Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunrise Ski Haus was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The house is beautifully designed, with well thought out common areas both inside and out. We appreciated how clean everything was and how well stocked the kitchen was. Each of our kids cooked one night, and they found everything they needed. We hiked most mornings, visited local towns in the afternoon and spent evenings at the house. While there, we played games at the large dining table, soaked in the hot tub and made s'mores on the gas fire pit. We were able to walk into town and we caught the gold line shuttle just around the corner from the house. It was also easy to walk to the mid mountain gondola stop. The management company was very responsive and came almost immediately to fix a minor issue with the grill. This was one of the nicest homes we've rented and we would love to return one day. Highly recommend!

Our family and friends had the best vacation at the house. We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, the layout was excellent, and we liked being in the mountains. It was in the perfect location too-easy to get to the downtown area and close to the gondola. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice-we had enough room for the 8 of us. And the open concept of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We enjoyed our dinners in every night because the view was amazing! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again! The neighborhood was charming:)

Our family had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. It’s our second time staying at this property. Minutes to the gondolas and peak 8 skiing and a few minutes to Breckenridge.

Absolutely perfect house and stay. Ten of us in total. Super clean. Beds comfy. Amazing communication from rental team. Fantastic location just 3 min drive from Breck gondola. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the property is located in a great area close enough to walk but you still feel away from the hustle and bustle. The house was very clean and had everything was accurately described. We loved our stay there and will definitely be back!
