George and Jody were awesome! We could not have asked for better hosts. They were so thorough in their information, and they were so available to answer any questions. The staff at the property were the kindest and really made this experience unforgettable. You can tell that they really love Belize and want to share everything it has to offer with their guests

We just had the most incredible stay at Villa Natalia. It was our first time to Belize, and George was so easy to communicate with and very helpful! The property management team helped out so much, too! The location was perfect! A short golf cart ride to lots of great places to eat and markets, but just far enough out of the hustle and bustle that it truly felt like we could relax. We swam off the pier, enjoyed the pool, sipped coffee on the patio watching the sunrise, etc. Our tour guides were able to pick is up right off the dock here! I can’t say enough how perfect this place was for our family!

We completely enjoyed our time at Villa Natalia. It felt very secluded and often we had the beach and pool all to ourselves to enjoy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. George is very detailed, responsive and helpful. He provided a list of things to do along with contacts he is a wealth of information. You can't go wrong with staying at Villa Natalia and for first timers to Belize it was perfect and we'll be back!

We loved and fully enjoyed our stay in Villa Natalia. George was very helpful, along with Trish at the management company. The room itself was perfect for our family vacation. Outside the village of San Pedro, but this makes it nice for an enjoyable peaceful vacation. Restaurants and small grocery store close. We would stay again! The people of Belize are very friendly and helpful, lovely country.

This is a very beautiful property. George the host was very, very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. Very clean accommodations. Tranquility Beach is a good name - very quiet and peaceful. Stores and restaurants close. I would not hesitate to return!

Everything you need was thought of. The staff was absolutely fantastic. There is a wonderful bar right next door. We enjoyed being on the outskirts where it is a little quieter- but with anything you could want just a golf cart ride away. It is on the 3rd floor, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. If that is not a concern then the views are stunning off the balcony area and worth the few extra stairs. Highly recommend!

Perfect week away. Glad we stayed at Villa Natalia. Having never been to San Pedro, we were unsure what part of the island to stay on. We found that the location of Villa Natalia, roughly 2.5 miles south, was perfect. Extremely quite area, but close enough that a golf cart ride into town is not a big deal. This is also a great location for fishing the flats as our guide picked us up each day and then headed south. The unit had more than enough room and was stocked very well. Enjoyed fresh press coffee each morning watching the sunrise on the back deck. Also George is a fantastic host and provides a lot of information on the unit and island. Trish is the local representative with the management company and is quick to answer any questions and coordinates the transfers from the San Pedro airport. Thanks again George.

The property as a whole was kept up very well. Very clean and well maintained.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Natalia. Not only was the condo really unique and personal with beautiful art and pieces from their world travels but the view of the ocean, clean and groomed beach and personal dock were all amazing. We loved that it was away from the busyness of the city but not far from it and a fun golf cart drive to get there. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean, which were literal steps away from the unit.. we snorkeled right of the dock and saw all kinds of beautiful fish including a lion fish ;) We even had a dolphin visit us while having morning coffee out there. George and all the staff were so helpful and friendly and all the neighbors were great as well. Will definitely come back! Thanks for having us Villa Natalia!! :)

This wonderful property is on the 3rd floor of this 6 apartment complex and is very private with a lovely spacious patio overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. The villa is very well equipped and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 6 people. Situated south of San Pedro town the location is quiet and uncrowded with a nice clean beach and a pool surrounded with vegetation for privacy. We also snorkeled off the pier and saw fish, rays and other marine life. It is best to hire a golf cart if you are going into the town often as it is about 2.5 miles from the villa. The roads are bumpy and dusty and watch out for the speed bumps!

This is a beautiful property. It is on the south end of the island, which is quieter. We like this aspect of it. The listing is fully accurate and the owner and management company were very responsive whenever there was a question. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay.

From our pre-booking to the last day, the owner and property manager were amazing! We have never traveled to Belize and they were so helpful! We received help arranging transportation, with all of our excursions, what to do, where to go and of course, where to eat. The accommodation were even better than pictured and you had everything you needed to prepare meals if you want to stay in. It was quiet and comfortable. The dock was perfect and we could be picked up for our fishing trip there. Loved also having the pool right there and coffee on the balcony was lovely in the mornings! We loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again! Thank you for everything, George!

San Pedro Island is a long stretch of land with a single road navigating both ends. Most all the action takes place along this cobblestone road. Our complex had about 18 units and ours was on the top 3rd floor. This property could easily pass as a permanent residence with all the space, comforts of home. large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, large balcony with ocean views. We had a little trouble with the TV but Caye Management and George took care of that quickly. I did downgrade the stars to 4 simply because they require that we kept the thermostat at 78-84 degrees. Sleeping was an issue as we all like a cool bedroom. Lack of pillows also made sleeping difficult. But hey, sleeping wasn't the goal so we lived with it and still had a lot of fun.

We just returned from San Pedro. Villa Natalia was very clean, quiet and stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We think a golf cart is a must to access groceries and restaurants tho there is a small grocery store and a nice restaurant, Black Orchid just up the street. There are permanent residents living there but it seemed most were unoccupied during our stay. I learned that my teenage boys won't swim in a 4' pool. Good to know. My only suggestion for improvements is to get some cushions for the wood beach chairs. Thanks George for all your help preparing for the trip! The pool is perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The dock is perfect to enjoy the night breeze and ocean life. It was even perfect when we booked excursions for being picked up and dropped off right at our door. Roger(the grounds keeper) always has a smile on his face and TBC is fortunate to have him. Mary(condo management) arranged flights and assisted with any needs we had while in Belize. This condo is 3rd floor so the views are to die for and the balcony is the largest. I spent alot of time lounging in the hammock which was such an added bonus. The size of the condo is spacious and the couch was the place for lots of naps. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for meals. This is hands down the absolute best vacation we have been on and we have been on ALOT. We will be back!

Great location, great accomadations

We finally made it to San Pedro after Covid caused us to postpone for 20 months! From the very beginning George was a dream to work with through all the craziness the world threw at us. Once we finally arrived, it was everything we had expected and more. Villa Natalia is cozy, stocked with everything you could need and in the BEST location. We didn't spend a ton of time inside because the outdoor set up with pool, beach and pier was phenomenal. But there was ample space inside, plenty of bathroom space (we have two teenage girls), comfy beds, tons of storage space and anything you could need in the kitchen. The property manager and neighbors welcomed us like we had always been there. We met so many lovely people (and dogs!) just sitting outside. George helped us find a great golf cart rental and we explored everything the island had to offer and took many of his restaurant recommendations (all wonderful). As a fellow VRBO-owner, Villa Natalia does everything right (and I have some pretty high standards). Do not hesitate to book your trip. Belize has the most lovely people, delicious food and zillions of things to do and see. Staying at George and Jodi's lovely home was just icing on the cake! We will be back for sure!!

We really enjoyed Villa Natalia. George Erdman, the owner, is a fantastic host. He answered all of our questions we had about the property. He even helped us source a second condo for our buddy in the same building so that our large group could be together close by during our stay. He's a great resource - he recommends a lot of local businesses that can help you out with golf cart rental, snorkeling, etc. The staff that took care of us when we arrived (Trish (Property Manager), Armando (Grounds keeper) and Angela (housekeeper)) were all very nice and answered all of our questions. The home was clean and well maintained. The pool and beach area are really nice. Since it's about 2.5 miles south of San Pedro, you'll want to rent a golf cart to get to and from, but they are plentiful and really the only way to get around Ambergris Caye. There is a great locally owned restaurant just across the street from the condo - Lone Star Grill and Cantina. We had a great dinner there one evening. I would recommend Villa Natalia, and will request to rent it again should we go back to San Pedro, Belize next year.

Had a perfect week here with our family. Accomodations were exactly as described; the Host sent us an info package once we booked with all if the details we need for our stay. We all enjoyed snorkeling off the dock, cooling down poolside, and walks along the beach. Very quiet location, the beach and the ocean were so clean, only thing missing was a hammock beneath the palm trees. We walked into San Pedro a few times (by the beach is the shortest route) but found the small grocerer just around the corner was generally quite good for what we needed. We didn't rent a golf cart, although it seems to be a very popular way to get about. Rather we used Junior's taxi service when we wanted to get into town to shop or to visit another beach; very convenient and reliable.

This was super easy with Jr. picking us up at the airport and returning us on our departure. The condo was very clean and well appointed. It was enjoyable having beverages on the balcony. Would stay again at the same place.
