Great spot convenient to everything! Great stay!!!

The townhouse/apt was true to it's description and very nice. However, it failed to mention it was lower level, below the main sidewalk on the corner of the street. No view for us/no privacy. The drapes remained drawn to keep sidewalk onlookers from looking down and observing us. I'd love to give it 5 stars but I could've rented a private chalet for the same price with privacy and a view of the mountains. This was a graduation trip for our daughter. Disappointing. Location in town though was great if you don't mind the fish-bowl experience.

Easy

This was our first condo rental in Aspen, and this place did not disappoint! From the first moment of booking, Jennifer was responsive, thorough and kind. She promptly responded to my emails and answered each question with details and helpful info. This condo is located in a quiet area of Durant, and it is easily accessible to “all things Aspen”! It is an easy walk to the RFTA buses that took us to the Labor Day Jazz Fest in Snowmass, and City Market is right across the street. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. What a great reprieve from our busy days and nights soaking up the many activities that Aspen has to offer. We are already planning our Labor Day visit for 2022…and we hope to return to this perfect condo!

The unit was very nice and had a great location. The owner was very responsive and gave us a late check out time which was helpful. She also stopped by the unit twice during our stay.

Just as advertised! Excellent location in downtown Aspen, walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Two blocks to Aspen Mountain gondola. Three blocks to bus terminal where a free bus can take you to Aspen Highlands, Snowmass and Buttermilk ski areas. Highly recommend this condo unit, I would no doubt come back.

Online was easy and quick. I had questions all answered , even stayed longer and all was perfect.

The host was VERY responsive - both before our stay and during our stay. The location of the property is fantastic - can walk to the mountain and town within minutes. Have already sent this listing to a friend and would definitely look to stay here next time we visit Aspen.

The photos of the condo are very accurate. It is very clean with modern decor and equipped with everything you need to enjoy Aspen. A supermarket, deli, and a liquor/wine store are less that 100 yds from your front door making it easy to by what you need, when you need it. The Ajax gondola is about 1.5 blocks away, an easy walk in ski boots. The new W and Little Nell are down the block and had great apres-ski events when we were there. We drove in from Denver and found parking at the condo and on the street to be very easy but you definitely don't need a car staying at this condo. The owner was very responsive, polite, and professional. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days and it could not have been better. The location is ideal (very quiet but easy walk to everything), the condo is modern, clean and comfortable and Jennifer is super responsive and helpful. Perhaps the best VRBO reservation we have ever made. Can't recommend this condo more highly! Jon

Absolutely enjoyed our stay as it was our first time visiting Aspen. Jennifer’s condo is in prime location right by the little market. We walked everywhere all weekend and never needed our car. She was so communicative, helpful, and the check in-out process was very easy. We will for sure stay again here on our next visit!

We really enjoyed this place. Very close to everything, very clean, has steam shower in the spare bedroom. The place was easy to work with and would definitely stay here again.
