First time going to Rocky Point, and this property made my trip worth it. My Family and I were stunned at just how beautiful this property was. Everything was just as described and the host were quick to respond with any questions even letting us know about AC alerts. This property has amazing pools and beach views. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with a big group.

Perfect location, only reason for three star is the air conditioning was a constant issue, we followed directions to the letter and found ourselves sweating and wondering if air was flowing from the vents or not, to pay this rate we expected to have a comfortable stay indoors. We have stayed at other condos in the area and we’re able to set the air conditioning at any temperature we wanted without any problems

It was a beautiful condo with an amazing view. We were supplied with paper towels and toilet paper and soaps daily. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is wonderful. Great wifi and television in every bedroom. Loved it so much and would recommend to anyone!

Great outside space with awesome proximity to and views of the ocean. Kitchen well appointed. Disappointed the grill and lights over tiki bar not working, although the staff did try to fix it but had to order the part. Jay was very responsive throughout the rental process. Oddly, front desk and store staff not partiularly friendly. Convenient to have the store there though. First time in 30 years it rained while in Rocky Point, we still had a great time!

We loved the condo and the proximity to town. The pools are so nice and it was great having one heated! Thanks Jay and Amy we will definitely return

The condo was so very nice and thoughtfully appointed! The owner, Jay was extremely responsive and helpful (we were struggling with keeping the a/c on. Operator error. There was a slider we didn’t realize we were popping open). As nice as the condo was inside, the balcony was where we lived! Comfy furniture and our very own tiki bar! Thank you! We won’t hesitate to come back.

This was our first time in Rocky Point. This condo is so spacious with great views and all the amenities you need. Jay and Amy are great; they get right back to you. We had a great stay with our kids and family. Would definitely rent again!

The apartment and building are top notch. The staff accommodated all of our needs/requests. The kitchen is outfitted with anything you need as well as spices, herbs, etc. What a view of the sea and downtown! The pools are beautiful and we made use of the heated pool with the swim-up bar. It was a great place for our group of 8 people with plenty of privacy for each couple or single. The patio was awesome for watching sunrises and sunsets and basking in the sun. The furnace worked well for the cool evenings and mornings. It was indeed a paradise on the bay! Thank you for giving us the perfect place for a birthday celebration!

We loved our visit at this condo. We spent 3 nights here after Christmas with my adult children and young grandkids. Plenty of room for the 7 adults and 2grandkids. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom, which is hard to find. Great open floor plan and plenty of outdoor space. The weather was pretty cool while we were there, but the sun was always out, so enjoying the view on the patio everyday was nice and warm. The resort had a heated pool, so we enjoyed some swim time too. They had several other pools that weren’t heated, so during warmer weather, lots to choose from. The owners were very easy to work with, and always responded quickly to any questions that we sent to them, although the resort itself was not as responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place with a group of 6 or more.

This condo was perfect ! My family and I wanted to relax and thanks to Jay and Amy we were able to do just that. The condo is exactly as described. We were blown away by the views off the balcony. We had everything we needed to enjoy a few days away from work. Jay and Amy are great. They answered all my questions promptly. We will definitely come back and stay. Thanks for a great Condo!

This place is great! We had 7 adults mainly in their early to mid thirties that went down for a long weekend to escape the pressures of work and to be together. This place fit us perfectly. Everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty of room in the common spaces for all of us to hang out. It is something you miss out on with a hotel. I can write a whole review on the balcony area. Let's just say you will spend a lot of time out there. We went to the fish markets and were able to have our feast with use of the grill and kitchen; everything was perfectly provided. Several of us ended up falling asleep for naps out on the furniture listening to the waves after a few hours of beach time and well a few drinks. The group agreed that if we go back we would look at this property again and I highly recommend staying here.

My family had an amazing stay in this spacious Tiki Paradise at the Sonoran Sky. The condo was big enough for 10 of us and the view was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family didn't want to leave. There's no doubt we'll be back. Thank you!!

Spent a 3 day weekend with the family and some friends and truly had such a great experience. The condo was clean & well kept and the views off the extremely large balcony were spectacular. The Owners were very courteous, professional and easy to reach with answers to any questions. I highly recommend taking advantage of renting this condo as you will not be disappointed!

Rented this condo for 8 people and it fit us more than comfortably. The views are amazing from the wrap around balcony, great for watching the sunset, as it is on the 14th floor. The best part was the full wall of windows which slide open so you can enjoy the ocean air and the sounds of the waves. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The condo was stocked with all of the necessities needed for a long weekend stay. The bedrooms were large and clean as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is a good size with a large island. There is a tiki bar on the balcony as well as a bbq. Perfect for a crowd and entertaining. The condo community, Sonoran Sky, was also very nice. There is a small convenience store as well as a work out room and don't forget the multiple pools, hot tubs and swim up pool bar. Highly recommend!! Will definitely return.

The outlook is awesome. Very well stocked. We did not want for anything. Perfect for family or more with private bathrooms for each room. On site amenities great for all ages. Close to town for the local atmosphere and food.
