Great condo! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Balconies had wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Kitchen was supplied well for cooking. We had an issue with the dryer not working for the week, but the owner replaced it on our last day there and offered to compensate if we used the laundromat. We just hung things to dry, an inconvenience yes, but we made it work. Loved the condo, just wish it was closer to a few things.

The property was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a great week. There were even books to read which was a nice addition ( loved the local history books)! The communication with the owner was super friendly and fast! We can not wait to go back!

This property is the best one I've stayed in while visiting North Topsail Beach! Every single thought and consideration has been given to comfort and convenience, ensuring you have the best vacation possible. The owners are very prompt with replies and I would definitely rent from them again!

The property is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. We did have some recommendations for the property, there was no blow dryer provided in any of the bathrooms. No toiletries were provided, bath soap, shampoo etc. which is normally provided at hotels/vrbos. We arrived very late and had to make our beds. When I am on vacation I normally expect to arrive at a place and not have to put on the sheets before I can ge to bed. Again, the property is nice itsjust some of these minor inconveniences that did not make it an excellent stay.

Had a great week the rental was better in person. Comfy furniture and space - location could not be better- 15 steps from the beach Hope to return in 2023!

We found this property understated. It is exactly what it says, yet it is appointed much better than described, and better than we have seen in most other vrbo beach houses. It would be difficult to guarantee all the beach toys and chairs and quality of BBQ, yet we found all to be more than what we expected. We had great communication from the owner to prepare for our trip. The design of the unit is good in that there are balconies off of every floor. And, what a super short trip to the beach, less than a hundred steps

Private beachfront is great. Easy to get a good spot on the beach every day. Awesome views. Great kitchen and living area. Decks were great to hangout outside when not on the beach. We will be back Melanie! Thank you.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was super clean, very nicely decorated and felt like home. The kitchen contained was stocked with anything g we would need to make meals for our family while away. The property is located directly near the beach so just a short walk. It is also about ten minutes away from grocery stores. Our family loved it here and we will definitely be back!

I actually don’t want to leave this review in fear of everyone booking it before I get a chance too. Everything was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. The whole house was well equipped including the kitchen and sitting on the deck with an amazing view was about as peaceful as you can get. Had a couple questions for the owner and they were answered within minutes. There’s no doubt a return trip to this house is upcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The covered second floor deck and the open third floor deck right on the beach are wonderful. The kitchen with high ceilings and a skylight made the space feel open and larger. Quiet North Topsail beach was perfect for us.

Check-in was a snap. The property is on the north side of the island. Grocery stores, gas, restaurants are all within six miles. The unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with every pan, plate, cup, or utensil we needed. Kurig and traditional coffee pot provided. Cannot beat being able to take twenty steps from the unit and be standing on the beach! I do wish more towels were provided for guest staying seven days. That's one less thing to have to pack. I paid for clean sheets to be provided for all three bedrooms which was not inexpensive. The ones for my bed were well worn and stained though. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of extra quilts provided for the chilly nights. We had a lovely time and definitely recommended this property.

If you want to hear the sound of the ocean as you make dinner, wake up in the morning, or just look out from your deck over an unobstructed view of the beach this place is for you! At high tide I could throw a rock off the balcony and hear the splash! The property is quiet, clean, loaded with personal touches, and incredibly well stocked. Even the knives were sharp! Not just cheap stuff either but nice pots/pans, furniture etc. Communication was wonderful; I broke something and had to reach out to Melanie, she texted back immediately and was very nice about it. We took cooking utensils, beach toys, towels, all kinds of stuff b/c we're never sure what we need. Rest assured this property has everything - even bocce balls! It's a quiet spot, the beach was never crowded, perfect for a quiet getaway. Not a party scene. We've found other beach property to be sometimes a little weathered (after all, it's salt air), but everything here was pretty much new. We spent most of our time on the main deck (there are three!) which is very well equipped with quality table/chairs for eating meals, bar stool height to see over the railing. Looking at other townhomes, some have furniture, some don't. We appreciated being able to eat meals while taking in the views - after all, what else are we really paying for? A better view than most restaurants. Go to the local seafood market in Surf City, buy what they catch and sell out of coolers, grab a few veggies and eat like royalty!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the ocean and views from the deck are unbeatable. The home was cute and comfy. We would definitely stay again.

This property is just as nice as the photos. Not only is the townhouse clean and beautifully decorated, the entire complex and grounds are very well maintained. It doesn't feel like a rental property, it feels like staying in a friend's home. It was nice to have the linens supplied, but worth noting that the sheets are not on the beds upon arrival and only one set of towels is provided per person, so you may want to bring some extras. The kitchen has all of the appliances and cookware needed to cook any meal, and we appreciated the large coffee mugs! One think to note is there are no spices (besides small salt and pepper shakers) in the kitchen. Also, no paper products are supplied (extra trash bags, plastic wrap, foil, etc) and no extra paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, or laundry detergent, so be sure to plan for that. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book this property again.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great place to stay ! The location was great and close to the beach as advertised . The best part is the owner was very responsive and great to communicate with .

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, great location with beautiful views! We enjoyed wondering the beach, searching for shells, watching for dolphins and visiting Surf City. Great trip I would recommend this location .

We had a very nice stay at "On a Wing and a Prayer". The condo was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of cookware and utensils. The condo is right on the beach so we could head out for a walk down the shore (being December, it was a cool, but always nice). Condo faces in Southern direction, so the Winter Sun is over the water all day. You can watch Sunrise and Sunset from the (3!) balconies. Note, the Pier to the West is 2 miles away....it doesn't look that far.....A storm moved through Christmas Eve and only lost power for ~1 hour. Terry and Melanie called the next morning to make sure everything was ok. No problems, but it was nice of them to check on us . Thank you for the relaxing stay,Todd.

I cannot say enough about our experience. My wife stated this was the best vacation we’ve had in the past 10 years. Property was very clean and the beach access was amazing. We love NTB and can hopefully work with Melanie on staying here for many years to come.
