Wonderful little condo!! Well stocked!!

The unit was spacious and had great views.

Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the storm but we loved the location and the trip! Can’t wait to get back!!

The lodging was very homey! It was well maintained and clean! Debbie and James were pleasant to talk with and very helpful!

We really loved staying here. It was big enough for our whole family of 10. The condo was very clean and they supply you with all the kitchen utensils you need. You really don’t have to bring anything. They even supply you with some food in the fridge and condiments. The upstairs bathroom was really nice and big. There was an extra pull out bed in the living room for somebody else to sleep. There wasn’t any loud noises around the condo. We also had somebody check in to make sure everything was alright when the water alarm came on so the tub doesn’t overflow. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you for letting us stay there!

The owner (Debby) was very nice, accommodating and responsive! I enjoyed working with her. The condo was clean and stocked very well (had various items in the kitchen, bathroom, games to play, etc). Our bed was super comfortable. This condo was just the perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. We had a lot of fun during our stay! The downfalls: very long distance (up and down stairs) from the parking lot to the room. Being that we have 2 small kids and made some meals there, it was quite a trek and took numerous trips with the food and all the stuff we needed. There is not an option for late checkout. Checkout is 10:00 a.m. (which I must have missed until after booking) due to their cleaning crew which made for an early and stressful morning. I have never been at a place where the cleaning crew started so early and was unable to work around the customer. Overall good experience and a nice condo!

Property was nice, lots of games and very clean. If I had one suggestion it would be more towels. Granby is in a great location with access to Rocky Mountain National Park, The lakes, Winter park etc. We had a great time!

The condo was comfortable and fully stocked. The pool, hot tub and game room were a good 5 minute drive away and we were refused entry. This was somewhat addressed the next day by condo management however I would not feel confident in pool access in the future. The condo provided internet went down after day; however the general resort WiFi was accessible (but slow). The condo does have many stairs required to access it and the ski in/ out is a bit of a hike. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend Granby Ranch.

Closeness to ski slopes. Size of rooms. The chairs in the kitchen weren't very comfortable.

This place was absolutely spectacular! My friends and I rented the condo for my birthday weekend and it was beyond what we were expecting. It comfortably slept 12 of us and the decor was quaintly rustic for that perfect mountain cabin feel! The staff and guest contact were very friendly and helpful. They definitely made sure we were happy the entire stay. We are already planning another stay later this winter to take advantage of the ski in/out option and have another amazing weekend!

We were greeted pleasantly and assisted when we arrived. Very helpful staff in the check-in office. The place was "as described" and we all had room to unload out suit cases, groceries, etc.. Games and all from the office were appreciated. Appreciated very much having TV in the rooms for the little ones while adults were busy cooking or visiting. If I were required to leave my current home ,.....and given a choice, I believe I would choose Granby for location, services, great pricing of needed items, and friendly people in the community. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy and private for our two families. The location is perfect for a get away in the mountains! One thing they don't mention in the description however, is that the pools/jacuzzis are not in the same location as the condo. You will need to drive about a mile or so, to the hotel nearby to have access to them. Another thing, the towels at the condo seemed a bit dirty. Other than that we had a great stay, thank you!

The stay was great except I called my contact because I was having trouble opening the lock box to get the key to the unit out. I called three times on the day I arrived. Luckily after trying repeatedly I got it opened because I did not receive a call back until the day after I left three messages.

Large condo that really fit our needs. Excellent condition, very clean, with everything we needed. Really close to Granby Ranch ski resort. Would highly recommend!

I got together with two buddies from college and our young families. Room for a pack n play in each bedroom. Plenty of space. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked. Internet/cable/movies/board games to use. Relaxing mountain getaway. Access to pool, hot tub. Nice area, nice town with everything you need. Owner was fantastic and accessible when you need assistance. Planning on staying again.

Great place to stay with your family. The Amenities down below were kind of far away, but we didn't use them very much. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you need, you will find in the condo. I was amazed with all the appliances. I just couldn't find the broom, so we had to use the vacuum a lot. :) Only 30 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park! Wish we could have stayed longer! One more thing I loved, they have a hummingbird feeder and hummingbirds were always visiting!

I thoroughly enjoyed this property very nice place. No major issues just fun in the sun and the grandkids love swimming pool and playground. Lots of outdoor activities in the surrounding areas. I have personal Mobility problems due to a disability and I don't recommend this one for someone who has trouble walking you have to go down 8 steps and then up 15 and down a long haul to get into this place so it's an over the river and through the woods kind of place.

The property was clean and spacious. It was just what we needed for our family reunion.

Everything was great! Very clean, and was completely stocked for our needs! The only complaint would be the basketball courts. It is a tennis/ basketball court combo. The goals were not regulation height. Other than that, the place was perfect. The pools were heated. Definitely a huge plus in the mountains.

Very nice place: well-equipped, clean, well kept place, but is as far as you can get from the lifts in the mountainside condos. I would NOT call this a ski in ski out: you have to go up or down a lot of steps, walk through a long parking lot, and then cross the road to get to a lift. Also the pool and hot tubs are a DRIVE away, over a mile and half away.

Eight of us -- three adults and five kids ranging in age from 7 to 15 -- comfortably fit in this nice condo. Check in was super easy, and the location couldn't be better. We would definitely stay here again!

The owners of this property were helpful to us throughout our trip. The condo worked fine for the 6 of us. Everything worked and the place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub photo on the site is taken at the Inn at Silvr Creek ehich is a short drive away. We were able to use them, but I would prefer to walk to those types of amenities. The view is a parking lot, and the bedrooms were somewhat small, but for a few days it was fine. We had a great trip hiking and kayaking in the Rockies!

My family really enjoyed their stay st this location. Close proximity to many outdoor activities, and a cozy, comfortable condo to come home to at night makes this a great spot for any family's Rocky Mountain adventure! The owner is very cool, and was happy to accommodate when I special requested a service.

We enjoyed a great ski weekend at this condo over President's Day weekend. The condo was perfect for our group (two families with 5 young children). The loft area with its own large bathroom was great for the kids. The large dining table was also very convenient. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked, which was a nice convenience for making meals in, and we appreciated all the amenities in the bathrooms. The location was very convenient to the Granby Ranch ski area. We made the short drive to the main lodge but definitely could have skied in if our kids were older. The owners were very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the area. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.

What a fun weekend! This condo is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a weekend together. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! The condo is within walking distance of some awesome trails which we were able to enjoy each morning. In the evenings we ventured into town to enjoy some shopping and night life! Can't wait to visit again!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at this well-stocked, super clean, and cozy condo in Grandby! We came in August and had a great time relaxing, seeing Lake Grandby, eating at nearby restaurants, and using the wonderful hot tub and pool that this rental provides access to. Will definitely come back in ski season - wouldn't stay anywhere else in laid-back Grandby!

We had an amazing time while staying here. The location made it so easy for us to get to the trails. I mean this place is right there. We had lots of room for us and the kids and it was nice because the kids could do their own thing too. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large so we had plenty of room for eating and if you forgot something or wanted to go shopping the City Market is just down the street. If you want an affordable, clean and spacious place to stay that is right where all the trails for hiking, biking or skiing then this is your place.

This was an awesome rental for a girls getaway. We had 5 of us there and it was really nice to each have our own bed. This place is very spacious and had plenty of amenities like home. The big table was great to play cards on. I love how close it is to everything. Some of us slept in and watched movies and some of us hiked. It was also great to ride the free ski lift to the top to see the views.
