Ideally located for lot’s of things especially if you have reason’s to go to Beaver Creek Resort Area. Jay was very gracious and quick to respond. The home on the river was stocked beyond expectations and in fact was by far the best we have ever encountered on our many stays.

The property is very nice and well stocked. The townhome is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. A/C units in all bedrooms upstairs in case the weather gets a little too warm. The location is great, overlooking the Eagle River. The owners are wonderful to work with. We will definitely be returning.

Where do I begin....what an absolutely perfect stay!! This home is very well maintained and the attention to detail and love for the home shows throughout this beautiful space. Everything was spotless and well appointed. The furniture is lovely and the beds were so comfortable. The linens were very high quality. There are portable air conditioning units in each bedroom. We really didn't need them as the nights were cool. The view is breathtaking! We loved sitting out on the deck and listening to the sounds of the river. We even took a dip in the river after a long day of hiking. The location was perfect. Easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. Communication with the owners was wonderful. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Avon/Edwards area. The location of the townhome was close to restaurants, stores, bike trails, bus stops, parks, etc. It was nice to be able to ride our bikes to a lot of places! We made a lot of meals at the townhome and were able to find plenty of dishes, pots, pans, outdoor grill, pantry items, etc. The view from the back deck next to the creek was very relaxing. This is a really nice townhome to stay in.

My family stayed at this home three years ago so I was thrilled when we had the opportunity to stay there again. The home has plenty of space and the Eagle River flows behind the backyard. I would sleep with the window open every night just to listen to the river flowing. There is an asphalt hiking trail right outside of the home that I would walk every morning. The home is also located close to everything in Avon and to the Beaver Creek ski resort. I can't wait to go back!

What an amazing spring break skiing both Vail and Beaver Creek at this perfect property. The townhouse was even better than advertised. Great living area for evening fellowship and a perfect arrangement of bedrooms for multiple adults and teens. The owners responded almost instantly any time we had a question and even suggested the perfect restaurant for a romantic anniversary dinner. An amazing location near many wonderful restaurants, shops, discount ski rentals and Beaver Creek/Vail. Did I mention the view of the river and mountains from the living area? We will be back!

This is the perfect property for a ski trip. With easy access to both Beaver Creek and Vail, we were on the mountain in no time. And the property’s wonderfully organized garage made it easy to unpack and load up our gear each time. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed and enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings and gazing at the river and mountains outside the window. We’ll be rebooking this property for all future trips to the area!

Very enjoyable stay in this spacious 3 BR 2 1/2 bath townhome on the Eagle River in Avon Colorado. Centrally located to Vail, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, Edwards. You can get to anything you want to do in a matter of just a few minutes. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, Grocery, ski access minutes away. Owner has access instructions & everything you need in a well organized binder & has made things easy, hassle free & straightforward to get in & out of the property. The property is beautifully furnished, & extremely clean. The owners are very gracious & accessible. They go out of their way to answer any questions & insure you have everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Condo for 4 adults, could have been 6-7 adults. Location is perfect for Beaver Creek of Vail. The Condo has everything you need plus a very cozy gas fireplace. The owner Jay is super attentive, going out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely try to book this place on future trips

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is fantastic! Plenty of space for us all (3 adults and 3 kids). Perfectly situated for vail and beaver creek. Jay was lovely to talk to and the communication was timely and welcoming! I cannot recommend this rental highly enough.

The property is perfectly situated close to the entrance of Beaver Creek resort - very close to the dining and shopping in Avon. The hosts were extremely helpful and the property was spacious and clean. I plan on staying at the townhome again if it is available when I am back in the area. It was a great experience!

The property is actually better than what we expected. Jay was simply one of the best hosts ever. He was very thoughtful in communicating some hazardous conditions before we left and throughout our stay, made sure that we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Avon area.

Jay and Elaine were extremely good to work with, responsive, and truly cared that we had a good time. Their place is wonderfully comfortable and impeccably clean. The beds were also extremely comfy. I would certainly stay there again.

It was my 2nd time to be here at this beautiful condo. Great place for a relaxing and peaceful time. Location is central to Beaver Creek Village and Vail is close as well. There were 3 of us girls needing a little vacation from life and wanting a beautiful safe comfy home to have our time together in. The river was perfect as the sounds lulled us to sleep at night and the gondola rides at BC and Vail took us to scenic mountain views. The condo has all the comforts of home and the neighbors were kind and welcoming. LOVE <3 and will be back again and again.

This was the perfect place to escape for a summer vacation! Better than advertised! The house is immaculate and situated perfectly on the Eagle River. Like many others, we opened the windows at night and the sounds of the water on the rocks filled the master bedroom as we drifted off to sleep. Many activities from hikes and biking to fly fishing to keep busy, but also a fantastic place to enjoy a cold beverage and watch time go by. Our favorite places to eat were - Northside Cafe, Avon Bakery & Deli, Vin48, and Rocky Mountain Taco in Minturn. We would highly recommend taking the Beaver Creek Lake hike from the Centennial lift area in Beaver Creek Village - great views and scenery at the top!

From the wonderful location close to Vail/Beaver Creek and western CO, to the comfy beds and homey touches throughout to the deck over looking the river, this home is a true retreat. The homeowner is also wonderful to work with...always available for advice on local eats or how to best find the property after dark. My daughter and her fiancé fly-fished on the river while I sipped wine and watched. Best of both worlds! I cannot wait to return!

I received outstanding service by Jay, the owner. He was as helpful as anyone has ever been when going through these rental homesites. He provided all the information we would ever need and more. The house is located in extremely convenient area, while providing a beautiful view in of the river. I only rent properties with air conditioning, no matter where it is located. There is air-conditioning, but it is through two portable units only located in two of the three bedrooms upstairs. I think that needs to be clearly stated/disclosed before someone chooses to book. Regardless, I would say here again because of the outstanding service in a great location.

Absolutely 5 stars! Book this place if you can. Tastefully decorated, spotless, comfortable bed, great deck over looking the river. Left windows open to hear natures sound machine from the river. Jay was an excellent and responsive host. House is incredibly well stocked with all sorts of supplies. This place is OUTSTANDING!!!

Great weekend getaway for Spring skiing in Beaver Creek. Jay and Elaine are excellent hosts and their condo was the perfect place for our family to reconnect and relax. All the comforts of home! Will definitely visit again!

We spent 4 nights during spring break 2015. The townhome is well located (just a few minutes from the Beaver Creek parking lots), very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed (kitchen, bathrooms). The view and sound of the Eagle River is gorgeous from the beautiful deck in the back. The owner (Jay) was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this townhome for a family of up to 6 people. I hope to return soon.

We spent the weekend at this location and the owner, Jay, was beyond helpful and accommodating. The town home was perfect, clean, and spacious with a view that can't be beat. If you are traveling with 4 - 7 people --- this is a perfect fit for a mountain vacation!

Just a quick 3-day trip for me, but the owners were very accommodating, the setting on the river -- lovely -- and proximity to amenities, Beaver Creek and Vail is very good. Very clean and well appointed.

We stayed 5 days in Avon in March. This town home was perfect for our family of three! The location is close to downtown Avon and Beaver Creek Ski Area. The views from the picture window in the living room are breathtaking! We often had the sliding door cracked to listen to the sounds of the Eagle River outside. The town home is well stocked with necessities which is welcome when traveling! We were able to cook a few nights in the condo in the well stocked kitchen. Can't wait to return in the summer and fall so we can enjoy the gorgeous deck! Overall, a great place to stay! Highly recommended.

Great place with plenty of space and tons of in-house amenities, such as kitchen supplies, TV, DVD player, etc. We went for a ski trip and had a blast!! The location of the rental is prefect; it is peaceful and has breathtaking views all around. The rental is also extremely close to anything you may need and is right off of highway 6 only minutes from Beaver Creek, great for skiers and boarders. The owner is a great and really accommodating! I would recommend this rental to any of family and friends! Thank you for opening you place up to us; it was a great treat!

Pros... -best supplied kitchen we've stayed in in the 15 years of renting VRBO properties. -good appliances & gas fireplace -GREAT hot water heater (didn't run out of hot water even with 7 adults). -Plenty of storage for skis and ski gear (racks in garage, cubbies in the mud room right off the garage, etc) -3 spacious bedrooms + 2.5 baths = excellent! -Convenient location in relation to downtown Avon and Beaver Creek, and a short drive to Vail. Cons... -if you have 2 suburbans (like we did), parking is not the most accommodating in the area around the townhouse. With this property, there is one space available in the garage and one space available on the driveway, but not enough room to park in the garage with a large vehicle. The owners were helpful in providing a guest parking pass for us, but guest parking is limited in the area. -address is a little tricky to find using GPS, but the owner was VERY helpful in assisting us in locating the correct street/entrance to the townhouse off the highway.

When my family arrived we were so pleased with several things, how clean the home was, plenty of bedding including extra blankets, towels, nice not to have to do laudry if we didn't want to. Many little things that really makes staying here that much more enjoyable than some previous places we have rented, plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soup, spices, coffee & filters, fully equiped kitchen appliances with penty of dishes, sliverwear & glass wear, misc. magazines around the condo with informaion about the area & attractions (we didn't have to go find stuff to do). Easy entrace through the garage (great in winter with all the snow stuff). Location is awesome, the view out all the windows, the soothing sound of the river, views of the mountains, close to town, stores, resorts and other activities. Thank you you so much for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home, we now have fond memories of our 2014 Christmas vacation together.
