This property is close to everything and has a nice 2nd story deck with a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay a "Cozy" was a win as always. This was my 4th time and I am always comfortable. It is clean, well appointed, quite and convenient.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

Condo is right on the Sound with a deck looking out at it with a nice view of the sun setting. Partially blocked by trees but still good. Ninja indoor grill provided works great. We took the kayaks that come with the rental out most days and they are great for checking out the Sound. The owner Dan is very responsive to any questions or issues and really wants you to have a great time. He was at a party and still called to help with a TV issue that was resolved.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

The property is situated on the Pamlico sound with wonderful views. The area is extremely quiet and we loved using the provided kayaks in the sound. The short walk to the beach was very convenient and the beach in this area is not busy at all and very relaxing. Communication with Dan was easy and he was very responsive to any issues we had. The driveway coming in was full of major pot holes, so you have to drive in very slowly and carefully. The only negative I would say was that the beds were extremely firm and pillows very thin.

We especially enjoyed watching sunsets on the deck at night and kayaking in the sound. Our unit had an especially great view! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The only minor challenge was that the driveway was pretty washed out (must be from heavy rain). It needed to be addressed. I highly recommend this property.

A perfectly quaint place for a short or long getaway. Fantastic view of the sound and nicely tucked away, giving a feeling of privacy. Will stay again!

This property is a gem. It’s situated with a beautiful view of the bay opening the sound as the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. It is c I’m in a onvenient to both the beach side as well as the soundside and is a wonderful place to stay home if you are contemplating great experience in Obx.

This is a well-designed, very clean & nicely decorated property with a great location. We enjoyed our stay here a great deal. The property contact was responsive to all questions prior to our stay & the check-in/check out instructions were clear.

This was my second stay at Cove Breeze and the property is still in top form. Clean, well stocked and comfortable for me and one guest. I was off season and I would say if there were one caveat it would be parking although the neighbors who are residence are understanding. I will be back in the fall.

This place is a magical place on its own. Had some trouble finding the road to the condos because trees and bushes were covering the sign but we called Dan and he walked us right through it. Dan is a great host! Have planned on coming back next year!!

We spent wonderful days there.

Had a girls hiking trip and absolutely 💯 enjoyed the condo. Avon is a great location. Kitchen was fully stocked except for a wine 🍷 opener. I fixed that so there's one now. Had water pressure issues and host Dan was very accommodating and it got better . The pictures on the vrbo didn't do this condo justice. Sitting in living room and seeing the view of the sound was amazingly beautiful. I'll be back for sure.

My stay at Cove Breeze was all that I expected. The location was fine although a little tricky to find, see owners notes, and my own missing unit #6 but it all worked out fine. There are adequate kitchen supplies, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Working with the owner was a breeze (Get it?) as I decided to extend my stay and this was not an issue with a few emails. All in all I had a good week and even caught some nice Drum fish.

Very pretty sound side sunsets. The access to the sound for fishing in the kayaks was excellent. Location was very quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants and shopping when needed.

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here! Dan, the owner, was quick to respond when we had a question. The only bummer, not in Dan’s control, is the fishing dock in disrepair. Overall, it was clean and perfect!

Had a great week in Avon and this condo was great for a family of 4. It is perfectly situated on the sound and we used the kayaks most of the week. The condo was well stocked. The nights we weren’t fishing in Buxton we were on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets. I recommend walking up the street to Cups and Cones for the blueberry cheesecake ice cream and at least one morning walking to Muffins and Scones for any of their selection.

We had the best week! The property is adorable! The neighborhood is great. Dan is very responsive if you need him. We used the Kayak's...so much fun! The sunsets from the deck are beautiful. And there is enough shade on the deck in the morning, to enjoy your coffee and the beautiful view of the water. The pool was so wonderful, it has ample shaded seating to camp out at for the day, as well as plenty of lounge chairs to sun in. The bathrooms are very clean. This property is centrally located to so much! Not a criticism of the property at all just an observation, there are quite a few stairs as it is on the top level. For me and my children it was not a problem but if you had someone who has a hard time with steps this would be a trick for sure. We would love to visit again next year!!!

Beautiful view, very spacious,and very clean, and great location. We will stay there again.

This condo was used for my 3 adult kids for extra bedrooms while we rented a bigger home on the beach. The place was clean and very well kept. The views from the balcony are beautiful and we even got to see a sea manatee up close swimming in the bay. The parking was very tight and we got the impression the person who parked in the slot next to our designated slot didn’t like sharing based on the way he placed car so we just parked next to the dock and had no issues. There were signs not to go on the boat dock immediately behind the condo so there weren’t many places to fish there like my son hoped - but it was a short walk over to Avon Pier. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay would definitely rent again

Had a great time. Kayaking on the sound is a must and it was really easy to get the provided kayaks in the water. Walk to beach was quick and easy. Amazing sunset view!

I would like to start with the good. This was in a great location. Their were a few small shops and restaurants with in walking distance.. Neighbors were very friendly.. If you like to fish the pier is a most. Now the bad.. The sheets were dirty and the walls were very thin could hear neighbors next door for hours. Not sure we would return..

Comfortable, very well maintained property looking out over the bay with great sunsets from the deck. All of the appliances are top-notch including a front-loader washing machine and matching dryer. The apartment is on the top floor corner, so there is good isolation from any noise in other units. The downstairs bedroom (queen bed) is in the back and so separated by the kitchen and utilities from the living room (meaning the bedroom should be quiet even if people are talking in the living room). The loft beds are singles; of course the loft is open to the living room below. There is a very comfortable sofa set with a large TV setup for good evening entertainment. Several restaurants are nearby - less than 5 minutes drive or a longer walk - and the food was good. All the other shops you might need (groceries or deli sandwiches) are not far. Note: the unit is in a building set back from the street. You go down a gravel driveway which is not obvious. It took me two passes to realize I needed to turn off the paved road. Once you are there, you will find plenty of outdoor parking. I was able to park next to the stairs to the unit every time.

A very good and pleasant experience. Very clean and comfortable unit overlooking a beautiful cove and inlet waterway .Beautiful sunsets to watch from the deck. Excellent host, responds to questions very quickly, provides helpful suggestions about the area. Had fun doing some fishing from the cove dock area . Friendly neighbors too. This is the place to stay for an enjoyable time in Avon and explore the Outer Banks.

The entire family and I enjoyed the stay! The property manager was very informative about the property. We will definitely be going back once the beach weather is nice next year!
