We loved Redbud Trail Retreat! Our family group consisted of 8 adults and 2 kiddos (age 5 & 7). Between the main house and the cottage, everyone got a nice room. Also, there were extra mattresses and, in the cottage, a foldout couch bed. So room for more. The house was big enough for all of us to gather for meals, games, or television, but it was also big enough for anyone who wanted alone time to go get it. The pool is perfect. Three Rivers is hot in July. The pool is cool and a great design for all ages. And, the house is stocked with numerous floaty toys. We also loved cooking. The kitchen is first-rate, with all the pots, pans, and utensils you can imagine. The gas grill was a huge hit too. Beyond the house, there is the property. A river runs through it, and hiking along the bank is challenging, not too dangerous, and super-fun. My 21-year-old daughter enjoyed foraging and was thrilled to find some white sage. Down by the river, there are two sacred places. One had stone chairs and a stone table and the appearance of a medieval meeting place. Adjacent to it was a series of posts with relief images showing the stages of the cross - with stone or wood benches nearby for contemplating. One member of our family uses a wheelchair. He was quite comfortable moving independently in and out of the house and throughout the main floor. Best of all, Robin, our host, was very responsive to our questions and needs. Overall a great time!

This house was wonderful...fully stocked with bedding, blankets, paper goods, cooking supplies & seasonings, as well as wonderfully furnished and comfortable. The rains of 2023 made it all the more adventurous with the beautiful sound of the South Fork of the Kaweah River playing its music in the background, not to mention the its power over the doings of mankind. This is a must for anyone looking to visit The Sequoia & Kings Canyon NPs.

Robin was extremely communicative and endlessly accommodating- she even set our group up with a vehicle to negotiate the creek passage, which was flooded from the recent rains. The property itself was perfectly private and even more scenic than the pictures showed. Would definitely stay at Redbud again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and a delight to stay at. Lots of property to explore. Everything in the house seemed to work. Beautiful view. Hope to stay there again in the future.

The property was beautiful. We were surrounded by nature and wilderness, which was a great experience. The home was spacious and cozy. The host Robin was very communicative and helpful. The concerns were that some of the lights didn’t work, and the hot water is limited.

This was an excellent stay for my whole family. Plenty of room for everyone and tuck back in the canyon at three rivers, so there was plenty of wildlife to enjoy. I only wish we would've stayed for the duration. The only thing I missed on the listing is that two rooms are connected downstairs, which created some light drama during the room selection. Other than that, it was easy to get into, the host was great.

We had an amazing time at this property to celebrate a birthday with friends! Breathtaking views, a gorgeous updated kitchen with all the appliances you could desire, comfortable beds, and endless opportunities to have fun! Truly can’t recommend this home enough and we are looking forward to returning soon!

We stayed here for our daughter’s nearby wedding which was rescheduled twice because of the pandemic. When we finally got to the house it took our breath away. It looks nice in the photos but is ten times nicer in person. Robin helped with everything and was so great even when we kept having to reschedule. Absolutely worth the wait, it was so spacious and comfortable, the property and views were spectacular, and it was everything we hoped for!

While Three Rivers was SUPER hot when our family of 19 met up in mid-July for our family reunion we were still able to enjoy some rest and relaxation with the beautiful setting (and AC!). There was plenty of room to spread out inside and outside and the little cottage allowed us to give the some independence to the younger kids. Having the pool right out back was also amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The landlord was very communicative and very patient with our questions regarding the items on hand (for the pool and kitchen, etc). Checking in and out was super easy, which is always nice when you have so many people taking part.

We gathered with our extended family, ages 3-70. We loved it all!

Accommodations were clean. The pool was a wonderful feature and very clean. But most of all was the close proximity to the Giant Sequoia National Park...about 10 minutes.

Our family loved the property. It es perfect for a multigenerational family needing a place for teens and a toddler. Wonderful host and great community. Looking forward to our next trip!

After an extensive search for an ideal property for a small professional retreat for 3 nights, we selected this property for its location, beauty, size, number of private bedrooms, gathering space, kitchen, views etc. The property has a wonderful Cabin feel, fabulous views, private, cozy, sparkling clean. It met and exceeded everyone's expectations and, without a hesitation, our group consensus is we highly recommend this property!

Eight of my college friends just got together for a long weekend at Redbud Trail Retreat. Everything about this experience was fabulous!! We rent a VRBO every year for a reunion weekend and this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable home we have ever rented. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the beauty of the surroundings and this amazing home. Robin had set the air conditioning so it was perfect the moment we walked in the door. The house was immaculate, the beds super comfortable and cozy, and there was a great sitting area that easily accommodated all of us. The patio options were numerous....perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening as the sun set. We cooked all of our meals in the modern kitchen with an immense island and every cooking implement you could think of (including a wine refrigerator and professional stove)! I consider myself quite savvy about VRBOs at this point and Redbud is very special. The minute you arrive you feel it. Robin has addressed every detail to make this a five star experience and it truly feels like a resort with the pool, privacy, and stunning home. The majestic Sequoia National Park nearby provides additional outdoor experiences and hiking options as well. Robin kept in touch without being intrusive, and made sure all was to our satisfaction. We all walked away from our weekend totally relaxed and in awe of how enjoyable this experience had been. Thank you Robin! Kris

Group of 8 adults and 8 children including a toddler and we had plenty of room including meals. The pool was the saving grace with temps at 100 plus. We didn’t take advantage of the game room due to the heat nor did we venture far from the house. Robin has been very prompt with answers to questions and did allow the first group arriving to get into the house a little earlier than the 4 pm check in time

All the was very good. Looking forward to booking out next stay.

Robin was an amazing host. She was very responsive and provided us with all that we needed. She was kind enough to let us check in early as well, which worked out great because we had family members coming in from LA & SF. The house was perfect for our group (17 total) and there was more than enough room for all of us to spread out and reconvene for gathering times. The pool was great as well for the warm May days. We absolutely loved staying in this house and would love to stay here again!!

We had such a great time at Redbud with our group for a long birthday weekend celebration and first vaccinated trip with a group. It was a perfect meeting point from NorCal and SoCal. All of the amenities were great and there were lots of supplies provided by the owners. Robin was very helpful and connected us with a good masseuse. Our families had young children, and they all had so much fun throughout the property. Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely beautiful and clean place.Gorgeous kitchen and bedrooms. It's a camping like experience with the comfort of the home. The outside was kids favorite part, it's such a huge property kids couldn't get enough of it We did Nature walk within the property for variety of flora and fauna surrounded by mountains, Viewing the sunset ,Sitting under the stars around fire and enjoy our time with our friends. The game room was hit with our big boys. Morning were so lovely with the sound of the stream . There was a slight glitch related to water supply in the house ,but Robin was very responsive to get it fixed. She also helped us to get refunded for our inconvenience. Robin is a great property manager Right from the booking process to even after checkout she was quick to respond and very nice to talk with. This place is 30 mins to park gate. Our kids already want to go back. :)..

The house is spacious and has all the amenities you need for a great stay! The owner is very kind and responsive, too. We would stay there again!

The property is beautiful, just as described. Everyone in our group of 12 loved it. Plenty of space . So appreciative of the nature and memories. Looking forward to returning in summer!

Just back from an incredible retreat with 2 other families. We wanted to get away from it all, and this couldn't have been more perfect. From the moment we booked up, the property manager, Robin, was in close contact the whole time before our arrival and during it. When we arrived, we couldn't believe the place. It was hard to gauge the layout of the place from pictures, but there is a separate cottage (right next to the house) which 4 of the children slept in. The main house is massive. And on walking around we found a 3rd cottage with the table tennis and pool table. The grounds are huge (we brought bikes for the kids to go up and down the 1 mile driveway) and lovely walks and adventure to the stream, etc. Firewood supplied by them, which was a nice touch - we had log fires blazing all the time! Sequoia National Park is 15 minute drive away. Can't recommend this place enough for a family/friend getaway.

My extended family and I rented this property to enjoy some time in Sequoia. The house was awesome. Large and spacious residence with plenty of bedrooms. Huge deck, outdoor fireplace and grill were enjoyed every evening. Just a short drive brings you into town. Layout of the house is perfect for large groups. Would definitely stay there again. Property manager always responded immediately and got us into the house a few hours early on our arrival date.

First of all Robin was amazing from the minute I requested to book to contacting her when we checked out. Thank you Robin! This home is beautiful, quiet, comfy and magical. We needed to unwind from a hectic work year and other stresses and we were able to do that the minute we checked in at this home. It is completely stocked with everything and more that you could ever need in the kitchen, living room with tons of movies and games as well as a separate game room with ping pong, pool table and darts. The 25 acres is lots of room to explore and see the wildlife....we saw 3 deer on our trip as well as many species of birds and other ground squirrels. It is so peaceful that you hear nothing but birds, the gentle breeze and the river....which is in the property. It was close to Sequoia National Park which we visited 2 of our 4 days here. Everyone in town was super friendly. We only wish we had more time. We also loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. There is more than enough room to sit inside and outside for eating or just hanging out. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us.

Amazing time with friends very relaxing. The house was big enough that we were never crowded( there was 7 of us) Perfect location to parks. The Sequoia’s are amazing but the best part of the trip was hanging out at the house with friends

With my son visiting from Arkansas, we gathered the our family together to this lovely get-away for a few days. We enjoyed the warm surroundings and a restful time together and a visit to the Sequoia National Park. We didn't do much outside because of the smokey conditions due to the wildfires in the area.

Spectacular property in a beautiful, quiet community in Three Rivers. Robin was a pleasure to deal with - super helpful and reachable when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the place was wonderful: the view, the river, the pool, the house, the comfy pillows, the big kitchen, all the seating areas. The silence was amazing, the only thing you hear are the birds and the breeze on the trees. We saw rabbits, quails, chubby lizards, turkey vultures, tiny fish in the river. Also, we enjoyed the collection of DVDs. Every night we watched some older film. Lots of fun. We also played chess and explore the property. One thing i would suggest: better knives if you like cooking. they are all blunt. and some lounge chairs around the pool area. Some hooks or more towel hangers would help keep the towels dry in the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful time. The property is well appointed, loved all the sights and sounds of nature. Robin, thank you for the gracious hospitality!
