Rick, our host, was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Somerset 110 includes an attached cabana, with all the amenities you could wish for, which made our beach days wonderful. It is only steps away from pool, boardwalk and beach and we will be sure to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed Somerset 110. You can literally walk out the back door and onto the beach within a couple of minutes. The condo was very clean and well-equipped (including beach toys, umbrellas, and flotation devices!). The Somerset is a relaxing and quiet location,. The owner was also very conscious about checking in with us, and making sure there were no issues during our vacation..

We are devotees of Sanibel in past years, so vacationing on Marco Island was a first. The condo we rented was beautiful and meticulously maintained, and the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Rick, the owner, was great about providing immediate responses to any questions that arose, and he had thoughtfully provided everything one could imagine for a comfortable and carefree stay! In addition, to maintain this kind of excellence, there were very specific instructions in the condo for the renters to comply / follow so as to “pay it forward” to the next renters. It made good sense. The amenities in the cabana and deck views made our stay even more pleasurable Thank you, Rick! We’ll be back!

Very nice and clean development. The unit was clean and worked great for the two of us. Spectacular ocean front view and very close to the beach. The beach was one of the nicest we've been to in a while.

Our stay here was superb!! We booked rather quickly due to our original place on Sanibel being closed due to Ian! We feel so lucky to have been able to rent here! The views of the beach and ocean are beautiful and the property was so easy to navigate. Both pools were great - we had absolutely no problems or worries our entire stay! The condo was so nice and, did I say the views were spectacular?!!! You can see the ocean from just about any spot in the condo and everything we needed for a wonderful stay was right at our fingertips! Thank you for making this a vacation to remember! We hope to be back soon!!

Outstanding place.

This was our first time on Marco Island and it was amazing. The condo was conveniently located and the views from the back porch/glass doors was amazing. I usually try to avoid renting condos because of the crowds and noise but this one exceeded expectations. It was so quiet, we only occasionally heard others when we were walking to the beach, and that was it! Although there were areas down the beach that were crowded, the area in front of ours was not. Also, far enough from the public access that we didn’t get any overflow crowds. The amenities and extras in the cabana were nothing like we’ve ever had. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons/carts, pool noodles, floaties, etc. There was also a foosball and ping pong table. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and honestly are ready to go back! This was also the best communication we have ever had with any host. Rick was on top of everything, leaving no detail to be missed and quick to respond when we ever had a question. This place is truly a hidden gem!

This property is well equipped and meticulously maintained by Rick and his crew. Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was a breeze. What a great week!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 teenage boys. Everything was perfect, the unit and the view are exactly as pictured- perfect. Very easy access to the beach, and my teenage boys loved the cabana. The cabana had everything you could possibly need for the beach- this made it so easy. I loved the brand new very nice washer and dryer as well. Communication with Rick could not have been better. Overall this was a wonderful vacation! We will definitely return to this unit!

Honestly, I would really like to not do a review, so I can keep this place a secret! 😂. My family and I loved it here! We all cried when we had to leave this morning! It is fully equipped with everything that you would need for the beach! The check in process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. The owner is very attentive. The beach is simply amazing. It’s not overcrowded and clean. The property itself is so close to beachfront access. This gem is paradise! We all feel blessed that we were able to stay here! We will definitely be back!

From the moment we stepped into the condo and saw the stunning view of the ocean right out the front glass doors, we fell into relaxation mode and remained there for the whole stay! The condo was attractive and spotless and stocked with every possible amenity you could think of, and then some! The huge showers were refreshing to step into after a full day at the beach. We loved relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the view at all times of the day, but we were especially thrilled every evening when the sun made its spectacular setting into the ocean. That was a not-to-be-missed nightly event! The lower cabana was amazing - filled with a wealth of beach gear, including a variety of lounge chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and toys, along with wagons to transport them to the beach, which was easily accessible. We spent several days lounging on the beach under the umbrellas, swimming in the delightfully warm ocean, walking for miles on the soft sand, and admiring the egrets, plovers, pelicans, and ibises we met along the way. The owner of the property was extremely helpful and responsive from the moment we booked the condo, and we appreciated his obvious love of Marco Island and his dedication to making sure this was a great stay for us. By the end of our vacation, we were super-relaxed and rejuvenated enough to go back to the real world. We highly recommend that you book this lovely condo, but we hope it won’t get too busy because we are eager to return in the future!

Condo is a great location with two lovely heated pools and is only a short walk to the beach. The direct access to the beach via the staircase off the deck was fabulous! Condo was clean, safe, and comfortable with a spacious deck overlooking the ocean. Condo was fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and the beach! Made travel so easy.

This condo is in a perfect location! Easy beach access and the condo cabana includes all of the beach supplies you need to enjoy your stay. The owner communication was excellent and the condo was clean and extremely well-stocked with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is exactly what the pictures show. It is an absolutely beautiful view from even the kitchen and living room. The table outside is great for meals while enjoying the sound of the ocean and view. The kitchen is well stocked to fix meals. There is a surplus of beach chairs and even toys for children.

This property has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

We loved the location within the building (so easy with no need to use elevator). Downstairs cabana with everything you need for the beach was awesome! This condo had all the little needed items and beds were comfortable!

If you are looking for a great place right on the beach, look no farther than Somerset 110! My family and I stayed for 10 days over the Christmas/New Years holiday. The condo has absolutely everything that you need for a perfect vacation. Mr. Hoffman was great to work with and really values the opinion of his renters. He was easy to reach if I needed anything and so helpful. Being that this is a first floor condo, parking and unloading is a breeze. The front door is steps away from the circle drive. I LOVED the fact that I never had to step in an elevator! From the second you enter the front doors, you are greeted by an amazing view of the gulf. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms comfortably accommodated my family of 4 (including a 12 and 16 year old), and the new washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient. My favorite part of this condo, and what I think anyone who rents will enjoy, is the cabana downstairs. You literally just need to bring your bathing suit and everything else is taken care of for all of your beach needs! The cabana is on the lower level under the condo, so there is never the need to drag sandy wagons and beach stuff into your home. Just pack up for the day and put it away when you are ready to go in. There are beach towels, wagons, umbrella's, toys, floats, tons of chairs, and even coolers for you to use. The beach front is just minutes away from the cabana door. My sons also enjoyed the heated pools. If you love to grill, the Somerset has two charcoal grills in the pool area that will come in handy. They provide the charcoal and lighter fluid, you bring the food. We cooked up some delicious steaks for Christmas dinner. I would recommend Somerset 110 to anyone looking for a relaxing Marco Island vacation.

Room 110 at the Somerset is an amazing place! From check in to check out is a flawless process. Actually the whole resort is amazing and super quiet and you wont have to fight for a spot on the beach. The room is super clean and has every amenity you could ever need. It has every beach item you could ever need and tons of beach toys for the toddlers. The communication with the owner is outstanding and he will go above what's required to make your stay perfect and he responds to your texts super quick. We will definitely be back in May! Rent this room you wont be sorry.

This was our first time to Marco Island and staying at Somerset. The unit was impeccable; well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week away. The unit was clean and well maintained. Enjoy the ocean view, we’ll be back!

We had a really great time in this unit. The first floor access was perfect with having a younger kid with us, and they had all the beach accessories we needed!

My family and I had an absolutely lovely time. Being able to walk out the back door and down the spiral steps to access the pool or be just steps from the ocean was wonderful. The owners provide all amenities you might need including a cabana filled with great beach accessories!

This is one of the best VRBOs that we have rented. The place itself and its location are ideal. The owner offers excellent communication and accessibility and was very invested in ensuring that we had a good time at the condo. The beach gear available in the cabana area was over the top, and the owner anticipated our every need. The inventory provided us with all the info we needed as to what was furnished (everything). We had everything we needed at 110 Somerset. The Condo is well equipped, well organized and has very easy to access to the beach. We especially liked the storage/game area below. It is well supplied with everything you need on a beach vacation. Also enjoy many beautiful sunsets on the patio.

Two couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best location to get to the beach. Every thing (and them some) that you need for a full day at the beach is provided. All you need is your bathing suit!! Within walking distance of some of the best restaurants on the island. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Fantastic condo that provides easy access to the beautiful Marco Island beach. The large balcony overlooking the beach provides a great place to have meals or read. Even on rainy days, the balcony enabled us to enjoy being at the beach.

Great location for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Rick provides everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation. Having stayed at the other end of the beach before at Marriott, this was a very welcome, less crowded, end of the beach.
