This was my second time renting this house. It is absolutely lovely and has everything you could possibly need. The view of the lake is spectacular. I live nearby in Clearwater but have a small condo so I am sure I'll be renting this again when friends come to town!

This house is has a great view and is well equipped for a family stay. The hosts communicate very well and provide good instructions. Recommended.

We stayed at this home 5 nights for a Memorial Trip for the recent passing of my mother who grew up in the area. We couldn't have chosen a more peaceful and perfect place! It was clean, well-decorated, spacious, and quiet. The canal provided the serenity we needed as we grieved and celebrated Mom's life and visited with friends and family in the area. It was conveniently well-stocked from kitchen items, to bathroom items, to an Alexa & nice TV, to games and beach items. Literally the only thing we missed was TVs in bedrooms, which would be a nice addition, and some of the blinds could use an update. It's a convenient location close to shopping and multiple beaches and restaurants. We loved both porches and the deck area! I was excited to see an alligator swim by but never felt unsafe. I stay in a lot of nice rentals and this is probably my favorite. We definitely hope to return some day and highly recommend this rental.

The house was clean, neighborhood couldn’t have been any quieter. House was stocked with everything you could think of. Perfect location to all the beaches, parks, restaurants and shopping. Don’t hesitate renting this property. It was perfect!

We had a great time. Boating on Lake Tarpon, sight seeing in Tarpon Springs. St. Nicholas Boat Line Tour was very historical and fun. The tour has been running for 99 years. We really enjoyed hanging out each evening on the backporch of our "Tarpon Lake Escape" It was so relaxing. The house itself was very well stock. It had everything we needed, and, had a really bright and fun decor. Perfect vacation!

We have a costal property of our own on a canal in Texas so we wanted to make sure we had the same like experience - nailed it! The area had everything needed with great restaurants, grocery stores close and sites to see. We also attended the Lightning & Buccaneer games (both winners) during our stay. The house is situated in a lovely location on Lake Tarpon. I was amazed at how stocked it was with coffee, creamers, bath items, kitchen items, etc. Plus kayaks and a gas grill! I live nearby but rented it to host a couple of friends for a long weekend -- I will definitely do it again!

Beautiful home. They thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for the best Florida has to offer. So much to do!

What a great location and house! We had the best time staying here while visiting my son. So much wildlife that swims around the deck. We watched the ducks, fish and turtles for hours! Even had a visit from an alligator. House was clean and stocked with everything!

This is by far the cleanest and best stocked VRBO our family has ever stayed in. There were plenty of paper products, towels, even laundry pods for our use. There are chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for the beach. We also used the fishing poles provided. My family had a blast playing ping pong when it was too hot outside! We saw an otter, turtles, and alligators from the dock. The location was great for fun restaurants and beautiful beaches. Our favorite was Honeymoon Island North Beach. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again!

Outstanding property.

Julie and her husband thought of everything to make our stay in Tarpon Springs nothing short of amazing. We spent a couple days at Clearwater Beach and made the drive to Disney for two other days. Exactly what our family needed.

As I told the owner, this is the most well appointed house we have ever rented through VRBO. The owners anticipated our every need. We loved being on the corner of two canals with a view down one of the canals to the open Lake Tarpon. We are definitely returning.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We especially loved being right on the water! Convenient to the towns of Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and beaches!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The hosts have provided everything you need. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. It is so restful on the water, and there were kayaks and paddle boards for our grandchildren. It is a great place to explore the area with great beaches and restaurants. If you are flying here for a winter getaway, it is close to the airport and so well stocked that you won’t have to bring as much. I highly recommend it and hope to go back again with other members of our family.

A very spacious home located on two canals that go out to Tarpon Springs. The location was great for traveling to nearby attractions and beaches. A three bedroom home is a plus for added guests. Well above adequate supplies in the house as well as the use of paddle boards and kayaks. The deck was a dream to sit on, grill out on and boat watch. The lanai was a cozy, favorite morning coffee and reading area. We thoroughly enjoyed our accomodations and look forward to going back next year.

This was by far the best vacation rental we've had....and we've been in many. Andy and Julie have thought of everything. The house is stocked with everything you need and then some. The kitchen has all the best equipment and is stocked with coffee and all the add ins. The bathrooms are stocked with all of the bath products that you need. There was plenty of laundry supplies as well. The towels and bedding are great. We also enjoyed the ping pong table as well as all of the board games! You are generous hosts and we will definitely be back!

Myself , my partner and a family member stayed with us. We even had a few local family members stop by for Pizza our last night…They couldn’t believe how nice the place was. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, or family.

Quiet neighborhood, great location that’s close to lots of great spots. We visit a lot of rentals and this one was impressive, how prepared this house is with everything you could need. Property owners were great at responding and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely would rent this home again.

We had a great time staying here on the lake. Very relaxing, property owners have thought of everything you would want or need while staying. Beaches and restaurants close enough to drive. Kids loved the kayaks and fishing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful corner lot at end of cul de sac on Lake Tarpon. Large wrap around deck with screened porch and also porch with sliding glass doors. Perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Nice leisurely activity on lake during day (boaters and kayaking) and peace and quiet at night. House has everything you could need and more. Easy drive to beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

We were here in July and again for Thanksgiving break when travel plans outside Florida were cancelled due to Covid. Our family of 4 loves everything about this house and nearby attractions! We love the kayaks, ping pong, new added deck, Tarpon Springs, boat to Anclote Island, 5hr fishing on Lake Tarpon with Captain Brent, fishing of the back yard, great meals at Rusty Bellies, Tarpon Turtle,Hellas Bakery,Clearwater Beach... The house comes with all you need -Julie and Andy have thought of everything -from toiletries to coffee. This was the perfect getaway to celebrate our son's birthday !

It was more than we expected! It has everything! We really felt relaxed and right at home away from home. There was really nothing these hosts didn’t think of! Thank you so very much!! 😁💕

My family (myself, husband, 2 boys- 6&10) came here for a much needed getaway after our summer plans got cancelled due to Covid. We love to travel, have stayed in many different rentals, hotels but this house was really an instant hit with the whole fam! The neighborhood is nondescript, off typical FL road with strip shopping centers, but the house decor/amenities and location are awesome. I thought the kids would miss having a pool but they were totally entertained. We used the kayaks several times a day (tried the paddle boards -first time we tried inflatable ,think they need some air), fished right in the canal for hours and someone was always playing ping pong. We were just a short drive to Tarpon Springs (loved the Odyssesy Boat Tour to Anclote Island) and spent the day at Fred Howard Park (the ocean side was super busy but we had the inlet side pretty much to ourselves to swim and net fish). Fave restaurants -Rusty Bellies & Tarpon Turtle! The house is super clean and stocked with everything you can imagine - from games to condiments. Julie and Andy have thought of everything! We cannot wait to come back : )
