Property is very nice. Spacious and everything works. The lanais had awesome views as did the dining room. The host and his assistant were first class and very welcoming. The location is good and there is easy access to public transportation. The area can get a bit noisy at night with sirens. The area does have some sketchy characters hanging around but we were never bothered by anyone or felt threatened. Overall great place to stay.

The property is a short walk away from dining, eating, and sight-seeing. The 3 decks were great to sit and enjoy while looking at all the sites! We enjoyed our stay. Thanks a bunch!!

My family loved using this condo to relax after long days of touristing in Vancouver. The condo was clean, bright and airy. We loved the balconies and the room to spread out at the end of the day. Our children loved the toys and arts and crafts supplies. Eli was a wonderful and welcoming host. The building was centrally located and very close to a Sky Train stop. It is kind of between neighborhoods, but it was very easy to visit all of the sites around town. The neighborhood seems to be in transition as the city is making improvements. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was well represented by the listing. It has beautiful views , comfortable beds lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen. 5 of us stayed there very comfortably. The outside seating is lovely. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here. Close to trains walking biking etc

Amazing views especially at night, short walk to the waterfront/aquabus, beautiful and well-equipped condo. A perfect space for us and our 2 teens, our vacations are always smoother when we don’t need to share rooms. Easy and responsive communication throughout. Would definitely stay again if travelling to Vancouver!

Our family of 5 (3 late teen / early 20s boys) had a wonderful stay in this brilliant apartment in Vancouver. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped (including the all important air conditioning), beautifully designed and furnished and with amazing views over most of Vancouver. Very well located for exploring the city either on foot, by boat or sky train. But just as important as this was the great communication and flexibility of the hosts who were helpful, flexible, responded quickly and helped us with the issues arising from having to defer the trip due to Covid - they really went above and beyond and it was much appreciated. Definitely a trip worth waiting for.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Flight was delayed and we had regular communication with the host (albeit flight was delayed by 6 hours). We arrived very late but host was available for assistance and support. Location of property was fantastic - local and very accessible for various landmark experience. Your property is like home from home. Any questions were answered immediately by the host and he was extremely attentive and helpful to ensure the trip was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We just came back from our trip to Vancouver dropping of our daughter to university. Eli was a wonderful host, from beginning to end. Easy to communicate with and made our check in and check out stress free. Thank you Dave for giving us the tour and for the nice coffee and wine left for us. It was the perfect environment for our two teenagers, everybody had their own space yet cozy enough for us to stay close to our daughter who was leaving us a few days later. The condo was located on the top floor of the building with incredible views all around. We enjoyed the large terrasse every night which gave us beautiful family times while drinking our wine or early morning coffee. The condo was very clean and welcoming with no clutter what so ever and made us feel at home. The living room was spectacular with all the big windows offering views of the water and a skyline and the sofas were very comfortable for the family to watch a movie after a long day. We enjoyed walking to athlete village and found a nice liquor store and fabulous pastry shop for our breakfast. My son enjoyed running along side the water and managed to do his 10-12km day run. Easy drive to downtown, Yaletown and Granville We are so grateful to Eli for helping us send our daughter to university. Forever grateful for a beautiful send off! Marie-France and family

Eli (the owner) is a kind and genuine person. So nice to have met him. Top notch communication and recommendations for the area. Comfy beds, all amenities, fully equipped kitchen - incredible decor and artwork. The 3 patios and the views they provided were amazing. Eli is a terrific host, the property is beautiful and we would highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment with amazing views and outside space. Everything you could need is available in the apartment.Local area is ok but it’s very central, so easy to walk along the sea wall to other neighbourhoods or pick up a ferry or the sky train. David was very accommodating and at hand if needed which we really appreciated.

The decks are fantastic for morning coffee and evening dinners, while enjoying the view of the cityscape and boats in False Creek. The kitchen is well stocked, and a good grocery store is a short walk away if you prefer to dine in. A lot of good restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. The condo was immaculate, and the hosts friendly and responsive. Without question a great place to stay.

Outstanding in every way.

We loved the spaciousness, terraces, views and location. Plenty of bedrooms, maybe a little tight for 3 couples. Television is tricky as is getting in and out of garage. Kitchen is extremely well equipped if you like to eat in.

The property was beautiful. Very comfortable. We had a baby with us and it was easy to manage with her. The only draw back to location was how far it was to grocery store but views more than made up for it

Overall we loved the apartment and our stay there. It was very spacious and very well equipped. Then beds were very comfortable and it was nice to receive contact with owners who were very attentive. The building was very secure and the views are spectacular. Access to the gym was an added bonus. We were really near to train and buses so travel around was really easy. The only issues were the lack of curtains made it difficult to sleep as the rooms were very bright and sunny from early in the morning. It was a particularly hot few days and AC would have been great to have. A book with some further information about local amenities such as supermarkets etc would be handy to have as we found it difficult to find supplies easily.

This apartment was perfect for our first visit to Vancouver. The balconies were incredible at night with picturesque views of False Creek. It’s located a few easy blocks from the Aquabus, a great kids park, a Skyline station, the Science Center and the Olympic Village area. Our kids had access to tons of toys in the apartment which worked out well for down times. There was reserved parking in the building so renting a car (Hertz at the train station across the street in the Pacific Train Station) for a few days was an easy choice. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to others. You will never forget staying there!

We loved this property, and had a fabulous time in Vancouver. The stunning views from the 3 private balconies alone were enough to make you want to stay longer! It's a short hop to public transport, the scenic Sea Wall and local ferry. Wonderful restaurants were easily within walking distance. The remarkably well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy lovely family meals in the gracious dining space. We spent happy evening hours lounging in the elegant living room in front of the fire, and watching projection TV. Bedroom accommodations were comfortable, clean and inviting, with fluffy white towels and linens. Our host could not have been more gracious and helpful. Thank you, Eli!

The apartment was very bright and spacious. There are several patios with lovely views. It was hot and with the windows open lots of street and train noise. Steps away from Olympic village area and train to the city center. Like all big cities there are homeless and drug addicts about. Building was secure. Host was responsive and thoughtful.

The first thing that stands out about this condo are the amazing views. There are fantastic views from every room in the house. I don't even know how much time we spent just sitting and watching the activity on the water or down on the seawall. We were quite content watching the sunset every evening from one of the three patios. So that really can't be beat. The condo itself was great too. The layout was perfect for our situation (two adults and two kids). Everything was clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and plenty of other necessary cooking items (like a grill, coffee machine, toaster, etc) for making meals at home. The beds was very comfy and there were fans for each room during the hotter afternoon hours and for sleeping. While we were at the condo we had the windows open and there was a nice breeze, especially through the living room. It was also very handy that things like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent and extra toilet paper and paper towels were provided. We did not have a rental car and we did not need one. We took the bus, skytrain, Canada line, and water taxis everywhere we need to go. When we ventured outside of Vancouver we would take a shuttle (like to Grousse Mountain) and we took the Harbor Air seaplane to Whistler for the day. We walked a lot but didn't have to...the public transit system there is ample and easy to figure out. There is a train station less than a block from the condo. You can also rent bikes which we did one day to get to Stanley park. The city is very bike friendly. The condo is located in downtown Vancouver so there is street noise but I would assume that anyone who is considering staying downtown is prepared for that. It is just a part of living in the city. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Vancouver. The condo was perfect and we are so thankful that Eli opened his home to us! We would love to come back.

We had a great time in Vancouver and the condo was awesome for our family. The outdoor space was spectacular and indoors was impressive. The place is clean and comfortable. There were 7 of us and we were comfortable. Great location and we walked everywhere. It's just a couple of blocks from China town & Gas Town. We would definitely return to this space in the future.

Beautiful unit fully furnished with mid-century modern furniture. Amazing views of false creek, BC Place, and Mt Baker on the other side of the penthouse. Walk down the block to the sky tram, and a little further away to the water taxi. Walk across the street to Pacific Station if taking Amtrak out of town. Toys galore if traveling with kids.....our boys were only too happy to get back after a day out so they could play. We spent some nights in and enjoyed wine one of three balconies as it would be difficult to find a bar with better view. The kind of place you wished you lived in, if you were local to Vancouver. Can't sing enough praises of this property.
