Spacious, clean ,well appointed facility for several day stay.

We had a nice three night stay at this home. The house set up perfectly for five guys. The beds were comfortable and the overall accommodations were as advertised. I would definitely recommend this home.

This property is exactly as described and even better! All 12 of us travelled to Lake Okoboji for the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction. This was a reunion of friends fifty years in the making. This place was perfect for being together and yet being able to have some privacy when desired. The kitchen had everything any of us needed and the deck was perfect for enjoying each other and the weather. The supply of towels was great, with so many of us it was important. The owners were extremely helpful and checking in and out were a breeze. Each of us would happily stay here again. This house made it possible to enjoy each other and all that Okoboji has to offer, while having a wonderful place to be.

Super clean and open space house for the whole family with awesome amenities close by.

Good place for a big group. Lost a star because the air conditioning could not keep the place cool resulting in a call to the owner. had to call for trash bags as well and when they were brought they were so flimsy we had to double them up so they didn’t break and were the wrong size for the trash can. Owner was responsive to all the problems and I would think they’d be fixed easily in the future. We would stay here again. Good location and nice big place.

The property was clean and pretty much as listed. The only issues we had were the entry code didn’t work on arrival (but a call to the owner promptly solved the issue) and the TVs didn’t work. That really didn’t bother us much though.

This property lived up to expectations. Well equipped, plenty of towels and bedding. Centrally located, overall a five star property.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the last time we stayed. It’s always spotless, comfortable, and excellent communication and check in process! It’s a must stay!!

There were 15 of us from ages 2-65. More than adequate sleeping arrangements for everyone. The space was comfortable even on the one rainy day. Everyone appreciated the Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the 2 common areas. The deck was our favorite hangout for morning coffee and after dinner drinks and conversation. We had a great time!

This house was exactly as stated. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, sheets etc. Location was awesome. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great little house 5 bedrooms with a 3 bunk and and extra single in one room. Grandkids loved that. Pill right outside in the common area. They live boji bay get 6 passes a day but would love the option to use them on the same day. Otherwise have to pay for all the rest of us as we only went there 1 day. Quick response with questions. Even after a few glitches, this was a superb stay! This will be a long review, but only because I want to make sure you have a great stay. I had 9 adult friends staying in this house for the weekend. The description says "Huge, Clean, Beautiful" and "Tons of space" and that was exactly right. There was plenty of room without feeling like we were invading each other's space. Pros: The beds were great and no one had any issues with comfort. There were lots of extra linens, pillows, etc. The location is a five minute drive from Arnold's Park and very convenient. The communication with the owner was phenomal! When we first arrived, my navigation directions had me on the opposite side of the neighborhood, but a quick message to the owner was replied to within a minute and got me where I needed to be! I had two other questions that needed answered, and both times my inquiries were responded to immediately. Cons: Being able to accommodate 15 adults would be a stretch. The bunk room is definitely made for kids, or at least not large men. Also, the count presumes everyone is willing to sleep 2 to a bed. If you have too many unrelateds, you may run out of beds. The description says there is an iron and ironing board, but there wasn't. I am sure it will likely either be replaced or the description will be corrected, but this was one of the messages I had to send to the owner. When packing, I specifically checked to make sure it said there would be an iron, and then there wasn't. The description also states double garage with extra parking in front of cabin. It does have a two car garage, but they don't leave you a garage door opener, so it is not convenient to use. There are three parking spots on the driveway and the neighborhood does not allow street parking. We had five cars. The owner did contact one of the neighbors and got permission for us to park in their driveway as well. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the pool or the waterpark in April. In fact, it snowed while we were there. However, both would have been very convenient to use. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting space to spread out. I will definitely stay again if we end up back in the area.

Lots of room for 8 adults and 7 kids. Nice layout and many extras in property.Would stay here again.

Very nice & good location.

We had 10 adults and 2 children gather for our early family Christmas. The house had plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. We enjoyed playing games in the large family room downstairs. Our ages ranged from 6 to 83. We enjoyed the waterpark with the kids. The shops downtown were unigue and interesting. The owner answered his phone when we had one question. Turns out I found the broom in the closet. :) Important - the king and queen beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! Thank you for a great place to spend Christmas! We hope to stay again next year! Patty
