The accommodation was exactly as advertised and delivered everything promised. Everything you could need is available. Oodles of space, linen and bath toiletries, etc. More pots and pans than we’ve ever experienced in a rental property. Smart TV, I could go on and on. Bottom line, I’d challenge anyone to reasonably criticise either the property or the owner, Amy, who was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Only reason we dropped the location one star was due to the fact we were there during a holiday weekend. As a result, what should have been an easy left turn out of the car park and a 2 minute drive back was actually a 40 minute diversion into heavy traffic exiting Park City as the Police had forbidden the left turn and placed cars there to enforce. Can understand why as the back road would then be used as a rat run to avoid said traffic. So just be aware if you are visiting during holidays and use the shuttle or leave your gear at the Ski Valet and stroll back. Rating? Absolutely 5 star! We’ll be staying again if it’s available.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Great kitchen with all the necessary cookware/best stocked items. The unit is located close enough to the slopes so my family could come and go as they wanted on a quiet street. We had a small maintenance issue that was addressed quickly. It was a wonderful winter vacation!

We had the most amazing Christmas trip at Amy’s condo in Park City! It was a short walk to the end of Crescent Road to get to the slopes. Amy was an amazing host that stayed in touch with us and her home was stocked with essentials especially in the kitchen and that made a huge impression for our family who enjoys cooking in the kitchen but doesn’t want to buy all the necessities for a 4 night stay! The condo was so cozy, spacious and accessible for our 3 adult couples. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms in each bedroom were major plus! Amy went over and beyond and we will definitely be back! We highly recommend this property for your stay in Park City!

This property was just as described. Very clean with all the needed amenities. Also a great location close to the ski lifts. Amy was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Not sure I can express how much we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Amy went above and beyond (not exaggerating) to make sure we had everything we needed and was proactive in checking in on us. We took a chance on Thanksgiving snow and pre-booked snowboarding lessons for our kids. We were rewarded with 6” or so of snow on Thanksgiving night. We could easily walk to Park City mountain or take the free bus from right around the corner to get anywhere we needed to. Property has all the kitchen gear you could need, games for all ages, and blankets galore! My wife has a high bar for what is “cozy” and the condo was perfect. We certainly hope to book this special place again. Thanks Amy!

We stayed here for a week and it was awesome. Love the location tucked in the mountains beautiful area the house was fully stocked and we loved it.

We really enjoyed your place. The view was beautiful! The location was perfect! We skied at Park City Mountain and it was less the than a 5 five minute drive. The place was very nice and spacious. Great lay out. The family room was warm and cozy. Kitchen was great completely stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. Loved to watch the birds from the huge picture window.

Amy was super helpful and condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Will be keeping this in short list of return places

This was such a cozy, warm home! All the beautiful large windows allowed you to really feel as if you were in the snow covered woods! We saw birds and squirrels playing on the trees, had a massive white blanket of snow covering everything. The home has all the comforts of home from the soft blankets to the cozy decor and fireplace. Sleds and snowshoes in the storage closet were a plus! Easy access to washer/ drier, and Amy was very helpful and responsive with a few little things on our first day. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything a chef needs to have friends and family over for a home cooked meal. Super comfy, cozy beds too! Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very comfortable for our family gathering over spring break. The kitchen had everything for cooking meals and the dining area and living room were great for relaxing and playing games. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms stocked with amenities. The garage was large enough for a Yukon SUV albeit with only a few inches to spare. The walk to the Silver Star lift or main mountain base was manageable for everyone.

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. We were six adults and a one year old and it accommodated us perfectly. The aspen grove setting is absolutely serene and beautiful. The living rooms had big picture windows that overlooked the woods and made you feel you were one with the surroundings. The area is very quiet; at nighttime you cant hear any sound at all. And there is almost no traffic on the road. We could see the mountain from the dining room and watched the canons clearing for avalanches in the morning. The townhouse is almost ski in ski out....we walked a few minutes to the Silver lift every morning and also at times down the hill to the White Pine touring center on the golf course to get snowshoes and XC skis. There is a nice track/loop there for morning exercise and also ample free parking. Other things that we appreciated: very appealing/tasteful lodge style decorating (the Moose Head was a big hit), very well equipped house and even included some baby apparatus like hi chair, porta crib and stroller, convenient ski storage, helpful amount of kitchen and household staples (we cooked fairly complicated recipes and baked three nights), washer and dryer, excellent beds, big closets, cozy feel, very good interior soundproofing. The location cant be beat at Park City! We had two big SUVs that fit decently in the garage and driveway spaces. Amy was so helpful and communicative via email. All questions were answered right away. Look no further!

Great property for a family ski trip. Short walk to beginner and advanced ski lifts. Extremely well maintained and appointed with thoughtful touches for guests. Great information, communication, and amenities. Quiet location and short ride to stores, restaurants, shops, and resort areas. Internet was excellent and several of us worked remotely. Felt 100% like we were at home and welcomed by the host. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our two week stay! With all of the amenities, comfortable beds and open floor plan, we felt right at home instantly. We had our 7 and 5 year old skiing grandchildren so the close walking proximity to the first lift was a necessity and welcoming bonus for us. We not only easily walked to the PC Village, but being only a mile from Park City, we walked into town nearly every day— no cars needed. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely property for a quick business trip! Perfect location very close to the Fresh Market and not far from Main Street. Amy is very responsive and incredibly accommodating. I traveled with 2 colleagues, and it was a rare find to have our own separate bathrooms. We really enjoyed staying in Amy’s home. Hope to be back again next year!

Easy ski out place. This unit has absolutely everything you need! All sorts of cookware, spices, oils and paper goods. Gorgeous views out the big windows.

Our family (all adults) spent Christmas at this property and loved, Loved, LOVED our experience. Book it quickly before some other lucky traveler does! The unit is perfectly located at the base of the slopes, walkable to both the lift and downtown area. It is immaculate, has beautiful views, is thoughtfully appointed and Amy was a delight. Five stars all the way around!

Well maintained and well stocked for guests. Beds were comfortable and location was close to skiing and Park City amenities, but not ski-in/ski-out. Hike in/walk out would be more accurate. Short walk out, but complicated to get back in. If you checked "hot tub" on selection criteria, there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

Amy's home was spacious, comfortable, clean, and just right for a family get-together over the New Year's holiday (4 adults, 3 kids). It was the most well-stocked vacation home I've ever stayed at (e.g. a drawer of chip clips for snacks, several portable fans to dry out wet snow clothes). Drawers and cabinets were meticulously labeled so it was easy to find everything we needed. It's a convenient location for skiing, just a few minutes walk to where we could ski down to the lift. Walking back uphill to the house is a little trickier but doable in ski boots (much easier in snow boots). Amy is a lovely host -- friendly, kind, and responsive. It was a perfect stay and we would rebook in a heartbeat.

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, 17 and 21. This is our 3rd trip to Park City to ski and by far our best year and our favorite accomodations. This condo is as pictured, beautiful and very comfortable...especially the beds. I especially loved the large windows in the condo, makes for great light and beautiful views. Amy supplies EVERY thing you could possibly need from shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, lotion, paper towels, trash bags, kitchen essentials for cooking, everything a kitchen at your home has, etc. The very best equipped VRBO I've ever rented and I've booked a lot of them in many many places! The location is very good, just walk down the road a bit and a short walk to the lifts. You can ski in to the road the condo is on from a black diamond trail. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely rebook for next year for our family.

Amy is an excellent host. Everything is labeled and accessible for use. Amy has paper plates, cups, and supplies readily available. The property is convenient to the Park City Resort area. The garage is a plus for this property.

Nice, quiet neighborhood right down the road from Park City Mountain Resort. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the patch of forest right outside the condo, saw lots of birds including chickadees and owls.

Condo is in a perfect location. Very well appointed. Super comfortable bed. Amy is a DELIGHT to work with. Highly recommend!! We even saw a moose when she came up to a window to browse!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Great location, only five minutes from Park City. The unit worked well for our family. Our daughter and son in law stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs with their two young children. We ate outside on the deck as often as we could, weather permitting. We saw deer almost every day and even a moose or two. The host was terrific. Great communicator. We had one small plumbing issue during our stay which Amy addressed immediately. We highly recommend.

Amy's home is in a quiet neighborhood close to trails, skiing and nestled in a little forest with deer, hawks and occasional moose. The kitchen and entire home are well equipped for everything you might need. Amy has thought of everything. We had a wonderful time discovering close by hiking and mountain biking trails as well as exploring the whole area. Would definitely recommend it as a quiet place not far from the busyness of downtown Park City.

Beautiful home in a quiet, wooded area. Views off of back deck are lovely. We had daily dear sightings! Hiking/biking trails are very accessible. Overall great location! Would definitely stay again.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this amazing home! We ate most of our meals on the shaded patio, and we could walk to several great hiking trails as well as the base of Park City mountain where there were tons of kids activities. The house gave us plenty of space for our family of four.
