The condo is exactly as described and in a perfect location. Clean, well stocked and comfortable beds. Dwight was wonderful to book with and the property is paradise.

We had a great time at this property. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed for the week. Dwight is very informative and communicates well throughout the stay. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Dwight was responsive and a great communicator. The first floor unit was great with kids… easy access to the pool and beach. The hot tub was out of service all week which was disappointing. The pool is definitely not heated, so we didn’t use it- much too cold for even our kids who don’t mind cooler water! For the price, it would be nice having paper products supplied for the week, and we really would’ve enjoyed having beach toys for the kids! There was one shovel that was probably left by a previous guest which our kids enjoyed, but having things to make sandcastles would’ve been great since its hard to bring beach toys and also beach towels when traveling by plane. The wrist bands were a pain wearing all over the property because they are one size fits all- but we worked around that by putting them on our bags. The included bike rental was a pain to start and took us at least 45 minutes to find out what we had to do and where we had to go- the bikes were not well kept and had fat tires and the locks didn't work on them.
Overall, we would recommend High Pointe, and hope to return.

This was a nice condo for the entire family. We really enjoyed the 1st floor corner location for extra convenience.

We have stayed here many times. Great location, wonderful property owner and comfortable accommodations. The only downside this year was the pool was closed for maintenance/ repair ( although the owner let us know as soon as he was aware) but that was a real disappointment.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. Dwight is very easy to work with and you can’t beat the location. It’s a great set up for a family with little kids and being on the ground floor and can go right out the patio door to the pool. We love the included beach service as well. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful condo and a great location across from Peddler's Pavilion. Walk out the back door to the pool. Dwight was very responsive and great to work with!

Really enjoyed our week here. It was perfect for our family vacation. Loved the convenience of the pool right by our door and quick beach access. Our host was excellent with communication!

This was a great condo! I loved that it was on the first floor and looked on to the pool! It was easy access to load and unload luggage, groceries, and beach toys. The condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Perfect location
This property met and exceeded our expectations. We had a 6 year old who loved the pool, and the rest of us enjoyed the easy access to the beach and other activities in the area. Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful, and Dwight was right on top of all communications. I highly recommend this listing. We hope to visit again.

We've stayed at High Pointe 7 years in a row, this our first time staying in Dwight's unit, and won't be the last! He is a fantastic host from check in through check out. We didn't need anything during our stay as the unit has it all and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend and can't wait to make it back next year.
