Comfortable stay for the most part with comfortable beds. Responsive rental company. Could have been cleaned better. Old towels left behind door in bath and on deck. Lights out over sink. Needing a little tlc.

The condo was great, although a little older than some we've stayed in. Many areas were renovated, including a wonderful kitchen. There are two king size beds with memory foam mattresses. Very comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable which made up for limited phone service. We stayed three nights and received only two (thin and old) bath towels and just one set of shampoo/lotion/soap. We didn't call for extras but easily could have. The staff was great, so I'm sure they would have accommodated us quickly. The hot tub was out of order but was repaired the next day and we enjoyed it.

Everything you could possibly need as far as small appliances. The den was nice and cozy; I'm sure if it had been cold enough for a fire in the fireplace it would have been even more wonderful. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I even found an extension cord in the pantry to plug my cellphone in by the closet and have it on the nightstand. The complex was nice and quiet; but a short drive to everything (especially the Keystone Conference Center-or you could walk if you are able to it's not that far).We would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area again.

The room was all set up when we arrived with everything we needed to start our vacation. Thinking about re-booking it again next year.
