This condo has one of the most beautiful views in all of Colorado! Huge balcony, great living space, gas fireplace and did I mention the VIEWS!! Close to everything. We were very happy with our 5 night stay and will certainly be back and recommend to our friends! Thanks... Bob

It was our second time staying in this condo. It’s very convenient to have the ski passes and be right in town. We enjoyed the great view from the window, the hot tub and pool, the slopes at keystone and a-basin. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice, clean condo with gorgeous views

We have traveled to Dillon several times for family vacations. Several of my siblings(and my parents) have rented from this owner in the past (well before Vrbo existed). It’s always been a great experience.

My experience renting this condo was excellent. All the communication from rental to check-in was reliable and responsive. What I enjoyed most was the cleanliness and overall condition. The view is excellent and I loved sitting on the deck with morning coffee or an afternoon book. I hope to stay there again next summer.

The views are breathtaking from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony, which is huge (runs the width of the condo)! Condo was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Reserved parking in a secure garage was a bonus. What a peaceful and relaxing trip – we hope to visit again soon…

This property was packed with amenities and had everything we needed to enjoy our girls trip. We ended up staying in more than expected because the balcony view was so wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed the condo's patio that overlooked the lake and mountains. Every morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee and evenings relaxing outside. Beautiful!

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and had an awesome view. The location was central to all the nearby mountain towns. You can do as much or as little as you like. Highly recommend this Point Dillon condo.

Easy access off -I -70. Owners very prompt answering questions. Only issue was lack of ice melt for walkways.

The view over the lake was unbelievable! Close to everything in town. Really enjoyed the covered garage.

From the start Steve and Leah were super polite, responsive and welcoming. Their place is well equipped, accessible to ski lifts, hiking & biking trails and the town. The place was clean and spacious, allowing us to spread out and had plenty of room for our gear. Waking up to amazing views everyday was an added plus! We certainly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

There were lots of updates due to COVID and we were notified as each came out allowing us to plan accordingly. There are a few items I look for in reviews so I like to cover them during mine:Items that make this unit GREAT: View- owners- elevator- secure garage parking - well stocked kitchen-BBQ grill- large deck for outdoor eating/relaxing- humidifier provided -quiet (couldn’t hear neighbors while inside) - Large sliders in living room and bedroom to deck- Ample room to unpack - Washer/dryer in unit -Tap water was good, no need for bottled.- WiFi and TV worked well- central location for all of our activities, with easy access for our bikes and my ISUP.Not so Great- beds were a bit too firm, (personal preference), Couch and Throw pillows could use a steam clean.Of note: the light fixture in the dining room is Amazing! Wonderful experience all around. However, Kitchen was not cleaned thoroughly—crumbs on counter, etc.

Great location, amazing views, well equipped for 4 adults, would stay here again.

We enjoyed the location but missed the pool and hot tub which were closed because of COVID 19.

This was our second time renting this property and it did not disappoint. The owners are great to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The view is phenomenal, we arrived during a big snow storm that added over two and a half feet of beautiful fresh powder. The first day the lake that is right outside the window was still flowing. We watched as it iced over and sparkled like a huge bed of diamonds. Today, a mere week after check-in we awoke to ice fisherman setting up on the frozen lake of ice. There are so many memories made in Summit County and this condo feels like home to our family! Beyond blessed is the best way to describe our family vacation!

We come to Point Dillon for the location. Right on the water with sailboats on the lake and mountains for the backdrop - incredible. The unit was well furnished with a complete kitchen. The owners were very helpful and responsive when I had a question about the TV. My wife and I loved our stay.

Everything was great. However when we had windows closed and we came back to Condo it smelled of cigarette smoke. Very bad. Your neighbors in one of Condos were smoking alot. Your place was great.

7 of us went for a snowboarding trip - used the lifetime passes and made it to keystone, a-basin and breckenridge. Grocery across the street. Condo has everything you need with a great view. Hot tub in the bldg a + and Note for drivers: minivan rental had trouble with icy roads with experienced driver, may need suv depending on weather - no reflection on the unit or owner

The condo has everything you need for a ski trip. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with essential cooking items, the tv is great and the hot tub and pool located in the complex are convenient. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5.

Property views of lake off the porch/living area were awesome. The unit was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was perfect for our family for a week of snow skiing. Great location just minutes to Keystone and Breckenridge. Inside parking garage is a plus. Will definitely book again when returning. The owners are great to work with and made check in check out easy. The ski passes are a great benefit.

This was our ninth trip to Summit County and one of our favorite properties! Gorgeous views, easy access to Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge. Condo is cozy with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Owners are terrific, they made the whole process so easy and made sure we had every detail to feel confident in our planning and throughout our stay. When we did experience an issue with the hot tub, they made a call and the issue was rectified and we were soaking in no time. This vacation was wonderful and a blessing to our family, thank you Father God for your provision.

Amenities were good. Property was a little dated. Nice complex prompt and thorough communication with the owner.

Leah and Steve's home is a beautiful condo right on Dillon Reservoir. The amenities are exceptional and we felt right at home. I will definitely be going back!
