One of the best vacations we have had. The property is on the beach making it simple. The house is quiet and very comfortable. Kent is around to make sure all is to your liking. We will definitely be returning. Didn't want to leave.

This property was amazing. We were traveling with parents who have mobility issues. From even before we made a reservation the owner, Kent, was very helpful in answering questions. The property is extremely close to the beach with an easy access with very gentle slope to the beach. There is an elevator that goes directly into the home which made it very easy for my parents to go up and down. The home is extremely spacious and beautiful. The balcony is very large with shade trees that make for a beautiful area to watch the sunset or just beach watch in general. This area of the beach is not very populated. There are plenty of beach chairs and items to use as well. Beach towels are furnished. We found lots of shells, even some sand dollars. Although the waves were not very calm when we were there due to storms, we heard that typically it is very calm and gentle. Overall we had an amazing time. Even though Kent was out of town while we were there, Tricia was amazing with providing assistance and answering questions as well as checking on us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home if you are staying in this area.

The only thing better than the property and location was the service level provided by Kent and his team. They went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

This house was perfect for our stay in Treasure Island. The property was kept nice and tidy the entire time. The owner is excellent at communicating and was a great host. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the beautiful sound of the waves from the penthouse overlooking the beach. The waterfront property provided direct beach access for convenient family enjoyment. The condo was gorgeous providing extra amenities including the large kitchen catering to cooking enthusiasts. The proximity to the John’s Pass was extremely convenient for those who love restaurants, shops, and boat rentals. The stay at this property was amazing. We plan to rent this property next year for our family trip!

We stayed in the Penthouse Villa and let me tell you, it is absolutely beautiful!! The view from the Lanai is breathtaking and you are literally right on the beach which is so beautiful! The property owner, Kent is hands down the absolute best! He honestly took great care of us. We miss him already! I can't stress this enough, don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed! We can't wait to go back. And, P.S. the elevator is a life saver when it comes to hauling up luggage and groceries!

If your looking for a great place to vacation, in the perfect location, this is the place! The house is beautiful and the beach couldn't be more gorgeous. We would walk along the beach in the morning and see dolphins swimming, the coolest hermit crabs walking along the shoreline and so many beautiful shells and sand dollars! At night we sat out on the back balcony to witness some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen! There are so many fun places to visit in the area... there's something for everyone, of all ages! Kent was always very quick to respond to any questions I had and the check-in/check-out process was as simple as it gets! Thank you, Kent, for opening your property for people to enjoy and make such great memories in! We will definitely be visiting again!

Comfortable and fun beachfront house with big open space for our family. Enjoyed the beach with chairs and toys from the garage. Close to plenty of dining options but in a neighborhood that was quieter and enjoyable. Used the hot tub daily. Great communication with responsive property manager. All in all, a 5 star paradise get away for baseball, sun, and fun!

We booked the penthouse of this property to celebrate our mom's 80th birthday (5 adults, 2 kids) and we all had a fantastic time. The place looks just like the pictures online--very clean and spacious and the direct water view is amazing. We loved the house so much we never left except for a few runs to Publix (a 5 minute drive). We made all of our meals in the amazing kitchen (and outdoor grill), and spent lots of time on the spacious and private balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the water. Even though we stayed during the peak of Spring Break, the beach area below was never overly crowded. Another great thing about this property is the ample parking--we had 3 cars and still had room for another. Kent is an amazing property manager--he responded promptly to all our emails/texts before our arrival and once we were there, he responded immediately to the few minor issues that arose (broken beach umbrella and one of the patio chairs, both of which he replaced within a half hour). Icing on the cake--while we were on the beach taking pictures, the property owner (who happened to be staying in the unit below) found out it was my mom's 80th and ran inside and came back out with a bottle of champagne which they gave to us. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful property and Kent is the best. The beach is literally at your back door and there’s a fun bar/restaurant right on the beach just steps away. Convenient to many shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this property! A group of 8 would be very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Kent will try to satisfy any and all requests, highly recommended. If you are on the fence, don’t be about this place. No way to go wrong.

The property location was absolutely amazing. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view with our coffee each morning. The beach was clean and beautiful, and a very short walk to Caddy’s for dinner so we didn’t have to cook. The kitchen was huge and the double fridge and freezer were so convenient. There were plenty of cutting boards and knives, cups, mugs, and plates, etc. It could use more silverware. The coffee pot was leaking, and I let Ken know… he replaced it immediately for us. He was extremely responsive and friendly. We would have no hesitation to rent this property again, and hope to do so again next year!

Our family had a great time in the PH! Kent was a superb host and went out of his way to assist us. The PH was beautiful, and the location on the beach was as pictured. Very convenient for our family and 3 mos. old granddaughter. We will be back! SCJones

This condo is very nice and large. It accommodated eight adults easily. Great private beach and neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful rental. Will definitely be back. Plenty of room. Only thing I noticed was that the air vents need to be cleaned.

This home is beautifully appointed. Spacious and welcoming with outstanding views of the beach which is only steps away. Ample kitchen space with side-by-side built-in fridge and freezer, 6-burner gas stove and even wine coolers. The master suite takes up one side of the villa and fronts the beach. The shower has 3 different shower heads: 2 on the wall and a wonderful waterfall. There are also 2 other bedrooms, one facing the street. Plenty of seating in the living room and on the balcony. Lots of beach chairs to choose from. Your own garage has loads of space. A private elevator comes in handy when carrying luggage, groceries, etc. A word about the area. Sunset beach is a small enclave and heavily built out with homes on the beach mere feet away from each other. While technically the beach in back of this property is "private" that is very misleading. A public foot path adjoins one side of this villa. The beach itself, even off-season (May) was very busy and many people now bring personal speakers for their own music. And the property right next to this villa in one week had two events. During the first (a wedding), the music was played so loudly that even with closed doors, it could be heard inside and it was virtually impossible to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy the gulf, which is why we went. Taken separately, I would recommend the villa as it is truly a home set up to enjoy the beach but, because the property next door is used for events better left to larger and more private spaces, I am afraid I will not be returning.

We had to cancel a 2020 vacation like many. When we found this property we knew it would be home for a week. What you see is what you get. Great communication with Kent. The place is literally right on the beach. Not crowded at all. You are close to everything you need to do in this location. Will be back!!

Beautiful beachfront property. You can go to sleep and wake up hearing the waves. Can see the ocean for miles and miles! Double dishwashers makes like so much easier! Close to everything without all the noise!

VRBO did not send a access code. Fortunately, Owner (Kent Preston) was incredibly accessible and made the check-in process very easy. The home was inviting and the view of the ocean was incredible. We had a wonderful time. Would rent again in the future.

My family and friends have stayed at many locations in Florida and across the caribbean over the years and this cracked our top 2 favorite places. Reasons: Relaxing, quiet, spacious, on the beach, beach bar (Caddys), proximity to restaurants/shopping (John's Pass) and a premier sunset location. Place has everything we required and I never once turned on our TV while there :) Kent is the best host/owner we've ever experencied. Hell, I'd go back just to see him. LOL Honestly, rent it, you won't be sorry. Thanks again Kent, we will see you down the road.

We happened to be booked here during the week COVID got really bad. The bars restaurants and other venues were closed but it didn’t matter because we had blue skies, the warm gulf, white sands and a gorgeous villa to stay in. We hunkered down in style and absolutely did not wasn’t to leave. Kent Preston thank you to you for your hospitality and friendship. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Sunset Beach over the summer. It was absolutely amazing! The house is stunning. Everything you could ask for and more! The views were spectacular. We had a wonderful family vacation. Very awesome place, fully furnished with everything including beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, umbrellas, fully functioning gas grille, well stocked kitchen, extras blankets, beach towels, extra blankets, wouldn't change a thing! Family enjoyed the stay and the weather was great. Ken was accommodating and addressed a minor issue with the CATV going out in a timely manner. Thank you Ken, truly enjoyed our stay!
