The staff from the front desk, valet and mangers were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating especially to my handicap mother. The rooms in the main building are outdated and could use some revamping. The location was good, the kids enjoyed the pool. That said, there weren't a lot of places in the pool area that didn't have basketballs and footballs flying at your head if you just wanted to get in the water to relax.

Information about property description could have been more accurate. It said 2 bedroom villa but in reality the property has a one bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room which is misleading

Our stay at the Hyatt Residence Club was fabulous. The unit was perfect, with gorgeous views of the resort and the ocean. The grounds were great — lots of places for the kids to swim. We were able to using the facilities at the Hyatt next door - and that place is just beautiful - flamingos and swans walking around everywhere. The only thing is that you have to bring everything you need to cook - like the basics like salt and olive oil, etc but Safeway is about 6-7 min away. Will be back here 100% if we are lucky enough !

Incredible ocean views confirm you picked the right listing as you enter the opulent two bedroom unit. With upper floor views you never get of that deep blue ocean, and also the convenience of a short walk to whalers village or the private pool and pounding surf. We loved the amenities and closeness to the action but appreciated great service and hospitality there at the Maui Ocean Club. They have everything you could ever want and we can’t wait to come back next summer!

We booked a last minute trip and this property exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room to spread out and rest inside the condo after adventure filled days just outside the doors.

Everything about this property was top-notch. I can't think of anything negative to say.

Lots of fun

We've stayed here a couple of years in a row now and love it. The location is perfect, so many options for things to do within walking distance. We stayed at the Marriott's in Kauai and Oahu, and they always seem to have the best location on the beaches. Lots of pools to choose from, never without finding somewhere to sit...lots of options, even on the beach. I do feel at the Kaanapali location they could up their game on the restaurants though, not a whole lot to choose from, but there are quite a few to choose from within walking distance, down by Whaler's Village, or go down to Front Street, lots to choose from there, plus lots of shopping. We stayed at the Westin Ocean Villas north of the Black Rock the second week we were there (because they didn't have space at the Marriott), and I can say that Marriott Ocean Club is way better. You won't regret staying at the Marriott.

The condo is clean and just like described- perfect for my family of 6. The view and location are phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I along with our three grown sons, their wives and three month old granddaughter spent one week here in the Lahaina Tower. We had two 2-bedroom villas which were perfect for our needs. One was on the 8th floor and the other on the ground floor. The staff was so nice and friendly. The entire property was very family oriented. We hope to repeat this vacation next year. Beautiful grounds and gorgeous ocean views!!

We all want to go back. The resort is wonderful, only thing they could improve on is having better restaurants on site. The condo we had was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. We sat out on our balcony every night. The sunsets and the sound of the ocean never gets old. The Whaler's Shops were less than a mile away, we walked there everyday to try different places to eat, shop, and stopped at other resort restaurants on the way. It was a very busy time of year, everyone was very pleasant and we never had trouble finding a lounge chair, or cabana to relax on by the beach. We would definitely stay at the Marriott Ocean Club Resort again.

Such a wonderful property. View was amazing! Everything you need is in the unit. The amenities on the property just made me not want to leave the resort. We had an amazing week with family! We will definitely return.

The room was perfect. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It felt like home. The resort is great for families.

The rooms are pretty spacious and fully stocked with all necessary items for a family stay, except the food. The kids had great fun going between the ocean and the pool. You can choose your poison either a fairly crowded and action-oriented central pool area or quiet lawn lounging. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants.

Maui Marriott Ocean Club met or exceeded all expectstions

This was our second family vacation at the Ocean Club Maui and all 6 adults and 4 children had a wonderful time. The kids love the pools and added activities, particularly laser tag this year. The adults love the comfortable beds and the shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, great room, great service from Maui Resort Rentals

I cannot imagine staying anywhere else! Our trip was amazing but I really want to stress how incredible the property was and how easy the rental processes was. Being a first time renter on VRBO I was very skeptical. Of course I did my do diligence searching Maui Resort Rentals reviews on here, yelp, and the BBB but I was still worried about what I was going to get when we show up. Maui Resort Rentals was so easy to work with and very fast at communicating. After sending our request from VRBO we heard back right away directly from someone at Maui Resort Rentals answering all our questions. As soon as we decided this was the place, they sent over and invoice stating all the cost and a contract that I printed and read all the way through checking for any funny business and there wasn't! Even though the whole booking process was easy I was still anxious until we pulled up to the hotel wondering if our reservation was actually reserved and if our money actually went to our reservation, I was worried sick that I would go to check-in and there would be nothing. But much to my relief checking in went smooth we checked into the hotel just like a normal hotel reservation, under guest name. The room was exactly what was stated in our contract and what is seen in the pictures here! Like I said the entire trip was amazing, the property is AMAZING, Kaanapali beach is AMAZING! I will definitely be back and will be using Maui Resort Rentals!

Our family of 6 stayed in the Marriott Maui Ocean resort, two bedroom condo. We were right on the beach/ocean and couldn't have asked for a better location with regards to the resort pool, play ground and restaurant. The condo was in excellent condition, and the building was very quite. I would recommend this resort with no hesitation.

This Marriott Ocean Club unit gives you the best of both worlds. You have the luxury of a spacious private residence feel while still having access to the facilities of the entire resort. I travel extensively for work as a corporate meeting planner and I have high standards. This beautiful unit met all of my demands. The view is simply spectacular. Walking access to all the other resorts, restaurants and Whalers village is wonderful. The drive into Lahaina is very quick. I'd return to this property and unit in a heartbeat.

We took our family of five to these newer towers at Marriott Maui Ocean Club and loved this oceanfront condo. Maui Resort helped us find this fantastic place on short notice--we were lucky to get it! We have stayed at five different hotels and condos in Kaanapali, and this one has been the best so far. Full kitchen, in-unit laundry, comfortable sofa beds, beautiful, uncrowded ocean front lawns with hammocks, busy pools and quieter pools. The Marriott also found us a great room to extend our stay a couple days.

Loved this resort. Grounds are fantastic, Staff great. Would return tomorrow, if we could. Had a great time.

This condo, located at Marriott Maui Ocean Club, was perfect for our family vacation. It was ground level, steps away from the beach, and perfect sized for the 4 adults. Kitchen was great for cooking our meals. Entire condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Maui Resort Realty gave wonderful suggestions on whale watching, a luau, golfing, etc. We will definitely be back! Loved being able to walk right out our patio doors to the beach. Coffee on our patio and watching the whales was amazing. Very convenient location to shopping and tourist attractions. Staff at Marriott took care of any needs and questions we had.
