The house was wonderful and location is great. The wifi was spotty and the water pressure was quite low, at least on the bottom floor, but nothing that negatively impacted the trip. Host was very responsive.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Great set up and location. The host is very responsive. Would recommend as a great place to stay for larger groups

Spacious home for us and our 3 adult children and spouses, and their children. The 6 bathrooms were appreciated. Spacious kitchen handled several cooks! The pool area was our gathering space each afternoon for our emerging swimmers. Second and third floor porches used in the evenings after the littles got to sleep. Third floor sofa/TV area is the living room. We did use the ping pong table, the kids watched dvds. Luckily our weather was perfect so we were mostly outside.
Lots of sand toys provided! The walk to the beach is so convenient! Tanya is an attentive host. We really appreciated her efforts in getting our AC issue resolved. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great property!

House was perfect location! Had everything we needed for our week stay. Very clean! Pool and outdoor furniture were great as well. Upstairs game room was used daily! All communications were smooth and timely. Would highly recommend this home to others!

My daughter got married in VB this past weekend. We needed a place to stay to avoid the tunnel traffic and had a bunch of family coming in from out of state. This fit our needs perfectly. There were 2 tables for dining on the second floor along with a large kitchen. There is a large sitting area on the third floor with a pool/ping pong table. There is a deck on the second as well as a screened in porch and a deck on the third floor as well. It is April, so we didn’t get to use the pool but it was a comfortable set up.
We had a plumbing issue the morning of the wedding and the host/owner handled things in a timely manner.
We even had a bridal brunch the day after the wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone.
All in all, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommended this unit.

From the very first minute when I needed to call the owner due to my log-in error, to the end of the trip when I left something behind the owner was SO ATTENTIVE and ACCOMODATING. It is a beautiful home that housed 10 women of different ages with enough space for people to go off quietly if they chose but a table that enabled us to hang -out, eat our home cooked meals and play games. An upstairs TV and Ping-Pong table (which can become a Pool table) provided more entertainment. The views from the 2nd floor were stunning and the access to the beach was incredible (concrete path right across the street). We felt lucky to have been there and hope to be back in the future. My children and grandchilren really enjoyed being in the house. There was plenty entertainment for them. They especially liked the ping pong and pool table. It was so nice being with the whole family under one roof. I highly recommend this place if you have a large family.

This property was better than described. Even though it is one street away from the ocean front, we had a direct view of the ocean across from us, which was made possible because the house is nestled perfectly between two houses across the street with a wide path/boardwalk down to the beach. It felt like the ocean was in our backyard! We could literally walk out our front door and to the ocean. The beach is hardly crowded at all even on the nicest days and weekends. Very clean, beautiful sand beaches, beautifully clean water. Lots of dolphin, watching!

Overall, I was really happy with our stay at Pinch Me. There was an abundance of things to do in the area. It was a very short walk to the beach. The only improvement I would like to see is cleanliness of the outdoor area. The bar in the pool area had sand toys laying around, and the countertops had not been cleaned.

We have returned here year after year for over 10 years and each stay is more unique than the last.The layout of Pinch Me is so perfect for big families; with it’s great location and pool it couldn’t be better. It’s location puts you close enough to shopping, restaurants and entertainment but away from the crowds.Not to mention the clean, organized and constantly updated spaces make it even more awesome.
The hosts are so hospitable, gracious and consistently considerate we keep coming back year after year. Many thanks to them for so many wonderful years of memories.

Sleeping arrangements worked out for all 23 of us! House was clean. Swimming pool was our main hang out area, only suggestion would be more lounge chairs but we made the best of it and it didnt make or break our vacation at all. We liked that the beach wasnt crowded and loved the area in general!

The property was great. Looked just like the pictures and was very relaxing. We were 45 minutes early and it was a down pour. I reached out to owner and they let us in early which was nice. The only inconvenience was when at 4pm on Wednesday with everyone was swimming in the pool a random bug guy showed up and said he needed to spray the property . He told us everything on the outside of the house needed to be brought inside and the pool area emptied and also brought inside. I feel this type Of Thing should have been done on check in/out day when the renters wouldn’t have been inconvenienced. Other than that the stay was great.

This house was perfect for all my family. The owner is amazing! I asked if the house had a high chair. It didn’t however the owner bought one and delivered it the next day. The house was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay at Pinch Me again. The only thing possibly missing is a hot tub.

This was our second stay at Pinch Me. Both times were perfect experiences. The house and pool are always clean. There's plenty of room to spread out and be at peace or group activities. We spent everyday at the beach and enjoyed the pool and grilling in the evening. The community store has everything you could need. AWESOME VACAY ‼

The home was beautiful and nicely accommodated our group of 10 adults and 8 children. Lots of space to gather, rest, prepare food, and all eat together. We had rainy weather for our week sandwiched between 2 nice weeks, but this home enabled us to have some great family time playing games, watching movies, and just catching up with each other in spite of the (unusual) weather. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs and communicated very well with us.

Everyone loved the house and the pool.The only problems were no teaspoons in kitchen and pool table is not level and several of the bumpers are in need of repair but my guests like pingpong table and the foosball table.

From start to finish the process was easy and the owner was very attentive to our questions. Check in instructions were very detailed. We knew what to bring and what was provided. We actually expected a smaller space so imagine our delight when it was so spacious. We had 4 separate family groups so privacy and space were necessary. We were able to all eat at one table and there was still space to spread out. Two dish washers and two refrigerators-brilliant! Access to the beach was directly across from the front door and we spent time watching dolphins and walking the beach (even one Polar plunge). Plenty of TVs but you won't need them. Other than one football game and the ball drop they were never on. Plenty of outside space too. We were able to set up my son's telescope and star gaze. We will keep "Pinch Me" on our list of favorites for sure!

Our entire family met here for our Thanksgiving gathering this year. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 21. There is ample indoor and outdoor space to spend time together, and the dining area could accommodate everyone at the same time. The house is just across the street from the beach, which was wonderful for anyone wanting to take a walk, see the sunrise or sunset, or go swimming (yep - the kids swam in the ocean at the end of November!). The owners were responsive to questions and very kind. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a space to hold a lot of people.

My wife and I booked this house as a place to celebrate getting married with our family and friends. We had an awesome time at the house! The pictures are extremely accurate and gave me a good idea of what we were working with before even getting there! The house is directly across from the public access, which is super convenient. The neighborhood was great as well. My family and friends honestly could not say better things about this home! :)

We enjoyed the property; the only complaints were that the water pressure was very low. and the previous renters left garbage trash in the recycle cans, so they were not collected and sat out the whole time we were there. so, we could not use the recycle cans .

We had the best time. This house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, all the kitchen items we needed to prep meals and a HUGE kitchen table for eating and games. Two decks on two different stories with views of the ocean. Just fabulous!

The Guild’s are excellent hosts.
We have returned for the past 8(?) years and never fail to enjoy this lovely property.
It’s location is perfect, large modern kitchen, roomy spaces for large families, indoor games galore and sunny outdoor pool when you don’t feel like sand.
The only drawback is not being able to stay longer.
