We had the most amazing time at this Villa! All of the staff were there for whatever our large group needed! Zero complaints! 5 ⭐️ service!

House was amazing! Very clean and exactly as appeared in the VRBO pictures. Even better than the house was the service staff - our Concierge / Chef / Cleaning went out of their way to make our trip a success. Highly recommend Villa Veranza if you’re headed to Cabo - you won’t be disappointed…. Thank you Casandra and crew!

Where to start, it was easy to communicate with Cassandra, who was on top of everything. Coordinating with the chef with breakfast is lunch and dinners, which were on par with five star restaurants. The location was amazing with breathtaking views. We will be going back and staying at this location in the near future. Highly highly suggest enjoying this villa.

8 of us booked this property for a golf trip/ business meeting. It’s a beautiful property. Casandra was fantastic and took care of everything we needed. She arranged all of our meals and transportation. One of the guys started getting a sore throat so she got cough drops. There was a water issue outside their control that disrupted our last day, but they made it right with us. Overall a great experience and we will stay again.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Cassandra and the rest of the staff are amazing to work with. All transportation was on time. The food prepared by the chefs was AMAZING! Cassandra is extremely communicative and knows the area well when it comes to activities and vendors. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Veranza! The house, pool, scenery, meals, drinks and music were all just perfect for us as we celebrated a special birthday girl in our group! Casandra and the staff were delightful to work with and made sure every detail was perfect! We can't wait to go back.

A group of 15 of us arrived from California and New York to stay a few days for my fiancee's 40th. For the weeks leading up to the trip, the house manager, Casandra, was so easy to communicate with and had answers to all of my requests. I never felt that I was disturbing her and she was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, she even helped me to decorate to get the home ready for everyone! The chefs were very nice and made incredible food that everyone loved! The cleaning staff came in and cleaned every day but were so efficient and quick, we barely noticed them. We felt the service was incredible, like a hotel, but with the comfort of being at home. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered trip to Cabo!

This is a lovely, beautiful villa in an exclusive and safe area of Cabo. The property is large and beautiful and we spent most of our time there hanging by the private pool, playing games, etc. The highlight was the included Chef and Concierge, who prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for us (we paid only for the groceries cost). They were incredibly nice, skilled and accommodating. The concierge helped us book transportation and a private snorkeling charter. The location was convenient. The beach is a 5 minute walk (though a steep walk) and downtown is a 30 minute walk / 5 minute Uber ride. The beach is huge, beautiful and mostly empty. We would definitely recommend Villa Veranza.

Our trip included 15 family members with ages ranging from 16 to 66. The house is beautiful, spacious and has an amazing view. There was ample space for everyone and enough room that we never felt overcrowded. The staff was incomparable - kind, knowledgeable and so incredibly committed to making sure that we all enjoyed our vacation. The meals were delicious and it was so nice to not have to lift a finger to feed all of these people! The house manager, Casandra, was always available to answer questions and provide us with whatever we needed. It is never easy to get 15 people to make decisions and that large of a group has many needs, but Casandra was always there to make sure we all had what we wanted or needed. It was a truly magical week that my family will remember all of our lives!

This property, staff, location and everything about it were just as perfect as described. Marty and the staff are absolutely the best! Casandra the house manager was as close to perfect as you can get. She arranged everything for us so seamlessly. One of the many highlights was the alex murillo duo- we initially only hired him for the first night but ended up having him come back every night of our stay! Leo the bartender was so unbelievably good! He made our days by the pool the absolute best. Marty what an amazing job you have done with the home. We stayed with 16 girls total and not one had any complaints at all. The rooms were private and the home was spacious yet welcoming. Casandra - bravo! I literally had the best 50th birthday ever. We are already talking about how we can come back. Please look no further than this rental when you are doing your research.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING! The house was as advertised, and was beautiful. The rooms, kitchen, living room, outdoor area were all spacious and super comfortable for a large group (we had 15). The neighborhood was beautiful - the view of the ocean was stunning and it's a short 5 minute walk to the beach. And it's easy to get into town - some nights the staff arranged for a car for our group, and other nights we Uber'd which was just as easy. While the house was amazing, the staff was even better. The property manager (and our concierge), Cassandra, was perfect. She's super professional, organized, on top of things - and she did everything to make our stay the best. And the food! Chef Juan and his crew did a fantastic job on all of our meals. Cassandra even organized a birthday cake which the chef's wife made for us. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. And last but not least, Leo the bartender! I *highly* recommend booking Leo, and if you haven't thought about it - have him there when you arrive to make you drinks while you unpack. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay!

I highly recommend this house for a large group. We had 7 couples (14 people) for my wife’s birthday. Everyone had their own master bedroom with a view. The house has incredible views, and the staff was absolutely amazing! They had everything ready when we arrived and were extremely helpful throughout the trip. I would also recommend Leo the bartender for any serving needs and dinner entertainment from Alex Murillo duo. Can't wait to come back!

We recently stayed at Villa Veranza for my mother's 60th birthday / family reunion and it was a once in a lifetime experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views, the home, and the service provided by the professional staff, particularly Casandra, our dedicated concierge (who's services are complimentary as part of the nightly rate for the Villa). Casandra went above and beyond to accommodate all of our grocery, meal, and travel requests to make sure everything about our five day stay was absolutely perfect. The private chefs were also a highlight - they made incredible meals that we selected, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A highlight was the steak and eggs they made for us and the chocolate chip pancakes they made for our daughters for brunch one day. The views from the villa were simply magnificent (better than advertised) and the fact that it was just a 5 minute walk to the Pedregal private beach was an added bonus. We were able to relax and unwind on top of the world, and the Villa Veranza staff handled all cooking, cleaning, and transportation requests. The host, Marty, was also extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He is easily the best VRBO host I've ever rented from. Marty made sure everything was taken care of, was always available to answer any questions we had, and was a huge help when we ran into an issue with a few members of our party cancelled at the last minute. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and enjoyable vacation--Villa Veranza gives you the best aspects of a 5-star luxury resort stay with the privacy and comfort of a luxury home rental. Villa Veranza truly exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to come back in the future. Five stars all around!

This property is incredible. The house is so comfortable and accommodating with 7 bedrooms and a wonderful open indoor/outdoor area that is perfect for entertaining with multiple guests. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed the most gorgeous weather in mid-November. But the very best part of our experience was the staff. Casandra, the property manager, is WONDERFUL, and made all of our dreams for this vacation come true. The chefs were also awesome, with timely delicious meals, catering to whatever food we requested, and cleaning up tidily after every meal. The housekeeper made us feel like we were in a resort with making our beds daily and new, fresh towels every morning. We had so much privacy and never felt infringed upon, but they still did their jobs and did them oh, so well! If we ever come back, it’ll be to stay at this property again!

The Property and Staff were absolutely awesome! They had everything ready when we arrived and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Every small issue was fixed immediately and we couldn't be happier with the entire Trip!

The property and staff is great with the exception of the property manager Cassandra. She’ll make sure to make your stay a nightmare. Takes on the role of the owner in making decisions and saying “ok no problem” and then gives you nothing but problems to the point where she’ll have your kids breakfast thrown away and not give you an extra towel when asked for even if the laundry room is full of them. Blames the team and excuses herself with her strong character. She makes you feel uncomfortable the whole stay. Will not come back and honestly don’t recommend either. So sad for the rest of the team who are really great. Lastly make sure to lock up your valuables as they will go missing. From speakers to diamonds and even a baby’s spoon. Hope this was just with us and not all guests. Good luck.

I would never use VRBO and I would advise anyone not to stay at Villa Veramza

Overall an amazing property with a jaw dropping view. House layout and room setup was great. Concierge, chef, and support team were good and accommodating. Only negative feedback is there were issues with amenities being operational. Soaking tub was broken, steam showers were not working, some showers didn’t work, hot tub heater stop working 2 days into trip. They were able to fix the hot tub heater other items were not addressed. Need to better maintain the property or in the listing be more transparent about amenities being operational.

This home has perfect ocean views! The beach is in walking distance but the way back from the beach is all up hill. This house is built on/in a mountain. This home has a ton of stairs and not all of the bedrooms are in the main house. If you are in one of the upstairs bedrroms, you need to make sure you have what you need for a while in order to avoid going up and down the 3 -4 sets of staircases. There are 3 bedrooms that are below the main level and outside of the main house. We did run out of water one night and the AC in the lower bedroom did not work right but maintenance was called right away to try and fix the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made life long memories.

a super delightful getaway. manager met me at the property managed all our needs from foods transportation reservations to check out only caution is to ask for a meal the chef knows how to do well the breakfast prepared every morning was fantastic my 6/7 grandchildren loved. 1/7 still on bottle. the adults loved the food and the constant refilling of liquid refreshments that where requested. we requested a cake or two for birthdays. and home made cakes where brought that where delicious. would do this again. one word of caution don’t drink and negotiate that driveway

The property is stunning. Juan and his team of chefs were amazing. Our families were spoiled with great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alan and Casandra went above and beyond with dinner reservations, arranging transportation and scheduling massages. We would love to come again.

Just got home from celebrating my birthday in Cabo at Villa Veranza. From the beginning, the staff was great. Alan, the property manager took care of all our needs before we arrived and greeted us on arrival. He set up awesome massages for us, stocked the house with food and beverages and even made dinner reservations for us. Cassandra helped coordinate meals and on site Covid tests for our return to the US and was delightful. Juan and Guermo cooked us fabulous meals every day. Guermo was particularly engaging and a marvelous cook! The view from Villa Veranza is nothing short of spectacular and we could even see whales breaching from the pool deck! The rooms were comfortable and the beds were great! There are lots of stairs, so high heels are not recommended. ;)) A few things to note: the hot tub jets do not work, the plunge pool outside the massage room is inaccessible and out of service, not all rooms have robes (not sure why), we had to ask for additional towels for every room, and the water pressure in the upper bedrooms can be a little weak. All in all, I would highly recommend Villa Veranza for a special vacation experience and I would personally like to thank the staff for a wonderful, memorable celebration week!!!

At the end of 2020, our group of 5 couples talked about how much time and memories were lost so far due to the pandemic. With a handful of us turning 50 and realizing there are less good years left in front of us compared to behind us, we decided we wanted to acknowledge all of this and take a “next-level”vacation together in Cabo. After a thorough location search and amenities we wanted, we found Villa Veranza. It checked so many boxes for us… - GORGEOUS villa, very artfully designed - Beautiful views - Located in the secure, exclusive Pedegral community - On the pacific side of Pedegral (w/ ocean views, instead of city views) - Short walk to the beach, perfect for morning walks/hikes - Close to town, the marina and Medano beach - Every bedroom has an ocean view (no guests get slighted) - Pool/patio area is perfectly designed for all-day enjoyment of a group of people and flows so well with the main living area of the villa - Came with the services of an amazing staff. Alan, Cassandra, Juan, Guillermo and the housekeeping team are what really made the difference and provided us with an unforgettable experience (thank you all so much!!) For the readers out there, you can’t underestimate the difference the Villa Veranza team makes when it comes to renting a home with a group of people. First, let’s start with something simple like having one point of contact for everything from transportation from/to the airport, rides back and forth to town, arranging in-home covid tests before returning to the US, daily food/alcohol runs to the store, etc. As the person who coordinated everything for our group, having a single contact who speaks local language was incredibly valuable to me. Second, the meals that the chef team prepared for us each day were amazing! They would show up at meal time, always smiling and greeting our guests and would quietly prepare our meals. The presentation was always nicely done and everything always tasted sooo good! When we were finished our meals, they would take everything away, clean up, and we’d see them at the next meal. Third, the housekeeping staff was the unsung hero. Villas don’t clean themselves, and no one wants to clean when on vacation. The housekeeping staff kept everything clean and tidy for us. I can’t say enough about this property and the experience that Villa Veranza delivered. Our entire group had the best vacation ever and we’re already looking at when we can return.

My experience at Villa Veranza was top to bottom 5 stars! Our group of 12 adults were celebrating a birthday weekend and this venue was the perfect spot for any occasion big or small. I was thoroughly impressed by the help of the chef, concierge, and housekeeping services, as well as the detail and care that was put into making this property better than a 5 star resort. The property was even better than the photos with unreal views of the ocean, and a private pool and sound system equipped for luxury. Transportation to and from the airport was handled with ease by the concierge and we absolutely cannot wait to return!!

8 couples joined me and my husband for his 40th birthday celebration in Cabo and we stayed at Villa Veranza. The house itself is stunning inside and out. Beautiful rooms and decor, gorgeous pool and views. The staff is top notch and very communicative. We ate most of our meals at the house and had everything taken care of by the property manager and chef. I'd highly recommend!

We traveled with a group of 7 couples and I must say, there were at least 60 different personalities among the group! Alan and Cassandra were amazing. All staff and Chefs were so polite and accommodating, I couldn't have asked for a better team to host us. The house is gorgeous and in the best location. You can take a 5 min walk down to the beach, or quick taxi ride into town. You'e literally near EVERYTHING.My only gripe and piece of advice is to be very specific with your meal planning. Send in your menus and requests early (especially if traveling with a large picky group) as Alan suggests. Aside from needing extra towels and face clothes, the house has everything you need, no need to leave. Also, you will need to request disposable dishes and papertowels. Other than that, I will most definitely return! One of the best stays I've ever experienced.
