Near the beach on a golf course

Condo was as described . Clean and well stocked. Everything worked great. Instructions were great for arriving and leaving. No problems great stay. Mahalo

Great location and quiet area.Had friends who rented another unit in the complex and road cycled together.Property was nice and was clean.Comparing to the units our friends had,our unit had pretty sparse supplies.Blender that did not work,no cheese grater,no jug to mix juice or drinks.No plastic food wrap,tin foil etc so you pretty much have to buy everything even if you only need a bit.Our unit did not have an outside patio area to sit nor any chairs to use on the grass outside the sliding doors so we ate dinners at our friends unit that did have outdoor areas to sit at.The unit itself is very nice and the owner/property manager is very nice to deal with.

We had a great stay in Orly’s unit! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, had a well stocked kitchen, and was super comfortable! We attended a family wedding on the North Shore and had about 20 units rented amongst us. Orly’s condo was the cleanest and most updated of them all. We enjoyed all five nights and will visit again! Thanks to a relaxing and enjoyable stay Orly!!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. My family of 7 adults rented this unit and were assured there was plenty of space and we would all be comfortable in the size of this space. Upon arrival we learned we would be cramming 5 people into a small living room. There were also NOT enough beds even provided in the unit to sleep everyone. A major reason for renting the unit was for the kitchen, as we began to explore and open drawers we found the kitchen full of bugs, cockroaches. We then found roaches in the bedding provided as well. Upon notifying the owner she said she could send over a blow up mattress and call an exterminator. We decided we did not feel comfortable staying there and left. The next day we called the owner telling her we did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and that she falsely advertised the unit for 7 people and that we did not want to stay somewhere with bugs in kitchen drawers and sleeping on the floor. We pleaded for her to give us some kind of refund, cleaning fee, something back for this and she essentially said that she knew there were bugs in the unit and she “didn’t care” and then hung up the phone on us. Additionally, the unit was confusing to find, was pretty filthy upon arrival, and the ad for the unit states a deck/ patio and outdoor furniture and this is false as there is nothing. I’m sure she is going to have her side to say back to this review, but I hope people read this before spending the money on this place. I hope to save others from being burned as bad as my family was. Safe to say we won’t be renting from VRBO in the future.

Very safe and clean place. Owner of the property always respond or delegate a person to take care of any concern. Some small issues at arrive to the property. The unit number it wasn't listing in the email provided with the property address. The AC unit on the room need to be update it for one less noisy. Overall it is a safety and warm place to be for family vacation. I'll come back again.

There were some difficulties with check-in. Directions to finding the correct unit were not clear. There was an apparent miscommunication with the cleaning crew so the unit was not ready for several hours after we were supposed to check in. Owner worked hard to correct the situation and make it right. After that it was a great location to stay in.

This particular property will not sleep 7. The living room couch mattress was not clean. We had a complaint about the living area AC and a new one was installed (very thankful for the kindness and professionalism that the young lady showed). There were also roaches in the unit. This is not meant to be negative, however, maybe this will help others when coming to this beautiful island!

My family and I had a great experience while staying here. The condo and communication exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again.

We liked the location and the property was spacious for the two of us. The manager thankfully responded quickly, but we were frustrated we had to reach out for basic info. Make sure she gives you the unit # and the pool code, the info book at the condo is out of date with incorrect codes and minimal info. The AC units were outdated, loud, inefficient window units, which was disappointing. The curtains don't cover the windows, so you have parking light and sun blazing into the bedroom, and open spaces in the living room where people can look directly in, which is an issue if you have family sleeping in the pullout couch. The unit is on the ground floor, so we had noisy family upstairs. It has no outdoor space, so not only can you not sit outside, but you can't put wet towels or snorkel equipment out to dry. The pool and grounds were nice, but small pool deck with only 3 deck chairs, so not really a nice place to spend any time. 10am is way too early for check out, Covid cleaning or not. She also asked the night before check out if we would wash the dishes, take out the trash, strip the sheets and put in a load of towels in the wash, what is the cleaning fee for if not for those things. Overall, it was fine, but also a little annoying, may not consider VRBO in the future.

I would not call this property "luxurious" but it is quite comfortable and has all the amenities and has been remodeled inside. The complex is a two story complex which I liked because I didn't want to stay in a huge high rise unit. It is a bit misleading when it says patio/deck - there is no backyard patio, no deck, nothing but grass out the back door - that is a negative point. We like to relax on a lanai outside. It is an end unit which is good. So there are only neighbors upstairs and next door and we were not bothered at all by any noise issues. I would not suggest more than two maybe three people in this unit due to the size of the bathroom. The golf course view is quite nice and it is a short walk to the nearest beach. The owner provided water toys such as snorkle gear, boogie boards, ice chest. North Shore Oahu is wonderful!

Very nice stay on the first level if the building. There were guests on top floor so if you're looking for a sound proof stay this is not the place. However, we didn't mind at all because the host was so nice and responsive and the location was perfect. The breeze outside and the sound of the ocean off set any movement upstairs. The pool was heated and the Golf Course restaurant was a 3 minute walk. My husband and I took the kids for a beautiful walk to meet the horses at the stables and continued on an ocean front hike (with a stroller) to the popular pillbox. The cove beach was also about a 5-7 minute walk away.It was a good staycation for this Oahu family living in town.

The condo is conveniently located at Turtle Bay on the North Shore. You can get to shopping, dining and the best beaches in the world in 15-20 minutes by car. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable in this condo. Loved the king sized bed.

Great 2 day stay of our original 7 day booking due to the Coronavirus scare. Orly provided a partial refund which she did not have to do, doing the right thing, class act!

Great location, lots of room, clean . Lots of fun!!

The location was unbelievable! Such easy access to Turtle Bay golf courses, easy walk to beaches. Horseback riding and other activities easy walking distance. If you just want to relax nd chill, this is the place! We were there for the Bilabong pipeline event. Easy drive there, to all other north shore cute small towns, market, mobile shrimp trucks and just beautiful views. Lodging was comfortable and had everything we needed. I left something and owner was kind enough to mail to me per my request and cost. If you’re looking for super high end fancy, then you may not be in Hawaii for the right reasons. It’s all about chillin, unwinding and having fun being with the locals. Thanks Orly for everything and don’t be surprised if you see us again!!!

Everything was wonderful... we had trouble with the code to open the gate first day... after that we had the fop. fyi Thank you we had a great time

The sofa bed and rollout bed was so flat, it was like sleeping plywood. The other problem was the lack of communication of the checkin procedures

My family of 5 stayed in Orly's space in June 2018, and booked again for June 2019. It is spacious, comfortable & clean. The location is adjacent to Turtle Bay Resort - making it easy to explore the entire island of Oahu, and still be close to all of the coolness of the North Shore.

This place is exactly as stated in the listing. The location provided easy access to Turtle Bay beach and its amenities, and short drives to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Falls, Kualoa Ranch, Haleiwa for shopping and restaurants, Sunset Beach, and much more. Orly was fantastic to work with and available whenever you needed her. She takes pride in her unit and it shows. The property was well equipped with anything you needed. It was like walking into your own home (away from home). Thanks, Orly for making our first trip to Oahu a memorable one.

This trip was for our 11 year old granddaughters promotion from 5th to 6th grade. Her first trip to Hawaii. She had so much fun swiming from beach to beach to the resort pools, she caught a slight cold our last 2 days. The condo location is great, located on Turtle Bay Resort. The owner was on call 24/7. The amenities in the condo was very helpful. Mahalo!

The location is perfect! We were able to use the amenities for the beach at Turtle Bay and dining was also a walk away or a short drive towards the food trucks in Kahuku. Having the golf course view was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the front door screen, but Orly was easy to get a hold of and it was resolved within a couple hours. We would stay in her unit again!
