Sam was very helpful always responded to messages quickly. Cute house. Great location close to everything we needed.

The house has easy access with no steps and a bonus is you are not sharing or having people above. Not luxurious but everything you need for a stay, Comfortable beds, large dining area, all cooking facilities and a lounge with a large TV. It's close to the main routes with lots of eateries fairly close by. (10/12 minute walk)

The entire process was seamless, easy, and very nice.

This place is really set up for visiting with a family -- and was good for us. Big plus -- no basement and few steps for older people to navigate. The appliances are all new and the kitchen was really set for us to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and her family -- she just had a baby. Thanks for sharing with us Sam!

We almost didn’t stay the second night. The neighborhood is scary. The yard is not well maintained . When it says nice yard, not true. The worst is the smell it had a terrible musty ,smell, old smoke smell. I bought several air fresheners but could still smell it. Needs paint. 1 dish towel. No cups. Dirty windows and the blinds were disgusting. The furniture was old used second hand, the fireplace does not work. The flooring throughout the house is broken and chipped. We didn’t dare eat in the house. There was animal hair in the master closet. It was a good thing we were gone a lot. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Very disappointed in our stay. Very deceptive marketing, fish eye lens and photos that made it look like a grass yard. It’s just weeds. Some passive aggressive communication from the owner. It was very dirty, and he offered to send his housekeeper over the next day to clean. However we had to clean out the fridge and a lot of the kitchen and the counters before we could even unload. It was evening and the grandkids were tired and hungry. After I told him this he had a defensive tone, saying that “the TV was working last time I was there”. He asked if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable, after denying the real problems. The locks on back door and windows were a stick in the runner. No lock. The linens appeared to be clean and everything looked tidy in the bedrooms. But vents were disgusting and filled with debris and blew up dirt. The final straw was when my daughter was napping with her babies and a piece of ceiling fell on her. But really it was a pie crust of cardboard taped on the ceiling to cover a hole. At that point we reserved and paid for a new property and left. Very expensive trip since he refused a refund for nights not stayed. Disposal and dishwasher not functioning either. Hair in tubs. Overall not fit for rental at all! And I never spoke to him. It was all through the app. Felt suspicious, any issue I’ve ever had before I was given a phone number to call. Seemed underhanded, and again, deceptive.

This house was perfect for our annual Lagoon trip, super easy to find and close to the freeway. Will diffently try to stay here again next year.

The house is nice size for our group ( 4 adults). We had some family over after the reunion (14 of us all together) to play board games and we fit well. The inside is surprisingly quiet being as close to the freeway as it is.

This home was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent for Lagoon. There are plenty of stores and restaurants very close by. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive. We’ve stayed here in the past as well and would gladly stay again in the future.

Nice place for the money. Some furniture in living room needs updating, but overall a nice place & beautiful city.

Such a great location and so much room. My family was so comfortable here and Sam always very responsive. I think we have found a new place to stay every time we are in Utah.

Clean affordable reasonably close to ski resorts. Limited silverware. Only enough for 1 meal and knives dull. No glasses had to buy glasses which we left. Owner responded quickly to any concerns

The cleaning crew did not finish their work until 45 minutes after our allowed check in time, although the cleaner stated to me that it would only be 15 minutes. The toilet next to the Master bedroom continually ran all night. (The inside parts need replacing. Owner was informed). Otherwise, a very nice place to stay. Great big back yard too.

great place for the weekend

The property suited our needs. Very comfortable with all you need. Beds ,bedding great and plenty towels. Some of the items could be updated - the pans for instance. Also a chopping board would be useful. We had to borrow a connection for the tv as we couldn’t get any decent programmes. We had the wrong entry code which wasn’t great after a long drive from Vegas!

Great experience, would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house and location, the beds are very firm, plenty of room for everyone. We had 3 adults and 3 kids in our party. We had lots of fun, the rec center was close by and the kids couldn't get enough of it. Walmart and restaurants were also close by which made things very easy to get everything we needed during our stay. As well as keeping it affordable and fun for all of us.

This was a great house for the money. Great location. Clean.

When checking in door code was changed from what I was given prior, didn't bother to inform so had to e-mail. Very prompt reply about only good thing to happen. Windows so dirty could not see out very musty smell. Interstate runs right behind house VERY loud, and I get it your on vacation TV is not priority but nice to watch in evening. Passing traffic interferes with antenna signal so TV cuts out every 20 seconds to min. and again it is right on Interstate so just forget TV. Disappointing.

Clean, cute, and convenient. Would love to rent again when we visit from Colorado. Beautiful area within a short car ride to anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend this place!

I will be honest and save you from bad experience. The listing for this VRBO is so misleading. Outside: That big backyard is unusable. I -15 Freeway is just a few yards behind the back yard and is incredibly noisy! Can't hear each other talk Outside. And the picnic table is unusable. Trash and debris all over the place.Inside looked ok, newer bathrooms however We spent the first day cleaning and sanitizing because it was not ok to live in. I had to clean and disinfect the whole house.Hot water broke 3 times, we were there for my daughter's wedding. A bucket of something held the front door open and it was unpleasant. A pornohraphic picture was posted on the fridge and my young grandaughter found it.Overall If I would have gotten my money back I would have gone somewhere else. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time, so glad to be leaving today!! I asked the owner for my cleaning deposit back but he didn't respond to my messages all day Saturday and now this am.I am a fair person and this is an honest review. I am a seasoned VRBO user, my renter rating is high (well, probably will get nailed after this review) and I wish someone else was honest before I rented this one!

Our trip started off rough, we arrived just after a major storm in SLC/Bountiful area. Power was out in many parts of the town and it was dark. The initial Google Maps link we were sent in the welcome email took us to the wrong part of 400 W and we went back and forth twice before finding the correct house using Waze to guide. The VRBO listing did not have the owners contact phone number so we had to rely on messages alone; which did not get responded to until the next day. When we first arrived there were no exterior lights on at the house and the neighborhood itself is dimly lit so that made things challenging to see the house number. Also, the listing only has one outside photo of the house (for good reason I guess since its so poorly maintained). All I can say is that the next day I was not impressed with the location of the home. It's in a very old, grungy neighborhood with neighbors that have junk piles in their yards. The backyard of the home is in rough shape. It has junk piled up in the side yard, a creepy shed in the back of the lot and a furnace closet missing the door and the furnace exhaust is not fully intact (fire hazard). Also, no exterior lights whatsoever or a locking door to the rear of the house (unless you count the PVC pipe in the track). Inside the house I am reminded of a modular doublewide trailer. The floors creak, the floor vents are broken/cracked and the levels go up and down from the modular add-ons that were done. The master bathroom was re-done I'd say a few years ago and is the nicest part of the place. It reminds me of the saying lipstick on a pig. I just wasn't impressed with this place and it was not what I was expecting based on the fish-eye lens photos from the listing. They are very deceiving. Also, the furniture in the living room is in worse shape than the couches I had in my college dorm... I won't be staying here again.

We had a fantastic time! We had trouble with the A/c and the manager was extremely helpful even on the weekend! Owner was extremely helpful!

The place was clean and comfortable. The location was very centrally located close to everything we were doing.

This property accommodated our extended family very well. The kitchen/dining space as well as the living room is good for hosting a group of 10 for meals/games. We appreciated the fenced yard for our dog as well.

The property was great for our family. Very clean and updated. Easy to find. Owner is very nice and responds very quickly. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to visit our daughter and son in law.

Sam was super quick to respond with any questions, check in was easy. We stayed for 4 nights to ski at Park City and easy drive. My family could relax and unwind. My teenagers had their own room and loved the place. We would book again.

Nice, simple and close to the things we wanted to do (ski and visit friend). Plenty of room for our group of four. Older neighborhood and property; but plenty remodeled, clean, affordable and comfortable on the inside for a weekend getaway.
