The property is beautifully landscaped and Turtle Bay Resort is easily walkable from these villas. The interior photos do a great job showcasing the unit, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a walk-in closet! The view is unmatched - basically an unobstructed view of the ocean and no sound but crashing waves. There was very little foot traffic down on the shore in front of the unit and The pool area was great for us, maybe not the most kid-friendly, but it was never very crowded. This is the Hawaii I love, away from the hustle of the big city, surrounded by natural beauty! The only comments I have is that I would prefer a king size bed and the couch was starting to show some wear. Otherwise, the unit was in great shape and satisfied all our needs!

It is long overdue for a repaint, towel rail came off the wall, the screen door was off it’s rail. The last two items took 2 days before they were fixed. Also, the floor lamp in the living area needed to be propped up against the wall to prevent it from falling.

Nice condo, clean and spacious with a very nice view from the Lanai. Immaculate grounds with easy beach access. Only things that would make it better are an updated mattress and more/closer grill access. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing week at the rental. Communication was fast when needed. 317 was a quiet room and we could hear the ocean at all times. The view is beautiful and just what we needed after a day of exploring Oahu. Parking is seamless and having our own spot made things stress free. Just about anything you need is available there or within a 10 minute drive. We walked to restaurants/cafes on the property. We would stay again.

It was better stocked than most rentals that I have stayed in. The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach and pool. We used the pull out sofa for our kids and we did not have another set of sheets for the bed. I called the number provided and quickly received the sheets. Our family found many activities nearby but if you are going to downtown Honolulu for things like Pearl Harbor than make sure you leave early enough as the traffic can be very slow. The owners provided very detailed information about activities, restaurants, shopping, etc that was extremely helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

The views from the balcony are breathtaking! This place has everything you need, from boogie boards to snorkel sets. We loved every minute of our stay, things could not have gone any more smoothly.

This was an amazing villa. So close to the waves that we could sometimes feel the spray. Villa was super clean, well appointed with high end kitchen and bath. Well stocked for beach and exploring. The view of the ocean was completely unobstructed, and we saw whales on the horizon. We will return for sure and highly recommend this villa and the management company.

We booked this property at the last minute and the owner was very responsive. They sent us an email with the check-in information and provided a detailed breakdown of the property and the benefits of staying there. The parking was great and you didn’t have to pay the resort fees that you would at a hotel or resort. When we walked in, the ocean was right there. One step out in the balcony and I knew we picked a winner! The unit was clean and had everything that you would need to maximize your experience. The storage locker with beach stuff was awesome! It provided us with chairs and other items that make a day on the beach perfect. Turtle Bay resort is close. You can eat at multiple restaurants on the property via a short walk. The shared beach is protected by an outer reef which keeps the larger waves of the North Shore at bay and allows for snorkeling and other water activities. I would definitely recommend the property and plan to come back in the near future! What a great experience and perfect place for a nice vacation!

Great location, having the amenities of the hotel just steps away but the convenience of a condo was the best of both worlds. Enjoyed the golf at Turtle Bay, limited ocean holes but a nice course. Unit was as advertised but some of the furniture was starting to get worn and because there is no dishwasher we found some of the silverware to not be clean. Overall, a very good experience.

The ocean is right in front of you off the lanai. The room was the perfect size for us. The beach locker amenities are a very nice touch- beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cooler, snorkeling gear, beach toys and balls....we used it all and everything is in great shape! The pool is lovely and the complex has its own gate that spits you right out to the beach that you can swim and snorkel in. The unit itself is conveniently located near elevator and stairs. You get 1 complimentary parking spot that is right in front of the bldg unit is in- huge plus! Complimentary additional parking available close by. The location of property cannot be beat if you are looking to stay on the North Shore- Shrimp Trucks less than 5 mins away, Teddy’s Bakery 2 mins, Sunset and Waimea 5-10 mins away, Haleiwa 15 mins, great zip lining at CLIMB Works at Keana Farms 10 mins and beautiful, quaint towns to the north with many low key and quiet beaches. The owners are stellar and the communication was on point. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We like everything about it (it looks just like the photos), but we particularly like how quiet and private it is. Building G is definitely the most private of all the villas. The amenities at the resort are great too, especially the pool bar, Lei Lei's restaurant, the lobby bar, and the horseback riding. (The private ride is great if you are an experienced rider because they let you jog and lope.) Highly recommend!
