We were there for the Maui Half Marathon and could not have picked a better place. The location was perfect for all of our adventures and coming back to a beautiful and well maintained condo was heaven. We enjoyed resting and eating on the lanai. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after the half marathon to relax our tired muscles. Jim was great with the communication and made everything extremly easy. We would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

The condo was clean and well-organized. There were plenty of beach towels available. The outdoor closet was stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, providing everything we needed for a day at the beach. Having access to a washer and dryer was a major convenience. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. And the sunsets from the lanai were simply breathtaking.
Kaanapali Royal is a fantastic condominium complex. It offered a variety of amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a basketball court. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to both Black Rock beach and the shops at Whalers Village.
We truly appreciate you sharing this wonderful location with us, Jim. It helped us create lasting memories!

The unit was everything that was promised and more! It has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course and the distant ocean. It worked great for our family. A well equipped kitchen. Much quieter and less busy than the ocean front resorts.

My family and I enjoyed staying here at the condo. It’s in a very quiet and gated condo that I feel safe with my family there. We can walk to the mall and around the golf course. Thank you for hosting our family.

Loved the condo and the location was great! Can walk to Whaler’s Village and dine, shop or spend time at the beach. Jim was so nice and welcoming. Spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub. Saw lots of rainbows from the lanai.

This place was beautiful and comfortable. Large open space, comfortable beds and a huge closet of beach necessities for us to use. I came with my husband and cousins and a couple of our children. The description matched the place accurately. Unfortunately, the Maui fire happened the day after we checked in. It was nice to have the lanai with the outdoor grill to make our meals while the power was out for all the days. We checked out days earlier than planned. Praying for Maui and the people that has lost their homes and lives. Hoping to visit again soon. Thank you for opening your place for us for the time we were there Jim, I wish we were able to enjoy this unit longer.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Condo is updated, clean, spacious and has everything you need to have a great vacation. I appreciated all the added details throughout the house letting us know how everything worked both in the house and at the property as a whole. Lots of extras were included —a whole closet of things to make going to the beach easy—coolers, chairs, etc! We would absolutely stay at here again!

We loved our stay at F202! Clean, spacious and so convenient. The condo is loaded with all the essentials, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! The unit is a stones throw from the swimming pool, a short walk or drive from whalers village (lots to do for little ones) and beachfront access. The lanai is huge and we loved bbqing and watching the swimmers. Our family took a whale watching catamaran early one morning (Teralani tours) and had an incredible show! Jim was an amazing host and we will definitely be back!

This was a perfect spot to end our two week vacation. Everything was clean and comfortable - especially the beds. It was nice to grill and down outside, spend time together as a family, and explore local spots. Very grateful for the beach supplies as they made our beach days very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and provides everything you need to stay and whatever you need for the beach. Jim is a great host, responded to our questions, needs and concerns very quickly. One thing to mention to families with children. The Kaanapali beach is not a 4-5 minute walk, it is more like 15 minutes if you go through the Gulf course, however going through the gulf course is highly discouraged. There are even signs that state not to walk through the course. Going around is even longer. Despite the long walks, the area is great and is near Whalers village.

The home is exactly as described. You can sleep more than you think. Home is well stocked with everything you need to eat in, cook, or whatever u want. Just bring your clothes and everything else is there.

This is a great condo in a great location. Although not directly on the beach, it's an easy walk to the Whalers Village shops and restaurants, as well as the Kaanapali Beach. The Condo has great views of the ocean across the golf course and the pool. The Condo grounds are beautifully maintained. The written description of this unit and all the photos are completely accurate. The owner, Jim, was quite helpful and responded timely to all our inquiries prior to arrival. Checking in and checking out was easy. Would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

It was large, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and storage room with tons of beach toys, chairs, body boards, cart, etc. We could not have been happier and would highly recommend this to anyone! I can't say enough about how great this condo is! My husband, my 2 kids (11 & 13) and I stayed here for a week. It is the perfect setup to be comfortable during your vacation. The condo is very, very spacious. The lanai is huge and I enjoyed myself out there every morning & evening. The view from the lanai is very beautiful. The condo is equipped with everything you need including stuff for the beach. We used the beach chairs and boogie boards. The owner, Jim, was so easy to work with. He responded to my questions quickly. I have booked VRBOs several times over the years. One of the things I really appreciated about this condo was there was a lot of signage explaining where everything was and how everything worked. It's helpful when you don't know the property you are staying in. The condo was exceptionally clean and we would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect place for 2 families. Plenty of beds/sleeping areas. Fully stocked kitchen. They even had supplies in the kitchen like condiments, spices, and coffee. Bathrooms had extra shampoo and soap. Laundry detergent was provided. Plenty of towels (bath and beach) for our large group. Beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards/ noodles/ wagon/ and more all included! Definitely booking here again!

We were so happy to find this property! It was a quiet and serene location that was ideally located near to the beach and Whalers Village shops. It was so nice to be off the beaten path but close enough to walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean and updated. We opted to use the twin Murphy bed instead of the fold out couch based on its worn condition. The Murphy bed was comfortable and convenient even for an adult.
The boogie boards and beach chairs were a fun bonus!

This property actually seemed BIGGER than the photos. It is well stocked and well appointed- the owner has outfitted the place the way you would for yourself (ex: nice knives, kitchen supplies, shower fixtures, etc). We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball, eating dinner on the huge outdoor balcony on the property. We walked to the Black Rock Beach and Ka'anapali beach. Jim, the owner, provided a pull wagon, beach chairs, sand supplies, boogie boards- everything you would need. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We loved this place! It had everything we wanted/needed. It’s very spacious- so much room. I felt like I was at home. Tucked away a bit from the big crowded condos was perfect for us. So much to do and see in this area. We had a beautiful view of the pool.

It had all the accommodations that a family needs, would be good to give us more details of what was here in the kitchen for we were cooks. Spectacular!
The condo is even better than the photos depict and the property is excellent and well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and extremely flexible. Allowed us to cancel last year (COVID) with full refund and no questions asked. This year he was more than willing to negotiate for a possible credit if we needed to cancel last minute (COVID). But, despite the ongoing issues (COVID), our vacation worked out perfectly. The property managers were difficult to deal with, leaving notifications on our rental every night and failing to properly register our car, but again the owner was on top of things. Would definitely stay again.
