowel. We had to ask for something for our feet to stand on in the bathroom. Could also add an extra shelve for dresser for the ladies.

The checking in was a breeze and what a lovely welcome from Gadija the receptionist 👍quite a pleasant young lady. Nice and quiet area and a walking distance to coffee shops and v&a waterfront. It has on site parking which was great, we didn't have to worry about our car.

Not great TV channels and in the bathroom they should facilitate for towel rails or some place to put down toiletries other than putting things on the toilet seat and after a shower everything was wet because there is no shower door...that was awful.
